In this study, a real-sized experimental equipment (pilot plant) was built at the site based on the preliminary research data to develop a movable separator for the mixed construction waste that can be implemented in agricultural areas to review its feasibility through the evaluation of its separation efficiency by waste types. The final construction of the movable separator and experimental results of the separation efficiency are summarized as follows. 1) The separation performance according to the blade type was the best for the combustible wastes either with 26 numbers of L-type blades and 32 numbers of pin type blades. As far as combination of blade types, when the L-type and pin-type were combined, the best separation efficiency was achieved. 2) The separation efficiency for waste wood by the conveyor type and angle of inclination (slope) of the trommel was the best when the conveyor had ribs of seagull shape with the angle of inclination 45°. 3) The separation efficiencies by process showed that 65.9% was separated as inorganic demolition wastes, 18.2% as waste woods, and 16.0% as combustible wastes at conveyor speed of 2-3 rpm, and the error rate was the least from the waste types generated in the dismantle site.
태양열과 지열을 이용한 난방용 공기순환시스템 기초연구 - 태양열을 이용한 트롬월식의 축열성능 중심으로 -

Each country in the world currently concentrates on shifting into clean energy, which can be alternative energy, for global environment protection and solution to the problem of fossil fuel depletion. The Korean government is predicted to develop renewable energy, such as solar power, ground power, and offshore wind power, and to increase their supply ratios by ending the use of coals and nuclear power plants. This study conducted experiments on thermal storage performance of Trombe wall thermal storage materials using solar power and simulations in order to offer baseline data for the development of a hybrid air circulation system for heating that can maximize efficiency by simultaneously using solar and geothermal power. The study results are as follows: (1) In all the specimens with 3m, 5m, and 7m in the length of thermal storage pipe, $5.7^{\circ}C$, $7.8^{\circ}C$, and $10.5^{\circ}C$ rose, respectively, as the thermal storage effect of the specimens attaching insulation film and black tape to the general funnel. They were most excellent in terms of thermal storage effect. (2) As a result of thermal performance evaluation on the II type specimens, II-3 ($7.8^{\circ}C$ rise) > II-4 ($5.3^{\circ}C$ rise) > II-1 ($3.9^{\circ}C$ rise) > II-2 ($2.3^{\circ}C$ rise) was revealed, and thus II-3 (insulation film + black tape) was most effective as shown in the I type. (3) This study analyzed air current and temperature distribution inside of the greenhouse by linking actually measured values and simulation interpretation results through the interpretation of CFD (computational fluid dynamics). As a result, the parts absorbing heat and discharging heat around the thermal storage pipe could be visibly classified, and temperature distribution inside of the greenhouse around the thermal storage pipe could be figured out.
광경화수지를 이용한 도막방수재의 경화 및 부착 특성에 관한 연구

Urethane and epoxy waterproofing membrane coating, which is most widely used at present, involves problems such as the long time of drying, environmental pollution due to a large quantity of volatile solvent generated in the drying process, etc. Accordingly, the objective of this study is to diversify the advantages of photocurable resin with no volatile solvent. To this end, its availability as an alternative to existing epoxy and urethane waterproofing membrane coating is examined, and an experiment was conducted to present a basis for construction manuals to secure proper quality. Experiment results are as follows: (1) To secure a level of bond strength that satisfies the quality standards in using photocurable resin for waterproofing membrane coating, the irradiation distance should be within 100mm and the irradiation angle within 90°±22.5°, and the time at least 20 seconds in principle. (2) As for the adhesive strength of photocurable resin depending on the base surface materials, that for mortar should be 3.23 KN/㎟ and that for steel sheets 6.14 KN/㎟. The suggested material satisfies these quality standards. (3) When photocurable resin is used for mortar in various temperature conditions, the value was 1.95 KN/㎟ in the condition of mortar at 20±2℃, and 1.74 KN/㎟ at 30±2℃ respectively. (4) When photocurable resin is used for waterproofing membrane coating of mortar, a primer should be applied in order to secure adhesive strength high enough. Thus, the suggested material can be utilized as an alternative to waterproofing membrane coating, an existing volatile solvent.
상변화물질을 사용한 시트형 및 파이프형 축열재의 축열성능 평가를 위한 모형실험 연구

In this paper, the phase change material (PCM) to increase the heat capacity of buildings is applied to building materials. The building materials use not only sensible heat but also latent heat so that the building materials are useful to maintain the pleasant indoor environment and to save the building energy. The purpose of this paper is to reduce the greenhouse gases due to building use. The model experimental research results are as follows. (1) The test shows that the sheet or pipe type heat storage materials are effective to reduce the daily temperature range, rather than the standard type. (2) The sheet type material has better capacity than the pipe type material to delay the increase in indoor temperature. (3) The building material mixing the phase change material can be useful to maintain indoor comfortably.
철근콘크리트 구조물의 구조균열과 구조감리 분석을 통한 품질향상을 위한 제도 개선 연구

In this study, the surveys and the interviews have been conducted to prepare measures for structure crack, with analyzing the cause of the structure crack, which appeared on the structures. In addition, we have intended to suggest the proposals for enhancing the system to reduce the crack and to improve the quality of the reinforced concrete structures by analyzing the practices and the system of structure supervision. The proposed conclusion is shown as following. 1) Consolidate the ordinances related to construction supervision 2) Importance on design supervision, such as architecture, structure, and construction 3) Importance on construction supervision 4) New establishment of regulations related to structure supervision.
강판 탈부착형 에코데크플레이트의 안전성 및 경제성 평가

This study relates to an experimental research to review utility of removable steel Eco deck plates by connecting them with bolts in order to prevent corrosion in the weld zone and to reduce maintenance and repairing cost of slab. The results of economic feasibility of Eco deck plate and LCC by way of evaluation of safety against construction load are as follows. (1) Test specimen 150-ED3-3.8 was finally broken into other forms with different behavior from other specimens. However, behavioral characteristics of test specimens were not much affected by final broken shape changes. (2) Allowing deflection by construction load was found as 85.5% of design value for the specimen 135-ED1-3.2, 90.9% for the specimen 150-ED3-3.8, and 75.9% for the specimen 200-ED5-4.5 showing safe in the allowing deflection for all the test specimens. However, it is judged to be necessary to adjust camber value in case of test specimen 150-ED3-3.8 having allowing deflection around 90%. (3) The comparison results between general deck plate and LCC having same specification about purchase cost including manufacturing and installation and cost during use including maintenance and dismantle showed that all the specimens used in the experiments were economical by around 16.62∼18.99% as compared with that of LCC.
