<P>We report a measurement of the differential cross section of pi(0) pair production in single-tag two-photon collisions, gamma*gamma -> pi(0) pi(0), in e(+) e(-) scattering. The cross section is measured for Q(2) up to 30 GeV2, where Q(2) is the negative of the invariant mass squared of the tagged photon, in the kinematic range 0.5 GeV < W < 2.1 GeV and vertical bar cos theta*vertical bar < 1.0 for the total energy and pion scattering angle, respectively, in the gamma*gamma center-of-mass system. The results are based on a data sample of 759 fb(-1) collected with the Belle detector at the KEKB asymmetric-energy e(+) e(-) collider. The transition form factor of the f(0)(980) and that of the f(2)(1270) with the helicity-0, -1, and -2 components separately are measured for the first time and are compared with theoretical calculations.</P>
Digital Robust Controller of DC-DC Converter Using at Remote Sensing

If the lines which connect the output terminal of DC-DC converter and the load are long, the voltage actually across load will be changed largely to produce the voltage drops by the impedances of the lines. Then, the terminalwhich senses the voltage across load is prepared apart from the output terminal of DC-DC converter, and it leads to the load, and the voltage across load is adjusted so that it is not changed largely. This method is called remote sensing.When the lines becomes long, the usual method of adjusting the voltage across load cannot suppress enough the change of it. In this paper, the robust digital controller for suppressing the change of the voltage across load is proposed.Experimental studies using DSP demonstrate that this type of digital controller is effective to suppress it.
Symmetric Lineshape and Exponential Response of Central Mode in Liquids

We investigate the cooperative rotational uctuation in liquids by measuring the Stokes to anti- Stokes light scattering intensity ratio (IS=IAS) and the onset time of the exponential time response. The ratio IS=IAS for carbon disulde becomes unity in a frequency range less than 2 cm..1 at 292 K meaning that the uctuation of molecules loses the quantum character and that the usual uctuation-dissipation theorem cannot be applied to analyze this spectral region. From the results of femtosecond optical Kerr eect (OKE) spectroscopy, it is found that the longer the exponential decay time is, the later the exponential decay begins, implying that the microscopic dynamics is directly connected with the macroscopic slowing-down of the uctuation at low temperatures.?릘

Logarithmic temperature dependence of resistivity in CVD graphene

<P>Logarithmical increase of the longitudinal resistivity (p(xx)) between 10 K and 80 K and its saturation at low temperature were observed in the graphene synthesized by the chemical vapor deposition (CVD) with various applied gate voltage. In the two-dimensional system, it is considerably difficult to identify the origin of the logarithmic temperature (Log-T) increase of the resistivity, because there are three corrections to exhibit the Log-T behavior: the weak localization, the electron-electron interaction (EEI) in the disordered system and the Kondo effect. In order to distinguish the origin of the Log-T behavior, we contrived a new method utilizing the magnetotransport property in tilted magnetic fields. As a result, we have assigned the Log-T behavior in the CVD graphene to the correction of the EEI. (C) 2017 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.</P>
