The system of car license plate number auto-recognizing is consist of camera, video card, car detector, data collecting card, computer and car license plate number auto-recognizing software. The car detector detects the car, when the car is presenting; it outputs a voltage signal. The data collection card collects the output signal of the detector, and sends the signal to the computer. The video card displays the image of from the camera on the monitor, and takes a snap of car image when car is presenting. The software recognizes the car license plate number automatically, and sends the car license plate number to other applications. This system applies the technology of remote sensing, image processing, artificial intelligent. This system can be used on the monitoring of car entering and exiting park, finding out illegal car on road, police checking car on road, the charging system of road and bridges. The system's performance: recognizing time period less than 2 seconds; recognizing reliability over 98%; car speed limit is l0km/h.
Association Between MDM2 SNP309 T>G and Risk of Gastric Cancer: A Meta-analysis

Background: As a negative regulator of P53, MDM2 plays an important role in carcinogenesis; a polymorphism in its promoter region. SNP309 T>G, is known to increase the expression of MDM2, thus being considered related to higher susceptibility to neoplasia. However, no agreement has been achieved regarding its effects on gastric cancer. Methods: The present systematic meta-analysis was performed based on comprehensive literature search from Pubmed, Web of science and CBM databases. Results: It was suggested from 6 independent studies that the GG genotype is associated with a significantly increased risk of gastric cancer (Recessive: OR = 1.43, 95% CI = 1.08-1.91, P = 0.013), and subgroup analysis also confirmed the relationship (English publications-recessive model: OR = 1.45, 95% CI = 1.10-1.91, P = 0.009; Studies in China-recessive model: OR = 1.58, 95% CI = 1.08-2.30, P = 0.017). No publication bias was detected. Conclusion: The meta-analysis indicated a significant inverse association between GG genotype carriage and elevated risk of gastric cancer. However, more studies and detailed information are needed to fully address the topic.
Study and Optimization of Structural Parametrics of Oil Seal by Response Surface Method

The effect of structural parameters such as contact width, low-angle, high-angle, interference and waist depth on the sealing performance of rotary lip seal was analyzed by finite element method. Based on the macroscopic pumping effect model of the rotary shaft lip seal and the pumping rate equation, the influence of structural parameters on pumping rate was calculated and analyzed. The structural and operational parameters of lip seal were optimized by the response surface method. 32 kinds of the model were made by compounding levels on each factor, and the response surface regression characteristics of each model are analyzed. The results show that low-angle, high-angle and interference are the main factors that influence significantly the seal performance of rotary shaft lip seal, and contact width, low-angle and high-angle are major influential factors for pumping effect. Therefore, these factors are considered as the most important factors for an optimum design of the rotary shaft lip seal. The optimal conditions are obtained, and the results are also verified by analytical methods.

The U-Pb ages of single zircon grains contained in the sandstone samples were analyzed by the LA-ICP-MS method, the sediment provenances and geological significance were discussed. The LA-ICP-MS zircon U-Pb dating from the sandstones, tuffaceous sandstones and volcanic tuffs of the Pingliang and Zhaolaoyu Formations along the southwestern Ordos Block are used to limit the maximum depositional age and material sources. The results show that: (1) The youngest ages of zircon dating in the three samples are 445 Ma, 444 Ma and 443 Ma, respectively, suggesting that the studied Formations were deposited in the Late Ordovician. (2) The detrital zircon U-Pb age analysis of the sandstones sample from the Pinliang Formation clustered in the 445–477 Ma, 588–1548 Ma and 1612–2496 Ma with the corresponding youngest peak age of 454.5 ± 3.3 Ma. (3) The distribution of zircon U-Pb age in sandstone samples showing that the sedimentary rocks detritus was mainly sourced from the North Qinling-Qilian terranes and the NCC, and has double provenance supply in the north and south. The material source of the tuffaceous sandstones and volcanic tuffs mainly comes from the volcanic and magmatic activity related to the North Qilian-North Qinling Island Arcs.

The quenching temperature drop curve for Q345B steel plate with 84 mm and 170 mm thickness was tested to analyze the distributing regularities and influencing factors of cooling speed for ultra-thick steel plate during the jet impinging and quenching process. The influences for temperature drop, temperature gradient and cooling speed were analyzed under the conditions of 60~100 m3/h water amount, 0.4~1.0 MPa water pressure, transient switching of quenching mode and the distribution of heat exchanger. Threedimensional heat anti transfer model, surface heat transfer coefficient model and thermal physical parameter model were built up by finite element and optimization. The results showed that the deviation of calculated and measured values was less than 4% for temperature drop curve model. The cooling speed of vertical section for 84 mm-thick steel plate was approximately proportional to surface heat transfer coefficient. The influence of surface heat transfer to cooling speed became weak when the thickness was increased. The influences of temperature effect when switching different quenching modes and temperature gradient of vertical section to cooling speed were stronger. The minimum value of cooling speed was about 1.0~1.8oC/s, between H/6 and H/3 region. These data provide the key information for increasing the cooling speed and uniformity.
Fabrication of ethyl cellulose microspheres: Chitosan solution as a stabilizer

Ethyl cellulose was dissolved in ternary mixture, which consisted of 10 ml dichloroethane, 20 ml methanol and 10 ml acetone. Then, the ethyl cellulose microspheres were shaped in 1-6% chitosan solution and at 40 oC, 70 oC and 100 oC, respectively. The characteristics of these ethyl cellulose microspheres were also investigated based on the characterization of XRD, SEM, IR and DSC. The results showed that the most suitable conditions for ethyl cellulose microsphere preparation were in 6% chitosan solution and at 70 oC, in which the ethyl cellulose microsphere prepared were small and uniform. Moreover, from the XRD, IR and DSC data, the crystallization of ethyl cellulose microspheres decreased with the increase of the temperature; on the other hand, there some interactions happened between ethyl cellulose and chitosan, which shows a strong evidence for the intermolecular interactions and good molecular compatibility between ethyl cellulose and chitosan.

This paper uses the IS Success model to detect System Quality, Information Quality of Mobile Travelling Application, whether Service Quality has an impact on users Satisfaction, Use and Individual Performance. Considering whether Mobile Travelling Application meets users requirements and Mobile Travelling Application is based on LBS Technology, we add two variables, Task Technology Fit and Risk, on the basis of IS Success, and examine whether Task Technology Fit and Risk have an impact on user Satisfaction, Use and Individual Performance, and establishes a conceptual modeling to explore the influence relationship and size between IS Success model and Task Technology Fit and Risk factors. After collecting 996 respondents in China with questionnaires, this study begin the empirical research with users of Mobile Travelling Application, and analyzes data with IBM SPSS 24.0 and IBM AMOS 24.0. First, The Risk of Mobile Travelling Application has a negative impact on user Satisfaction and Individual Performance. then the enterprise can take action against Risk dimensions. Second, The system quality/ Information Quality/ Service Qualityof mobile traveling application has a significant impact on task technology fit, use, satisfaction. Enterprises need to improve the system quality, service quality and information quality of mobile software, such as regular maintenance of the system, timely updating of tourism commodity information, timely meeting user needs, so as to improve user satisfaction, use, and personal results. Third, Task Technology Fit of Mobile Travelling Application has a significant impact on the user s Use.
