Generation Z consumers are interested in sustainability issues, but they often perceive sustainable fashion as expensive, unfashionable, and inaccessible. Previous studies suggest that secondhand fashion can be a cost-effective and attractive sustainable option for Gen Z. However, lingering stigmas associated with secondhand fashion may affect their willingness to disclose and recommend secondhand shopping. By integrating Theory of Planned Behavior, Norm Activation Model, and Social Proof principle, this study identifies factors that may reduce negative perceptions of secondhand fashion. Data were collected using a convenience sample (N = 208), and PLS-SEM was used to analyze the suggested relationships. The findings of the present study expand the literature by confirming the influence of norms and influencer social reassurance on behavioral intentions. In practical terms, practitioners may create campaigns with social media influencers to reduce Gen Z’s lingering stigma toward secondhand shopping.

<P><B>Abstract</B></P><P>Using[FORMULA OMISSION]-equivariant symplectic homology, in particular its mean Euler characteristic, of the natural filling of links of Brieskorn–Pham polynomials, we prove the existence of infinitely many inequivalent contact structures on various manifolds, including in dimension 5 the<I>k</I>-fold connected sums of[FORMULA OMISSION]and certain rational homology spheres. We then apply our result to show that on these manifolds the moduli space of classes of positive Sasakian structures has infinitely many components. We also apply our results to give lower bounds on the number of components of the moduli space of Sasaki–Einstein metrics on certain homotopy spheres. Finally, a new family of Sasaki–Einstein metrics of real dimension 20 on[FORMULA OMISSION]is exhibited.</P>

<P>Electrolyte and electrode materials used in lithium-ion batteries have been studied separately to a great extent, however the structural and dynamical properties of the electrolyte–electrode interface still remain largely unexplored despite its critical role in governing battery performance. Using molecular dynamics simulations, we examine the structural reorganization of solvent molecules (cyclic ethylene carbonate : linear dimethyl carbonate 1 : 1 molar ratio doped with 1 M LiPF<SUB>6</SUB>) in the vicinity of graphite electrodes with varying surface charge densities (<I>σ</I>). The interfacial structure is found to be sensitive to the molecular geometry and polarity of each solvent molecule as well as the surface structure and charge distribution of the negative electrode. We also evaluated the potential difference across the electrolyte–electrode interface, which exhibits a nearly linear variation with respect to <I>σ</I> up until the onset of Li<SUP>+</SUP> ion accumulation onto the graphite edges from the electrolyte. In addition, well-tempered metadynamics simulations are employed to predict the free-energy barriers to Li<SUP>+</SUP> ion transport through the relatively dense interfacial layer, along with analysis of the Li<SUP>+</SUP> solvation sheath structure. Quantitative analysis of the molecular arrangements at the electrolyte–electrode interface will help better understand and describe electrolyte decomposition, especially in the early stages of solid-electrolyte-interphase (SEI) formation. Moreover, the computational framework presented in this work offers a means to explore the effects of solvent composition, electrode surface modification, and operating temperature on the interfacial structure and properties, which may further assist in efforts to engineer the electrolyte–electrode interface leading to a SEI layer that optimizes battery performance.</P> <P>Graphic Abstract</P><P>The reorganization of solvent molecules in response to the excess charge on the anode is theoretically analyzed, which helps to better understand and describe the initial stages of SEI formation. <IMG SRC='http://pubs.rsc.org/services/images/RSCpubs.ePlatform.Service.FreeContent.ImageService.svc/ImageService/image/GA?id=c6cp05140e'> </P>

The Japanese encephalitis virus (JEV) is one of the main causes of encephalitis in Asia, including Cambodia. An understanding of the interactions between JEV hosts and vectors (Diptera: Culicidae) remains rare in the context of expanding urbanization. The relative abundance, species diversity and population dynamics of potential JEV vectors were studied between August 2015 and July 2016 on a peri-urban and rural pig farm in Kandal province, Cambodia, where JEV is circulating. Five similar environments in the two farms were selected for mosquito trapping: pig farm, cattle house, river/canals, household/ponds and paddy fields. The main objective was to describe the distribution and the dynamics of the main JEV vector mosquito species. In total, 83,013 mosquitoes from 20 species were caught in rural and peri-urban areas, and 82.3% of the mosquitoes were potential JEV vector species. In peri-urban areas, Culex (Cx.) gelidus was the most abundant species, followed by Cx. vishnui subgroup and Cx. tritaeniorhynchus. In rural areas, the same species were dominant: Cx. vishnui subgroup, Cx. gelidus and Cx. tritaeniorhynchus. The vast majority of mosquitoes (95.9%) were collected in close proximity to pigs and cattle. In conclusion, JEV vectors were present at all study sites and throughout all months of the year, supporting a continuous circulation of JEV in Cambodia.
Globalization but Still a Large Diversity of Productive Models and Corporate Governance Styles

Built upon a series of international comparisons and historical retrospective analyses of the car industry, the article challenges the vision that lean production is the best productive model for the 21st century. From a theoretical standpoint, a productive model is defined by the conjunction of a profit strategy and a company governance compromise in order to make coherent product policy, productive organization and employment relationships. along with the relevance with respect the macroeconomic macro growth mode. The empirical analysis shows that at least 3 productive models co-exist: the toyotian is organised along permanent costs reduction, the hondian one is built upon innovation and flexibility. whereas the sloanian model, based upon volume and diversity. is still alive and quite efficient in the relevant European context. The prognosis is that this diversity of productive models is bound to continue, even the era of globalization and after the mega merger mania.
