동적회전외란에 따른 발목관절 거동 및 족저압 변화 특성 분석

The purpose of this study was to determine the changes in properties including Foot Pressure on the Behavior of the ankle joint caused by the motion of the normal ankle in accordance with disturbances occurring in four directions of rotation perturbation simulator. The subjects who took part in the test consist of 7 young men. The physical features of the young men that were recruited for the study are as below:(Age: 25.5 ± 1.7, height: 173.9 ± 6.4cm, weight: 71.3 ± 6.5kg). Perturbation(AP, RD, ML, LD) was used as the rotation perturbation simulator. The results were as follows. First Behavior of ankle joint movements AP: DF/PF angle change, RD: DF/PF and Eve/Inv angle change, ML: Eve/Inv angle change, LD: DF/PF and Eve/Inv angle change. Foot Pressure variation characteristics are as follows: AP: Posterior direction of the left`s hindfoot region with the highest peak pressure, RD: right diagonal direction of the right"s forefoot area on the highest peak pressure, ML: medial direction of the left`s forefoot area, the highest result, LD: left diagonal direction of the left`s forefoot highest peak pressure appears in this area.
