This study carries out in-depth political feasibility analysis of the prospective health financingreform currently taking place in Taiwan. The National Health Insurance (NHI) Program, whichwas established in Taiwan in 1995, covers virtually all of the island’s citizens. Between the years2001 and 2004, the Taiwanese Government organized a taskforce to carry out the wholesale reformof the NHI program into the so-called ‘Second Generation NHI Program’. This study is part of thecomprehensive review, focusing on the preferences and positions of key policy stakeholders withregard to the financial reform proposals, as well as their network relationships. The approach ofstakeholder analysis was employed to conduct this empirical study. The results reveal that the newfinancing scheme has a certain degree of support from the policy stakeholders participating in thisstudy, and that in particular, the measures concerning equity and sustainability were most welcome. However, controversy remains with regard to the issue of the equitable sharing of contributions. It is clear that there is much strong support for the new scheme amongst the administrativeand legislative elite, although the same level of support is not evident amongst the social eliteaffiliated with employees’ associations and welfare groups.

Adenocarcinoma of lung has high incidence and a poor prognosis, woith chemotherapy as the main therapeutic tool, most commonly with cisplatin. However, chemotherapy resistance develops in the majority of patients during clinic treatment. Mechanisms of resistance are complex and still unclear. Although annexin play important roles in various tumor resistance mechanisms, their actions in cisplatin-resistant lung adenocarcinoma remain unclear. Preliminary studies by our group found that in cisplatin-resistant lung cancer A549 cells and lung adenocarcinoma tissues, both mRNA and protein expression of annexins A1, A2 and A3 is increased. Using a library of annexin A1, A2 and A3 targeting combined molecules already established by ourselves we found that specific targeting decreased cisplatin-resistance. Taken together, the underlined effects of annexins A1, A2 and A3 on drug resistance and suggest molecular mechanisms in cisplatin-resistant A549 cells both in vivo and in vitro. Furthermore, the study points to improved research on occurrence and development of lung adenocarcinoma, with provision of effective targets and programmes for lung adenocarcinoma therapy in the clinic.
중국 중소기업의 수출신용보험 활용 및 수출성과에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors affecting the trade insurance utilization of exporting small enterprises and their effect on export performance. To identify the factors that affect the Chinese SMEs’ utilization of export insurance, examine whether export insurance utilization positively affects export performance, and whether export insurance utilization mediates the relationship between the export firm characteristics, SINOSURE characteristics and export performance, we conducted a questionnaire survey on employees of SMEs in China and conducted Smart PLS 3.0. Results of this analysis are as follows. First, the level of export orientation and export risk management positively affects the utilization of export credit insurance, and the effect of recognition of export credit insurance on export credit insurance utilization is statistically insignificant. Second, in terms of characteristics of export credit insurance companies, all of the factors have a positive effect on utilization of export credit insurance. Third, the utilization of export credit insurance helps improve the export performance of SMEs. Fourth, the mediating effect of export credit insurance was found to be statistically insignificant.
중국 B2C 온라인 쇼핑몰의 초기신뢰가 구매의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

With the rapid development of Internet technology, online shopping has been drumming up interest in the academe. However, because of time and space barriers, delays in purchasing and delivery under the online shopping environment, uncertainty and risk of online shopping are greater than offline shopping. Consumer’ trust is an important constraint during the development of an online shopping mall. Therefore, how to build trust from customers and enhance competitiveness can be regarded as an important subject relative to B2C shopping malls. The purpose of this study is to investigate the influence of information quality, reputation, and website design on initial trust based on the initial trust influencer model presented by Fung and Lee (1999). A survey was conducted on B2C shopping mall users in China through e-mail, on site and internet. Except for the unfair questionnaires among the 335 retrieved questionnaires, we used SmartPLS to conduct analysis with the 340 questionnaires. Results showed that information quality, reputation, and design all have positive effects on initial trust. Moreover, initial trust has a positive effect on consumer’ purchase intention. In addition, initial trust mediates the relationship between information quality, reputation, website design and purchase intention.
Sliding Mode Control for Servo Motors Based on the Differential Evolution Algorithm

A sliding mode control (SMC) for servo motors based on the differential evolution (DE) algorithm, called DE-SMC, is proposed in this study. The parameters of SMC should be designed exactly to improve the robustness, realize the precision positioning, and reduce the steady-state speed error of the servo drive. The main parameters of SMC are optimized using the DE algorithm according to the speed feedback information of the servo motor. The most significant influence factor of the DE algorithm is optimization iteration. A suitable iteration can be achieved by the tested optimization process profile of the main parameters of SMC. Once the parameters of SMC are optimized under a convergent iteration, the system realizes the given performance indices within the shortest time. The experiment indicates that the robustness of the system is improved, and the dynamic and steady performance achieves the given performance indices under a convergent iteration when motor parameters mismatch and load disturbance is added. Moreover, the suitable iteration effectively mitigates the low-speed crawling phenomenon in the system. The correctness and effectiveness of DE-SMC are verified through the experiment.

<P><B>Abstract</B></P><P>A microemulsion system of docetaxel was prepared and evaluated for its solubilization capacity and oral bioavailability improvement. Based on a solubility study and pseudo ternary phase diagrams, microemulsions of about 30?nm in mean diameter were formulated with improved solubilization capacity towards the hydrophobic drug, docetaxel. The o/w microemulsion formulation (M-3) composed of Capryol 90 (oil), Cremophor EL (surfactant) and Transcutol (co-surfactant) enhanced the solubility of docetaxel up to 30?mg/mL, which maintained solubilization capacity for 24?h even after it was diluted 20 times with normal saline. The three formulations did not show significant difference in the <I>in vitro</I> lipid digestion study. Both the ultrafiltration and dialysis studies revealed that the release of 80% of docetaxel was released from the microemulsions within 12?h <I>in vitro</I>. Compared to the commercial product Taxotere<SUP>®</SUP> (0.025?µg/cm<SUP>2</SUP>), the apical to basolateral transport of docetaxel across the Caco-2 cell monolayer from the M-3 formulation (Capryol 90/Cremophor EL/Transcutol=29.4:24.9:12.4, w/w) was significantly improved (0.624?µg/cm<SUP>2</SUP>, <I>p</I><0.01). Moreover, the oral bioavailability of the M-3 formulation in rats (34.42%) rose dramatically compared to that of the orally administered Taxotere<SUP>®</SUP> (6.63%). This increase in bioavailability was probably due to the combined effect of the enhancement in solubility, the inhibition of P-gp efflux system and the increase in permeability. These results encourage further development of docetaxel microemulsions as an oral drug delivery system.</P> <P><B>Graphical abstract</B></P><P>Increased oral bioavailability of docetaxel in the microemulsions was observed by the combined effects of enhanced solubility, P-gp inhibition and permeability enhancing effects.</P><ce:figure></ce:figure>

To improve the performance of sensorless induction motor (IM) drives, an adaptive speed estimation method based on a strong tracking extended Kalman filter with a least-square algorithm (LS-STEKF) for induction motors is proposed in this paper. With this method, a fading factor is introduced into the covariance matrix of the predicted state, which forces the innovation sequence orthogonal to each other and tunes the gain matrix online. In addition, the estimation error is adjusted adaptively and the mutational state is tracked fast. Simultaneously, the fading factor can be continuously self-tuned with the least-square algorithm according to the innovation sequence. The application of the least-square algorithm guarantees that the information in the innovation sequence is extracted as much as possible and as quickly as possible. Therefore, the proposed method improves the model adaptability in terms of actual systems and environmental variations, and reduces the speed estimation error. The correctness and the effectiveness of the proposed method are verified by experimental results.
