본 연구의 목적은 개의 경혈에 관한 조직학적 소견을 관찰하는 것이다. 개(4마리)에서 내관(PC06), 간유(BL18), 신유(BL23) 및 방광유(BL28)에 1cm 깊이로 자침을 실시하고, 경혈주위의 조직을 관찰하였다. 각 경혈의 주위조직을 현미경학적으로 관찰하였다. 신경섬유, 소혈관, 및 근방추체들은 인근 지점에서의 비경혈, 또는 피부, 피하조직 및 근육과 같은 부위에서의 비경혈에서도 가끔 발견 되지만, 모든 예의 침의 선단 주위에서 신경섬유, 소혈관, 및 근방추체가 발견되었다. 따라서, 신경섬유, 소혈관 및 근 방추체는 잠재성 경혈 수용체일수도 있다는 가능성이 제시된다. The purpose of this study was to document the histology of canine acupoints. Acupunctural needles were inserted by 0.5 to 1 cm depth into acupoints Nei-guan (Inner pass, PC06), Gan-shu (Liver Association Point, BLl8), Shen-shu (Kidney Association Point, BL23) and Pangguang-shu (Bladder Association Point, BL28) in 4 dogs, and the tissues around the acupoints were examined. Light microscopy was used to observe the surrounding structures of each point. Nerve fibres, small vessels and muscle spindles were found around the tip of the needle in every case, although they occurred not so often at nonacupoint in nearby region or nonacupoint in the areas, such as skin, subcutaneous tissue and muscle. Therefore, it is suggested that nerve fibres, small vessels and muscle spindles may be potential acupoint receptors.

<P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>To improve early renal allograft function, it is important to develop a noninvasive diagnostic method for acute T cell-mediated rejection (TCMR). This study aims to explore potential noninvasive urinary biomarkers to screen for acute TCMR in kidney transplant recipients (KTRs) using untargeted metabolomic profiling.</P> <P>Urinary metabolites, collected from KTRs with stable graft function (STA) or acute TCMR episodes, were analyzed using liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS). Multivariate statistical analyses were performed to discriminate differences in urinary metabolites between the two groups. Receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve analysis was used to evaluate the diagnostic performance of potential urinary biomarkers.</P> <P>Statistical analysis revealed the differences in urinary metabolites between the two groups and indicated several statistically significant metabolic features suitable for potential biomarkers. By comparing the retention times and mass fragmentation patterns of the chemicals in metabolite databases, samples, and standards, six of these features were clearly identified. ROC curve analysis showed the best performance of the training set (area under the curve value, 0.926; sensitivity, 90.0%; specificity, 84.6%) using a panel of five potential biomarkers: guanidoacetic acid, methylimidazoleacetic acid, dopamine, 4-guanidinobutyric acid, and <I>L</I>-tryptophan. The diagnostic accuracy of this model was 62.5% for an independent test dataset.</P> <P>LC-MS-based untargeted metabolomic profiling is a promising method to discriminate between acute TCMR and STA groups. A new black seed coated soybean cultivar with yellow cotyledon, Geomjeongsaeol was developed at the YeongnamAgricultural Research Institute (YARI) in 2004. Geomjeongsaeol was selected from a cross Keunol/ Geomjeongol. The prelimi-nary, advanced, and regional yield trials for evaluation and selection of this line (Milyang 123) were carried out from 1999 tospherical seed shape, oval leaflet shape, and large seed size (31.1 grams per 100 seeds), and it was 4 days later in maturity than thecheck variety Geomjeongol. In the seed quality such a crude protein, oligo-saccharide, and anthocyanin contents, Geomjeongsaeolwas higher than check variety, and it has good adaptability for cooking with rice. It also has been identified to have resistance tosaeol was 2.34 ton per hectare in the regional yield trials (RYT) carried out for two years from 2003 to 2004 which was 26 percenthigher than the check variety Geomjeongol.

개 추간판탈출증에 이환된 환축을 간이뜸으로 치료하였다. 본 환축은 신경계검사와 자기공명촬영을 이용하여 경추 4번과 5번의 추간판탈출증으로 진단되었다. 환축은 2주간 프레드니솔론을 처방 받았으나 임상증상이 개선되지 않아 간이뜸(1일 1회, 10-15분)으로 3주간 처치하였다. 환축은 일주일 후 기립이 가능하였으며, 3주 후 거의 정상적인 보행이 가능하였다.

Mechanical properties of metal foams depend on cell type, shape, size, homogeneity, surface area and relative density, and particularly are proportional to its density. Deformation of metal foams includes the plastic deformation and collapse and shows a plateau area followed by yielding point. Metal foams follow the morphological rules that are about cell type, size and homogeneity. Metal foams with homogeneous wall thickness and linear cell boundary show the similar mechanical properties to bulk metal and thickness averaged by diameter affect the mechanical properties more seriously than cell size. In this paper, the effects of holding furnace temperature on macrostructure of Al foams were studied, sound absorption and thermal conductivity tests were carried out and impact test did with different cell size. To avoid the disappearing of bubbles by coalescence or burst, foaming agent(TiH_2) containing gas releasing component was used to fabricate the closed-cell Al foams. Melting was carried out near at 680℃ considering the melting point of recycled Al alloy and gas releasing point of TiH_2. The velocity of decomposition decreased with decrease of the time and temperature. Impact absorption energy of Al foam has 27 ㎏-㎝ at about cell size 2.7 ㎜. The acoustical performance of Al foam is considerably improved: its absorption coefficient shows over NRC 0.7 from 2000 to 4000 ㎐. Thermal conductivity of Al has about 2 W/mk.
