<P> Because of the rising popularity of the 3D Internet map services, the acquisition of real-time spatial information has become more important. This study has proposed a new sensor called ‘ToF Camera’ as one solution to acquire multidimensional real-time data. For this, the range acquisition mechanism and advantages & disadvantages of ToF cameras have been investigated based on previous studies. In addition, the specifications of ToF cameras so far have been summarized. To analyze the specifications of ToF cameras, data under special cases have been acquired, and the results were examined. Then, this study has attempted to propose the usability of ToF cameras for acquisition of multidimensional real-time spatial data. </P>
System Level Design of Multi-standard Receiver Using Reconfigurable RF Block

In this paper, we review the four receiver architectures and four methods for multi-standard receiver design. Propose reconfigurable RF block can be used for both low-IF and direct conversion architecture. Also, using reconfigurable mixer method, it can be operated at 2-6 GRz range for multi-standard receiver. It consists of wideband mixer, filter, and automatic gain control amplifier and to get wide-hand operation, 2-6 G Hz, wide-band mixer use flexible input matching method. Besides, to design multi-standard receiver, LNA bank that support each standard is necessary and it has good performance to compensate the performance of wide-band mixer. Finally, we design and simulate proposed reconfigurable RF block and to prove that it has acceptable performances for various ",ireles" standards, the LNA bank tbat supports both IEEE 802.l1a/b/g and WCDMA is also designed and simulated with it.<br/>

<P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>Nickel particles containing TiO<SUB>2</SUB> grains were successfully fabricated using mechanical carbonization of Ni<SUB>3</SUB>Ti alloy powder, followed by selective oxidation of Ni-TiC to Ni-TiO<SUB>2</SUB>. For comparison, Ni-TiO<SUB>2</SUB> composites were prepared using a conventional mechanical alloying method. The two powders were sintered using a spark plasma sintering system at 850, 900, 950, and 1000 °C. Structural characterization was performed using X-ray diffraction, field emission scanning electron microscopy, and transmission electron microscopy. The relative densities of all the sintered samples were up to 99.7% at all sintering temperatures. The average particle diameter, interparticle distance, and grain size of the matrix in the sintered Ni particle composites that contained TiO<SUB>2</SUB> grains were finer than others at all temperatures. These results imply that the alloying-carbonizing-oxidation-sintering (ACOS) process is a very promising method for refining oxide particles of oxide-dispersion-strengthened alloys. The enhanced mechanical properties such as compression yield strength and hardness of the sintered Ni-TiO<SUB>2</SUB> composite is a consequence of the refinement of oxide particles by the ACOS process.</P> <P><B>Highlights</B></P> <P> <UL> <LI> ACOS process enables the enhancement of the properties in ODS alloys. </LI> <LI> The particles and grains in ODS alloy refined through the ACOS process. </LI> <LI> The ODS alloy was strengthened due to the greater refinement, achieved through the use of the ACOS process. </LI> </UL> </P>

Around the world, BIM application has been mandated. In Korea, an announcement was made in 2016 that BIM application will be required for all public constructions ordered by the Public Procurement Service. However, BIM cannot be used for building permits as Seumter, a building permit system, doesn’t support BIM, even if it was used for building design. To utilize BIM for permit application, this study introduces a method of management for BIM-used permit application information. It was done by analyzing the data entered for new building permit application in Seumter. For the analysis, the permit application information is classified as internal BIM information and external BIM information and the required information is defined. To easily create and utilize the data types at the design stage, this study introduces a method of creating and utilizing a permit template. Also, this study developed a tool for combining the area information to add up all the related information such as gross floor area and floor area ratio. This study is significant in that it analyzes the required information for new building permit application among all the permit application types in Korea.

OSC(Off-Site Construction) is regarded as a faster and more economical method in the construction industry, and the attention towards the OSC is growing. In the modular construction process, which is one type of OSC, accurate identification of a module is essential. Because the installation position and the MEP(Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) composition are distinct between modules, a defect in the finishing or junction area is likely to happen during the construction process. This study suggested the modular construction process by applying a beacon receiver using BLE(Bluetooth Low Energy) technology on each module. Construction quality management would be improved using the location and assembly data, particularly for a different module in modular construction.
