TS-DP2 is a recombinant human granulocyte colony stimulating factor (rhG-CSF) manufactured by TS Corporation. We conducted a four-week study of TS-DP2 (test article) in repeated intravenous doses in male and female Sprague-Dawley (SD) rats. Lenograstim was used as a reference article and was administered intravenously at a dose of $1000{\mu}g/kg/day$. Rats received TS-DP2 intravenously at doses of 250, 500, and $1000{\mu}g/kg/day$ once daily for 4 weeks, and evaluated following a 2-week recovery period. Edema in the hind limbs and loss of mean body weight and body weight gain were observed in both the highest dose group of TS-DP2 and the lenograstim group in male rats. Fibro-osseous lesions were observed in the lenograstim group in both sexes, and at all groups of TS-DP2 in males, and at doses of TS-DP2 $500{\mu}g/kg/day$ and higher in females. The lesion was considered a toxicological change. Therefore, bone is the primary toxicological target of TS-DP2. The lowest observed adverse effect level (LOAEL) in males was $250{\mu}g/kg/day$, and no observed adverse effect level (NOAEL) in females was $250{\mu}g/kg/day$ in this study. In the toxicokinetic study, the serum concentrations of G-CSF were maintained until 8 hr after administration. The systemic exposures ($AUC_{0-24h}$ and $C_0$) were not markedly different between male and female rats, between the administration periods, or between TS-DP2 and lenograstim. In conclusion, TS-DP2 shows toxicological similarity to lenograstim over 4-weeks of repeated doses in rats.

<P>We investigated the temperature-dependent photoluminescence (PL) properties of colloidal CsPbX<SUB>3</SUB> (X = Br, I, and mixed Br/I) quantum dot (QD) samples in the 30–290 K temperature range. Temperature-dependent PL experiments reveal thermal quenching of PL, blue shifting of optical band gaps, and line width broadening for all CsPbX<SUB>3</SUB> QD samples with increasing temperature. Interestingly, side-peak emissions that are spectrally separated from the excitonic PL peaks were observed for both CsPbBr<SUB>3</SUB> and CsPb(Br/I)<SUB>3</SUB> QD samples at temperatures below ∼250 K. The side-peak emission for the CsPbBr<SUB>3</SUB> QD sample is located at a lower energy compared to the band-edge peak, whereas that of the Br-rich CsPb(Br/I)<SUB>3</SUB> alloy QD sample is located at a higher energy than that of the band-edge peak. We found that the CsPbBr<SUB>3</SUB> QDs have two emissive states, a band-edge state, and one involving shallow defects, which can be spectrally separated by narrowing the emission line widths at low temperature. Response Characteristics of a Laminar Premixed Flame to Acoustic Perturbations

In various industrial and propulsion systems, the occurrence of thermoacoustic instability in combustors can be catastrophic. An understanding of flame response characteristics to acoustic perturbations is important for the analysis of this instability. Investigations into flame response characteristics to acoustic perturbations are necessary for acquiring the capability to predict this instability. In this study, numerical simulations of the response characteristics of a perforated-plate- stabilized lean laminar premixed methane/air flame to acoustic perturbations were performed. The premixed methane/air flame was described by a two-step global reaction mechanism, and two- dimensional axisymmetric simulations were performed by using an open-source OpenFOAM- based solver. The flame response was modeled by using a flame transfer function (FTF) related to flow velocity perturbations and total heat release rate perturbations. The FTF was obtained using the impulse and sinusoidal velocity forcing methods, respectively. The FTFs obtained from the two methods were similar to each other. The flame dynamics and the validity of the numerical method are discussed on the basis of an analysis of the flame response to acoustic perturbations.

가쉬핑이란 그래프에서 각각의 점들이 각각 다른 메시지들을 다른 모든 점들에게 전달하는 것이다. 이 논문에서는 그리드 구조에서 각각의 점들이 매번 인접한 하나의 점과 하나의 메시지를 서로 주고받을 수 있는 조건 하에서 가쉬핑을 빠르게 하는 알고리즘을 제시한다. m × n 그리드에서 가쉬핑을 하는 기존의 알고리즘은 (mn + ¼mn + 2) 라운드가 걸렸는데 이는 이 문제의 알려진 하한인 (mn + 1)과는 거리가 있었다. 우리는 mn이 홀수인 그리드 구조에서 가쉬핑을 (mn + 9) 라운드 만에 끝낼 수 있는 알고리즘을 제시한다.
고고도 모사용 초음속 Center Body Diffuser의 유동 및 열전달 특성에 대한 연구

A study has been conducted to elucidate the flow and heat transfer characteristics of Supersonic Center Body Diffuser for high altitude simulation. Flow characteristic of diffuser have been studied by changing configuration of (L/D)<SUB>st</SUB> and pressure. Heat transfer characteristic have been studied by adding cooling system. In the adiabatic analysis, there were high temperature region over 3500K without cooling, near the wall in subsonic diffuser part. So cooling system is required. By analyzing the relationship between P₀ and heat flux in supersonic diffuser part, Prediction of Heat transfer is possible.
