      • Research and Implementation of View Block Partition Method for Theme-oriented Webpage

Lv Fang,Huang Junheng,Wei Yuliang,Wang Bailing 보안공학연구지원센터 2015 International Journal of Hybrid Information Techno Vol.8 No.2

A semantic block is treated as a unit while analyzing the webpage. First, we implement the VTPS algorithm to partition a webpage into semantic blocks. Then, we propose an algorithm to extract the spatial and content features, and then construct the feature vector for each block. Based on these vectors, the SVM learning algorithm is applied to train and classify the various theme-oriented webpage blocks. At last, the classification experiments show the efficiency of this method.

Inductances Evaluation of a Squirrel-Cage Induction Motor with Curved Dynamic Eccentricity

Lv, Qiang,Bao, Xiaohua,He, Yigang,Fang, Yong,Cheng, Xiaowei The Korean Institute of Electrical Engineers 2014 Journal of Electrical Engineering & Technology Vol.9 No.5

Eccentricity faults more or less exist in all rotating electrical machines. This paper establishes a more precise model of dynamic eccentricity (DE) in electrical machines named as curved dynamic eccentricity. It is a kind of axial unequal eccentricity which has not been investigated in detail so far but occurs in large electrical machines. The inductances of a large three-phase squirrel-cage induction machine (SCIM) under different levels of curved DE conditions are evaluated using winding function approach (WFA). These inductances include the stator self and mutual inductances, rotor self and mutual inductances, and mutual inductances between stator phases and rotor loops. A comparison is made between the calculation results under curved DE and the corresponding pure DE conditions. It indicates that the eccentricity condition will be more terrible than the monitored eccentricity based on the conventional pure DE model.

Chemical and bioactive comparison of flowers of Panax ginseng Meyer, Panax quinquefolius L., and Panax notoginseng Burk

        Fang Li,Chongning Lv,Qiao Li,Jing Wang,Dan Song,Pengpeng Liu,Dandan Zhang,Jincai Lu 고려인삼학회 2017 Journal of Ginseng Research Vol.41 No.4

Background: Although flowers of Panax ginseng Meyer (FPG), Panax quinquefolius L. (FPQ), and Panax notoginseng Burk. (FPN) have been historically used as bothmedicine and food, each is used differently in practice. Methods: To investigate the connection between components and enhancing immunity activity of FPG, FPQ, and FPN, a method based on a rapid LC coupled with quadrupole time-of-flight MS and immunomodulatory activity study evaluated by a carbon clearance test were combined. Results: According to quantitative results, the ratio of the total content of protopanaxatiol-type ginsenosides to protopanaxadiol-type ginsenosides in FPN was 0, but ranged from 1.10 to 1.32 and from 0.23 to 0.35 in FPG and FPQ, respectively. The ratio of the total content of neutral ginsenosides to the corresponding malonyl-ginsenosides in FPN (5.52 1.33%) was higher than FPG (3.2 0.64%) and FPQ(2.39 0.57%). The colorimetric analysis showed the content of total ginsenosides in FPQ, FPG, and FPN to be 13.75 0.60%, 17.45 0.42%, and 12.45 1.77%, respectively. The carbon clearance assay indicated that the phagocytic activity of FPG and FPQ was higher than that of FPN. A clear discrimination among FPG, FPQ, and FPN was observed in the principal component analysis score plots. Seven compounds were confirmed to contribute strongly by loading plots, which may be the cause of differences in efficacy. Conclusion: This study provides basic information about the chemical and bioactive comparison of FPG, FPQ, and FPN, indicating that protopanaxtriol-type ginsenosides and malonyl-ginsenosides may play a key role in their enhancing immunity properties.

Nitrogen-doped graphene loaded non-noble Co catalysts for liquid-phase cyclohexane oxidation with molecular oxygen

        Fang Hao,Yuan Sun,Yidi Wang,Yang Lv,Pingle Liu,Xiong Wei,Hean Luo 한국화학공학회 2021 Korean Journal of Chemical Engineering Vol.38 No.8

Selective aerobic oxidation of cyclohexane to cyclohexanone and cyclohexanol (KA oil) with high yield under mild and green conditions is still a significant challenge in the current chemical industry. Herein, nitrogen doped graphene loaded non-noble Co (Co-N-rGO) catalysts, prepared by a facile post-impregnation method, exhibited a high catalytic performance and stability in liquid phase cyclohexane oxidation with molecular oxygen. The experiment and characterization results show that N doping in the catalysts promotes Co metal particle dispersion and induces carbon film coating on Co to prevent leaching and agglomeration. Besides, density functional theory (DFT) calculations show that N doping is beneficial to the O-O bonds breaking in cyclohexyl-hydroperoxides (CHHP), thereby promoting the dissociation of CHHP and enhancing the yield to KA oil. In addition, the catalyst can be easily separated without appreciable loss of catalytic activity after recycling for five times, and show potential industrial application value for the catalytic oxidation of cyclohexane to KA oil in the chemical industry.

Characteristics of Diprophylline-Induced Bidirectional Modulation on Rat Jejunal Contractility

Liu, Fang-Fei,Chen, Da-Peng,Xiong, Yong-Jian,Lv, Bo-Chao,Lin, Yuan The Korean Society of Pharmacology 2014 The Korean Journal of Physiology & Pharmacology Vol.18 No.1

In this study, we propose that diprophylline exerts bidirectional modulation (BM) on the isolated rat jejunal segment depending on its contractile state. The results supported the hypothesis. Diprophylline ($20{\mu}M$) exerted stimulatory effects on the contractility of jejunal segment in six low contractile states while inhibitory effects in six high contractile states, showing the characteristics of BM. Diprophylline-induced stimulatory effect was significantly blocked by atropine, indicating the correlation with cholinergic activation. Diprophylline-induced inhibitory effect was partially blocked by phentolamine, propranolol, and L-N-Nitro-Arginine respectively, indicating their correlation with sympathetic activation and nitric oxide-mediated relaxing mechanisms. Diprophylline-induced BM was abolished by tetrodotoxin or in a $Ca^{2+}$ free condition or pretreated with tyrosine kinase inhibitor imatinib, suggesting that diprophylline-induced BM is $Ca^{2+}$ dependent, and that it requires the presence of enteric nervous system as well as pacemaker activity of interstitial cells of Cajal. Diprophylline significantly increased the reduced MLCK expression and myosin extent in constipation-prominent rats and significantly decreased the increased MLCK expression and myosin extent in diarrhea-prominent rats, suggesting that the change of MLCK expression may also be involved in diprophylline-induced BM on rat jejunal contractility. In summary, diprophylline-exerted BM depends on the contractile states of the jejunal segments, requires the presence of $Ca^{2+}$, enteric nervous system, pacemaker activity of interstitial cells of Cajal, and MLCK-correlated myosin phosphorylation. The results suggest the potential implication of diprophylline in relieving alternative hypo/hyper intestinal motility.

Lifetime prediction for turbine discs based on a modified Walker strain model

        Zhiqiang Lv,Hong-Zhong Huang,Huiying Gao,Fang-Jun Zuo,Hai-Kun Wang 대한기계학회 2015 JOURNAL OF MECHANICAL SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY Vol.29 No.10

We created three-dimensional models of turbine disc and blades of a type of aero-engine according to their geometries. Extant studies show that low cycle fatigue is the main failure mechanism of turbine disc. By using a non-linear elastic-plasticfinite element method, the static stress and strain state of the critically high stress regions, which can lead to operational failures, are determined. On the basis of stress-strain relation, a modified Walker strain life prediction model is proposed with norequired knowledge on the mean stress correction. Then the predicted life data from the modified Walker strain model arecompared with the testing results. After the verification, the modified Walker strain life prediction model and Miner’s rule wereapplied to predict the lifetime of the turbine disc under various operating conditions.

        Hang Lv,Daoguang Liu,Siqi Xing,Dandan Wu,Fang Wang,Jiakuan Yang,Xu Wu,Wenbiao Zhang,Xiaohu Da 한국공업화학회 2019 Journal of Industrial and Engineering Chemistry Vol.80 No.-

The effects of sludge aging on improving sludge electro-dewatering (SED) performance were studied, with the sludge properties variation during aging process investigated. Sludge electro-dewateringperformances were explored by constant voltage method (25 V) on various samples. The organic matterin the extracellular polymeric substances (EPS) was gradually consumed and decomposed during sludgeaging process. Under identical electro-dewatering conditions, dewaterability and time-space yield ofaged sludge achieved 49.33% solid content and 223.46 kg m 2 h 1 respectively. Such results indicate thebeneficial effects of sludge aging process in terms of SED performances, which needs further explorationinto fundamental mechanisms.
