      • Identifying Opinion Leader in the Internet Forum

        Opinion leader is an authority person who has great influence in BBS. Their linguistic behavior has a huge impact on net citizen’s behavior and thought. In this paper, we propose an algorithm called OLRA (Opinion Leader PageRank Algorithm) based on topic-field to identify opinion leaders in the Internet forum. In the algorithm the closeness degree factor and sentiment analyses are taken into consideration. Meanwhile, these two authority values are defined as the weight of links among users. The data is collected from a number of posts on Tianya forum which is a famous forum in China. In the experiment, the algorithm is compared with Interest-based PageRank algorithm, online time Algorithm, and Experience-based Algorithm, the result shows that the OLRA algorithm can identify opinion leaders than others in the Internet forum effectively.

      • Photochemical vapor generation and in situ preconcentration for determination of mercury by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry

        <▼1><P>Mercury vapor from photo-chemical vapor generation (CVG) was enriched in gold nanorods (AuNRs) for enhancing sensitivity of GF-AAS.</P></▼1><▼2><P>A new and sensitive method is described for the on-line preconcentration and determination of ultra-trace mercury by coupling a trapping scheme based on coating gold nanorods onto the inner wall of the graphite furnace for mercury vapor from photochemical vapor generation (photo-CVG) and graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometric (GF-AAS) detection. The optimal experimental conditions for the photo-CVG, trapping and atomization were carefully investigated, together with the interference from transition metals. The limit of detection of this method was found to be 0.02 μg L<SUP>−1</SUP> and the precision was better than 5% at 0.1 μg L<SUP>−1</SUP>. Mercury in four spiked water samples and two certified reference materials was successfully determined by the proposed method.</P></▼2>

        An Assessment Model of Owner Safety Management and its Application to Real Estate Projects

        Establishing a scientific and applicative safety management assessment system is crucial in improving safety performance oforganizations. Currently, there are few studies on owners’ safety management assessment systems. Based on the behavioral-basedsafety theory, this paper explores the links among safety management system, safety management behavior, safety management stateand safety performance, which constitute an assessment model that characterizes the features of safety management. It then proposesa safety management indicator system that applies to real estate owners. The applicability and effectiveness of the system is verifiedby a four-year case study with a real estate owner. Relationships between safety management system, safety management behavior,safety management state, and their main impacting factors are obtained. Results indicate that the assessment model makes safetyevaluation clearer and demonstrates significant correlations between different safety management issues. Owners’ safetymanagement system is established and implemented favorably under the safety management assessment indicator system. This paperpresents a profound understanding of safety management assessment, in which the safety management assessment model and theindicator system is applied effectively in practice. To improve safety management level, specific theoretical and practicalimplications lead researchers and practitioners to pay more attention to safety management assessment.

      • GENERALIZED TV-STOKES MODEL

        Contemporary TV-Stokes models are based on the so-called two-step methods [1?7]. The first step is to regularize tangential vector field to the level curves of the image and the second step is to reconstruct an image whose gradient fits in the regularized normal vector in the first step. In this paper, we propose the general framework of TV-Stokes models and provide an efficient and fast numerical algorithm based on the augmented Lagrangian method. The proposed model and numerical algorithm have the potential to be used for a number of applications such as image inpainting, image decomposition, surface reconstruction from the sparse gradient, direction denoising, and image denoising. Comparing with the properties of the L²-norm and the L¹-norm in the fidelity term, a proper choice of norms is investigated in each application.We numerically show that the proposed model recovers jump discontinuities of a data and discontinuities of the data gradient while reducing stair-case effect.

      • A Focused Crawler URL Analysis Algorithm based on Semantic Content and Link Clustering in Cloud Environment

        Currently, the efficiency of the existing focused crawlers is not high because of their unsatisfactory precision. In this article, we analyze the URL analysis methods of the existing focused crawlers, and propose a URL analysis algorithm based on the semantic content and link clustering in cloud environment. In this algorithm, the download URLs are clustered with the philosophy of clustering on the basis of VSM to improve the precision of the focused crawler according to the correlation between download URLs and new URLs. The algorithm is evaluated on Heritrix3.10 compared with Best First Search algorithm and Shark Search algorithm. The experiment results demonstrate that the algorithm proposed can collect web pages related to the given topic accurately and effectively.Moreover, the algorithm has a good ability of learning which proves the possibility of this algorithm.

        Synthesis and Properties of Benzodithiophene-Based Donor-Acceptor Metallo-Supramolecular Polymers

        Two new conjugated donor-acceptor (D-A) supramolecular building blocks, which contain benzo[1,2-b:4,5-b']dithiophene (BDT) electron-donating cores modified with alkoxy (BDT-OR) or thiophene (BDT-Th) groups and electron-accepting 2,2':6',2''-terpyridine moieties, were synthesized via Pd-catalyzed Stille coupling. Under the introduction of transition metal ion Ru2+, the novel metallo-supramolecular polymers PBDT-OR and PBDT-Th were obtained by self-assembly polymerization of the monomeric building blocks BDT-OR and BDT-Th, respectively. The resulting polymers exhibit broad absorption band from 300 to 600 nm. The embedding of the transition metal ions Ru2+ into the backbones of the supramolecular polymers increases the electron-withdrawing capacity of the terpyridine moieties. Consequently, the absorption bands of both PBDT-OR and PBDT-Th exhibit red-shift at the longer wavelength compared with the corresponding monomeric building blocks, 622 nm for PBDT-OR and 625 nm for PBDT-Th, which results from intramolecular charge transfer (ICT). The LUMO energy levels of PBDT-OR and PBDT-Th are similar, -3.44 and -3.43 eV, respectively, while their HOMO energy levels are different, -5.25 and 5.17 eV, respectively, due to distinct electron-donating abilities of the BDT cores modified with alkoxy and thiophene groups. PBDT-OR and PBDT-Th show reduced electrochemical energy gaps, 1.81 and 1.74 eV, respectively. Meanwhile, the resulting polymers PBDT-OR and PBDT-Th are thermally stable under 300 and 389 oC, respectively.

        LncRNA SNHG6 promotes glycolysis reprogramming in hepatocellular carcinoma by stabilizing the BOP1 protein

        Metabolic reprogramming is an important feature in tumor progression. Long noncoding RNA’s (lncRNA) small nucleolar RNA host gene 6 (SNHG6) acts as a proto-oncogene in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) but its role in glycolysis is mostly unknown. The role of SNHG6 and Block of proliferation 1 (BOP1) on glycolysis is assessed by glucose uptake, lactate production, oxygen consumptive rate (OCR) and extracellular acidification rate (ECAR) and glycolytic enzyme levels. The regulatory effect of SNHG6 on BOP1 protein was confirmed by Western blotting, MS2 pulldown, RNA pull-down, and RIP assay. SNHG6 and BOP1 levels were increased in HCC tissues and cells. SNHG6 and BOP1 were prognostic factors in HCC patients and significantly correlated to TP53 mutant and tumor grade. SNHG6 promoted proliferation, inhibited apoptosis, enhanced glucose uptake and lactate production, decreased OCR, and increased ECAR in HCC cell lines. SNHG6 could bind the BOP1 protein and enhance its stability. BOP1 overexpression rescued the change of proliferation, apoptosis, and glycolysis in HCCLM3 and SMMC-7721 cells. Our data indicate that SNHG6 accelerates proliferation and glycolysis and inhibits the apoptosis of HCC cell lines by binding the BOP1 protein and enhancing its stability. Both SNHG6 and BOP1 are promising prognostic and therapeutic markers in HCC.
