공유가치창출(CSV) 활동이 소비자의 인지된 기관성과에 미치는 영향 연구 : 공기업과 사기업 비교

공유가치창출(CSV)은 지속가능경영의 핵심 전략이며 시대적 당면과제이다. 본 연구에서는 공유가치창출 활동을 수행하고 있는 공기업 및 사기업의 제품을 사용하고, 서비스를 경험한 소비자를 대상으로 441부의 설문데이터를 수집하였고, 연구 모형과 가설을 검증하기 위하여 SmartPLS 3.0 프로그램을 활용하여 구조방정식 모형을 분석하였다. 분석 결과 공유가치창출 활동과 그에 대한 PR 활동은 공유가치창출의 진정성 및 공유가치창출의 차별성을 통해 소비자들이 인지한 기관성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있었으나, 기업 유형에 따른 차이점이 존재하였다. 본 연구는 기업 유형에 따라 차별화된 공유가치창출 수행의 필요성을 제시하였으며, 공유가치창출 활동의 PR의 효과를 분석함으로써 후속 연구의 기반 마련할 것으로 기대된다. Creating Shared Value(CSV) is a key strategy for sustainable management and a challenge for the times. In this study, 441 copies of survey data were collected from consumers who experienced product use and services by public and private companies that are engaged in CSV. The hypothesis of this study was verified using Smart PLS 3.0 program. According to the results of data analysis, The results revealed that CSV activities and PR had a positive effect on perceived institutional performance by consumers through CSV authenticity and differentiation. However, there are the difference according to the type of company. This study is meaningful in that it suggests the necessity of performing a policy for differentiated CSV according to the type of company and analyzed the PR effect of CSV.

<P>The catalytic properties of materials are determined by their electronic structures, which are based on the arrangement of atoms. Using precise calculations, synthesis, analysis, and catalytic activity studies, we demonstrate that changing the lattice constant of a material can modify its electronic structure and therefore its catalytic activity. Pd/Au core/shell nanocubes with a thin Au shell thickness of 1 nm exhibit high H<SUB>2</SUB>O<SUB>2</SUB> production rates due to their improved oxygen binding energy (Δ<I>E</I><SUB>O</SUB>) and hydrogen binding energy (Δ<I>E</I><SUB>H</SUB>), as well as their reduced activation barriers for key reactions.</P> [FIG OMISSION]</BR>
기하 추론 및 탐색 알고리즘에 기반한 CAD / CAM 통합

자동공정계획은 CAD 모델을 자동적으로 해석하여 CAM을 구동시키는 것을 목표로 하는데, 이를 위해서는 우선 CAD 모델로부터 특징형상을 인식하여야 한다. 특징형상 인식에 관한 연구는 근 20년간의 역사를 가지고 있지만, 그 연구 성과는 실용화되지 못하고 있다. 그 이유 중 하나는, 특징형상 인식과 자동공정계획 연구가 분리되어 진행되어왔기 때문이다. 본 연구에서는 인공지능 기법을 토대로 이 두 분야를 통합하여, 제조가능한 특징형상을 인식하고, 셋업을 최소화하며, 특징형상 간의 의존 관계를 설정하고, 최적의 가공 순서를 결정하였다. Computer Aided Process Planning (CAPP) plays a key role by linking CAD and CAM. Given CAD data of a part, CAPP has to recognize manufacturing features of the part. Despite the long history of research on feature recognition, its research results have rarely been transferred into industry. One of the reasons lies in the separation of feature recognition and process planning. This paper proposes to integrate the two activities through AI techniques, and presents efforts for manufacturable feature recognition, setup minimization, feature dependency construction, and generation of an optimal machining sequence.
Quantitative Analysis of Compaction Policies in a Key-Value Store

Compaction is an essential ingredient in a LSM (Log-Structured Merge)-tree based key-value store. In this paper, we analyze two representative compaction policies, called leveled and universal, using RocksDB. Our analysis uncovers that the universal policy has a capability to reduce write amplification by applying compaction in a lazy manner. However, the lazy manner deteriorates space amplification, which leads to adverse effects such as a relatively longer period of low performance for compaction and degraded throughput for range query. We also observe that, for sequential access pattern, the leveled policy can provide better write amplification than the universal policy by employing a technique called trivial move. In addition, we find out that the background compaction and index cache give a substantial impact on the performance of point query. Our analysis reveals tradeoffs between two policies based on various aspects including access pattern, query type, and configurations, which can be used effectively for designing new and hybrid compaction policies.

Purpose: Globally, chronic kidney disease (CKD) is common and has been associated with an increased risk of colorectal cancer (CRC). There is a dearth of literature on the real-world morbidity and mortality associated with CKD comorbid with CRC. This study was performed to evaluate real-world survival outcomes of colorectal malignancy in Korean CKD patients. Methods: The National Health Insurance Service of Korea provided data on patients who underwent surgical resection among patients diagnosed with CRC from 2002 to 2019. Results: A total of 219,550 patients were included: 6,181 patients with underlying CKD and 213,369 patients without it. Each morbidity was significantly higher in the CKD-CRC group, and the postoperative mortality rates for the 30-day (3.11% vs. 1.78%, P < 0.001), 60-day (5.95% vs. 3.83%, P < 0.001), and 90-day mortality rate (8.12% vs. 5.32%, P < 0.001) were significantly higher in the CKD group. The median survival time (MST, year) was significantly lower in the CKD-CRC group (5.63; interquartile range [IQR], 5.26–5.91) than in the non-CKD-CRC group (8.71; IQR, 8.37–8.93). MST was significantly lower among CKD patients who received chemotherapy after adjustment by multivariate analysis (adjusted hazard ratio [HR], 1.43; 95% confidence interval [CI], 1.37–1.49; P < 0.001]). Subgroup analysis showed that in the CKD-CRC group, MST was lower in patients who received dialysis than in those who did not, even after multivariate analysis (adjusted HR, 2.38; 95% CI, 2.20–2.58; P < 0.001). Conclusions: Prevention of CKD-to-end-stage renal disease progression should be adopted as a strategy to increase postoperative survival, along with active surveillance and cancer treatment.

<P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>Obesity has a strong association with cardiovascular and metabolic diseases, which have also been linked with dementia. While recent studies have reported an association between mid-life obesity and dementia, the role that later-life obesity may have is less clear. A total of 721 community-dwelling elderly (60–85 years old) were selected. Obesity parameters, like body mass index (BMI), waist-hip ratio (WHR), waist circumference (WC), and percent body fat (PBF), as well as cognitive functions were measured over a period of approximately 2 years, and then the relationships between these variables were assessed. The change in cognitive function in the elderly was associated with the baseline assessment of BMI (linearly, <I>β</I> =0.092), WC (quadratic, <I>β</I> =1.333), and PBF (linearly, <I>β</I> =0.097). Using multiple regression analyses, the differences exist in the change of cognitive function over time according to the sex. For men, increased obesity over time when obese in the baseline assessment (BMI, WHR, WC) were associated with a positive change in cognitive function. For women, a decreased obesity over time when obese in the baseline assessment (WHR) and an increased obesity over time when they had a normal adiposity in the baseline assessment (WC) were both associated with cognitive decline. The relationship between obesity and cognitive decline in the elderly is complex and some differences exist between the sexes. The application of the “Jolly Fat” hypothesis to cognitive function can only be applied to elderly men and not to elderly women.</P>
