The hydrogen abstraction reaction of CF_3CH_2CHO + OH has been studied theoretically by dual-level direct dynamics method. Two stable conformers, trans- and cis-CF_3CH_2CHO, have been located, and there are four distinct OH hydrogen-abstraction channels from t-CF_3CH_2CHO and two channels from c-CF_3CH_2CHO. The required potential energy surface information for the kinetic calculation was obtained at the MCG3-MPWB//M06-2X/aug-cc-pVDZ level. The rate constants, which were calculated using improved canonical transitionstate theory with small-curvature tunneling correction (ICVT/SCT) were fitted by a four-parameter Arrhenius equation. It is shown that the reaction proceeds predominantly via the H-abstraction from the -CHO group over the temperature range 200-2000 K. The calculated rate constants were in good agreement with the experimental data between 263 and 358 K.

Purpose: Liver grafts from donors with HBV infection contributed to expanding the donor pool under the hepatitis B immunoglobulin and antiviral agents (nucleos(t)ide analogues) in the HBV-endemic area. We report long-term outcomes of liver transplantations (LTs) using grafts from donors with active or chronic HBV infection. Methods: Overall, 2,260 LTs performed in 3 major hospitals in Seoul from January 2000 to April 2019 were assessed for inclusion. Twenty-six grafts (1.2%) were obtained from HBsAg (+), HBeAb (+), or HBcAb (+) donors, and recipient outcomes were retrospectively reviewed. Donor and recipient demographics and transplantation outcomes were analyzed. Results: Sixteen deceased donor LTs were performed using active HBsAg (+) grafts. Ten other LTs were sourced from 10 living donors. There was no significant difference in survival in patients who received deceased donor LTs compared with that in those who underwent LT with non–hepatitis virus-infected grafts. Fourteen patients who were followed up for >5 years were stable, and no difference in hepatocellular carcinoma recurrence rate was observed 5 years after transplantation between transplants from donors with and those without HBV. Conclusion: Considering long-term outcomes, liver grafts from donors with active HBV replication can be safely used for LT.
작물인식 인공지능모델 학습을 위한 효과적인 토마토 분할 Annotation 방식 비교

농업인구 감소 추세와 고령화로 인한 노동력 부족을 해결하기 위해 농업에 인공지능을 활용한 자동화 연구가 주목되고 있다. 특히, 인공지능을 활용한 작물 인식연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 한편, 농작물 데이터는 환경의 영향을 많이 받기 때문에 Annotation 방식에 따라 모델의 정확도에 큰 영향을 끼친다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 효과적인 토마토 영상의 Annotation 방식을 규명하기 위해 두 가지 Annotation 방식으로 라벨링된 데이터 셋을 각각 학습하고 정확도를 비교하였다. 토마토 영상은 국립농업과학원(Wanju, Korea)의 첨단온실에서 취득하였다. 영상 데이터는 RGB-D 카메라(D435, Intel, CA, USA)를 활용하여 취득하였으며, 총 269장의 영상에 1,990개의 과실 정보가 포함된다. Annotation 방식은 다음과 같다. 첫 번째 방식은 영상에 노출 되어있는 토마토만을 Annotation하는 방식으로, 폐색으로 인해 육안으로 볼 수 없는 부분을 제외한 가시적으로 확인할 수 있는 토마토의 부분만 Annotation하는 방식이다. 두 번째 방식은 영상에 노출 되어있는 토마토에 폐색이 있는 경우, 작업자의 주관적인 판단에 따라 폐색 뒤의 토마토 과형을 예측하여 Annotation하는 방식이다. 앞의 두 가지 방식으로 만들어진 데이터 셋은 YOLACT 알고리즘을 통해 각각 학습되었으며, Epoch과 Batch size 및 학습율은 각각 300, 16, 0.001로 설정되었다. 그 결과, 두 가지 학습방식에서 Total Loss의 최종 수렴 값은 각각 1.0616 및 1.0728로 확인되었다. 이처럼 두 방식 모두 Total Loss 값이 높은 이유는 데이터 수가 부족하기 때문으로 사료된다. 따라서 향후에는 더 많은 데이터를 확보하여 인식 모델의 정확도를 향상시키기 위한 연구를 진행할 계획이다.
