In this paper a high efficiency soft switching boost converter is proposed for photovoltaic system. Using some resonant components, the circuit can be achieved the soft switching capability. Each of the switches in the proposed circuit performs ZV (Zero Voltage) or ZC (Zero Current) switching. Thus, the high efficiency characteristic can also be obtained, and then the size of the total system can be reduced. The operational modes of the verifying the effectiveness of the proposed circuit. As a matter of course, we will present the simulation results in this paper.

기존의 부스트 컨버터에 보조 스위치와 다이오드, 공진 인덕터와 공진 커패시터를 추가하여 소프트 스위칭을 위한 보조회로가 포함된 새로운 구조의 태양광 발전용 부스트 컨버터를 제안하였다. 공진 인덕터에 의해 스위치의 턴 온 시 영전류 스위칭을 하고, 공진 커패시터에 의해 스위치 턴 오프 시 영전압 스위칭을 함에 따라 스위칭 손실을 줄일 수 있다. 제안된 회로의 동작모드를 분석하고, 제안된 회로의 검증을 위해 PSIM 시뮬레이션을 통해 모의실험 하였다.

In this paper, a soft switching boost converter with H-auxiliary resonant circuit is proposed. Using some resonant components, the circuit can be achieved the soft switching capability. Each of the switches in the proposed circuit perform ZVS at turn off and ZCS at turn on. Thus, the high efficiency characteristic can also be obtained, and then the size of the total system can be reduced. The operational principle of the soft switching boost converter in theoretically analyzed. Simulation results validate the analysis and experimental results demonstrate soft switching boost converter benefits.
난소 상피종양의 p53 단백 표현에 관한 면역조직화학적 연구

p53, a nuclear protein, is believed to play an important role, through mutation and overexpression, in the progression of human malignant tumors. Mouse monoclonal antibody NCL-p53-DO7(Novocastra Laboratories Ltd., Newcastle, England) which specifically immunoprecipitates mutant-form p53 protein, was used to examine 38 parafifin-embedded ovarian tumor (five mucinous cystadenoma, one borderline serous cystadenoma, and seven serous cystadenocaricinoma) to find intranuclear expression of mutant-form p53 protein. The results obtained are as follows: 1. In mucinous, and serous cystadenoma, expression of mutant-form p53 protein were negative. 2. In borderline mucinous cystadenoma, two out of eight of tumors(25%) showed expression of mutant-form p53 protein. However, borderline serous cystadenoma showed negative result. 3. In mucinous cystadenocarcinoma, three out of 11 tumors(27.3%) showed expression of mutant-form p53 protein, and three out of serous cystadenocarcinomas(42.9%) showed expression of p53 protein. And so, overexpression of p53 protein in serous cystadenocarcinoma was more frequent than mucinous cystadenocarcinoma. 4. In comparison between borderline and malignant tumors, approximately same percent of mucinous tumor showed overexpression of p53 protein. However, in serous tumors, borderline tumor that was studied was only one case, same comparison between tumors was impossible. In this sutudy, overexpression of the p53 protein was observed in malignat epithelial tumors of ovary. And this observation suggests that the p53 tumor suppressor gene is involved in the tumorigenessis of malignat ovarian epithelial tumors.
Design and Application for PV Generation System Using a Soft-Switching Boost Converter With SARC

<P>In order to improve the efficiency of energy conversion for a photovoltaic (PV) system, a soft-switching boost converter using a simple auxiliary resonant circuit, which is composed of an auxiliary switch, a diode, a resonant inductor, and a resonant capacitor, is adopted in this paper. The conventional boost converter decreases the efficiency because of hard switching, which generates losses when the switches are turned on/off. During this interval, all switches in the adopted circuit perform zero-current switching by the resonant inductor at turn-on, and zero-voltage switching by the resonant capacitor at turn-off. This switching pattern can reduce the switching losses, voltage and current stress of the switching device. Moreover, it is very easy to control. In this paper, we have analyzed the operational principles of the adopted soft-switching boost converter, and it is designed for PV generation system. Simulation and experimental results are presented to confirm the theoretical analysis.</P>

This paper gives a description of the mode'ling and control of a single phase PWM(Pulse Width Modulation) converter for HEMU-400X(High-speed Electric Multiple Unit - 400 ㎞/h experiment). The converter is part of a Auxiliary power unit supplied by the 25[㎸], 60[㎐] overhead line. A model of the converter in a synchronously rotating reference frame of coordinates is used to develop a new type of control. The control system has separate controllers for the active and reactive current, permitting the free choice of the power factor. This paper proposes a new control method of PWM converter for Auxiliary power unit.

In this paper, we composed solar generation system with multi-phase interleaved boost converter. Solar generated voltage is low, so it has need of the boost power conversion device for supply power to normal load. The multi-phase interleaved boost converter is easy to boost voltage and it can be reduced both input current ripple and output voltage ripple because it is composed with multi-phase. We simulated and tested multi-phase interleaved boost converter applied three-phase.
