A spark discharge aerosol generator using air as a carrier gas has successfully been applied to silver nanoparticle production in connection with an evaluation of by-product gases such as ozone. The spark discharge between two silver electrodes, which was periodically obtained by discharging the capacitor, produced sufficient high temperatures to evaporate a small fraction of the silver electrodes. The silver vapor was subsequently condensed to silver nanoparticles of about 20 ㎚ size in diameter. The morphology and chemical composition of the generated particles were observed by TEM/EDS, and the particle size distribution was measured using a SMPS system. A stable operation of the spark discharge generator has been achieved, and the size and concentration of the particles can be easily controlled by altering the repetition frequency, capacitance, gap distance and flow rate of the spark discharge system.
SEA 해석을 통한 대시 흡차음재 중량 저감 성능 연구

In this paper Statistical Energy Analysis has been considered to predict high frequency air borne interior noise. Dash panel Insulation is major part to reduce engine excitation noise. Transmission loss and absorption coefficient are considered to predict dash insulation performance. Transmission loss is derived from coupling loss factor and absorption coefficient is derived from internal damping loss factor. Material Biot properties were used to calculate each loss factors. Insulation geometry thickness distribution was hard to measure, so FEM pre/post software was used to calculate thickness map from CAD drawing. Each predicted transmission loss between conventional insulation and light weight insulation were compared with SEA. Transmission loss measurement was performed to validate each prediction result, and it showed good correlation between prediction and measurement. Finally interior noise prediction was performed and result showed light weight insulation system can reduce 40% weight to keep similar performance with conventional insulation system, even though light weight insulation system has lower sound transmission loss and higher absorption coefficient than conventional system.

We have researched the test automation method that find IPC defects and discover faults location automatically. The test automation method called AMOS v3.0-IPC that is used for evaluation of CAR-Infotainment software.

An embedded system requires test process for reality of the system. For this, it is important to test exception handling which programmer developed. Especially, embedded system is required to test input from hardware device and external signal. But, manual test is required much time and low reality. And it is hard to reproduce faulty situation for debugging. In this paper, we propose a new exception handling test criteria for an embedded system. For this criteria, we define exception type and test exception handling using fault injection technique. And we propose generation of test data for occurring exception situation.

본 연구에서는 건설 디지털 트윈 기술을 정의하고 해당 기술이 건설 산업에 미치는 다양한 영향에 대해 깊이 있는 분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 디지털 트윈은 생산성 향상, 품질 관리, 안전성 강화, 그리고 유지보수 및 운영 관리의 효율화 등에 있어서 중요한 기여를 할 수 있음을 확인하였다. 특히 실시간 데이터와 시뮬레이션을 활용하면 작업 일정과 자원 배치를 최적화하고, 발생 가능한 문제에 대해 신속하게 대응할 수 있다. 또한, 디지털 트윈을 이용하면 설계 단계와 건설 단계 사이의 일치성을 확인하고, 가상현실과 증강현실을 통해 안전 교육을 제공하여 작업자의 안전을 보장하는 등의 이점을 얻을 수 있다. 따라서 본 학회에서는 건설디지털트윈 워킹그룹(DTwin)에서 설립하여, 건설인프라 분야의 디지털트윈 현장사례와 미래트랜드를 조사하고, 디지털건설 방향성을 제고하고자 한다.

전립선암은 현대 남성들에게 걸리기 쉬운 질병으로 나이가 들수록 발병의 위험이 증가하는 질환으로 현재 우리나라에서도 점점 증가하는 추세이다. 전립선암 치료법들은 치료영역이 제한적이고 재발할 가능성이 높아 근본적인 치료법으로는 사용되지는 못하므로 새로운 전립선암 치료 방법이 필요하다. 이에 본 연구에서는 100 여 가지의 한약재 methanol 추출물을 이용하여 MTT 방법으로 전립선암 세포주인 PC-3 세포에 대한 항증식 효과를 탐색하였으며 그 결과, A. sylvestris가 가장 강한 항증식 활성을 보였다. A. sylvestris의 methanol 추출물로부터 저해물질을 분리하기 위하여 100% methanol에서 2-3일 추출하고 난 뒤, ethyl acetate로 추출하고 silica gel, reverse phase-18, Sephadex LH-20 등의 컬럼 크로마토그래피를 이용하여 분리하였다. 최종적으로 활성분획을 HPLC로 분리하고 4℃에서 methanol 용액에서 입방체 형태의 결정을 얻었으며 NMR 분광법과 이화학적 특성을 분석한 결과, deoxypodophyllotoxin으로 동정되었다. 순수 분리된 deoxypodophyllotoxin은 전립선암의 세포주 PC-3 세포에서 처리농도와 처리 시간 의존적인 항증식 효과를 보였다. The prostate cancer is the critical health problem, increasing of its related death in worldwide. Unfortunately present surgery and chemotherapeutic choices seem to be impossible in curing or controlling prostate cancer, because metastasis occasionally advances even after these potentially curative therapies. Therefore, there is immediate need to alternative chemoprevention and chemotherapeutic agents. Over one hundred species of dried medicinal herbs were tested for proliferation inhibitory effects on prostate cancer cell line, PC-3. One of them, Anthriscus sylvestris was selected because of potent anti-proliferation effect. The dried root of A. sylvestris was extracted with 100% methanol for 2-3 days and its extract was fractionated by using ethyl acetate. And ethyl acetate layer was subjected to column chromatographies on silica gel, reverse phase-18 (RP-18) and Sephadex LH-20, in turn. Finally, the pure compound was obtained by crystallization in methanol at 4℃ for overnight and identified as deoxypodophyllotoxin by NMR spectorscopic and physico-chemical analyses. In addition, it was confirmed that deoxypodophyllotoxin clearly inhibits the proliferation of PC-3 cells in a doseand time-dependent manner.
필발(Piper longum Linn.)로부터 전립선암 세포사멸물질 pipernonaline의 분리 및 동정

Prostate cancer has been a critical health problem due to an increase of prostate cancer-related deaths worldwide. Also, a frequent treatment option for prostate cancer is androgen ablation, but this treatment has a limited scope, especially for hormone-refractory cancer. There is an urgent need for the identification of alternative therapeutic strategies for prostate cancer. Previously, over one hundred species of dried-plant methanol extracts were tested for inhibitory effects on proliferation. One of them, Piper longum Linn. was selected based on its potent anti-proliferation effect. The dried root of P. longum Linn. was extracted with 100% methanol for 2-3 days and its extract was fractionated using chloroform. The chloroform layer was then subjected to column chromatography on silica gel, reverse phase-18 (RP-18) and Sephadex LH-20, in turn. Finally, the pure compound was obtained and identified as pipernonaline by NMR spectroscopic and physico-chemical analysis. In this study, anti-proliferation and cell cycle arrest effects of pipernonaline on human prostate cancer PC-3 cells were investigated using the MTT and PI staining, respectively. Our findings suggest that pipernonaline represents a dose-dependent growth inhibition pattern on PC-3 cells and, moreover, its growth inhibition is associated with sub-G1 and G0/G1 cell cycle accumulation in PC-3 cells. Also, these results provide an anticancer candidate for human prostate cancer.
사백산 물 추출물과 30% EtOH 추출물의 항염증 효과 비교연구

Sabaek-san has been used for the treatment of inflammatory diseases derived from the cold with high fever, cough, and lung dysfunction in Korea and China. There is no study for the comparison between different solvent extracts of Sabaek-san. We made two samples, one is Sabaek-san water extract (SBSW) and the other is Sabaek-san 30% EtOH extract (SBSE). Both extracts inhibited inducible nitric oxide synthase(iNOS) protein, reduced iNOS-derived nitric oxide (NO) production in lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-stimulated RAW264.7 cells. Also, they reduced tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) and interleukin-1β (IL-1β) production. These anti-inflammatory effects caused by induction of heme oxygenase (HO)-1. HO-1 enzyme plays an important role of cellular anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory systems. The induction of HO-1 is primarily regulated at the transcriptional level, and its induction by various inducers is related to the nuclear transcription factor-E2-related factor 2 (Nrf2). However, it is worth taking note that SBSE has more powerful anti-inflammatory effects than SBSW. In this study we suggest that different solvent extraction makes different therapeutic actions.
β-Fluoro-α-phenylpyrrole 유도체의 합성에 관한 연구

플루오르가 선택적으로 치환된 유기화합물은 모체 화합물 보다 향상된 생리활성을 지니는 경우가 많이 보고 된바 있다. 이는 할로젠족 원소인 플루오르의 큰 전기음성도 때문에 비교적 강한 탄소플루오르 결합 형성 및 증가된 리피드 용해도 때문이다. Pyrrole과 그의 유도체들은 폴리머, 의약품 그리고 염료 등에 광범위하게 사용되어 왔고 오래 전부터 잘 알려진 화합물이다. 최근 자연계에서 산출되거나 합성 가능한 플루오르가 선택적으로 치환된 fluoropyrrole 유도체들은 진통제, 소염제 및 살균제 등으로 다양하게 이용될 수 있음이 알려져 있기 때문에 fluoropyrrole 유도체의 합성에 대한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 일반적으로 플루오르는 반응성이 매우 커서 유기화합물에 대한 선택적인 플루오르기의 도입이 극히 제한적이다.
