비서직 종사자의 무형식학습 촉진 방안 - 비서직의 업무적 특성을 중심으로

지식기반 사회로의 전환에 따라 기업들의 조직구성원들의 무형식학습에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있으며 조직내의 평생학습문화와 무형식학습의 확산을 위하여 임원진, 관리자의 역할이 강조되고 있다. 특히 비서직 종사자의 경우, 업무의 가변성, 다양성 그리고 시간과 공간에 대한 제약이 있는 업무상의 특성으로 인하여 무형식학습에 대한 의존이 높으나 비서직 종사자의 무형식학습에 관한 연구는 미비한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 비서직 종사자가 임원진, 관리자와 같은 그들의 상사를 최측근에서 보좌하는 업무적 특성을 반영하여 상사의 코칭리더십을 비서직 종사자의 무형식학습 촉진 방안으로 제안하고자 하였다. 이에 상사의 코칭리더십을 직무기반 코칭리더십과 관계기반 코칭리더십으로 구분하여 상사의 코칭리더십을 비서직 종사자의 무형식학습의 촉진 방안으로의 활용방법과 그 결과를 알아보았다. 상사의 직무기반 코칭리더십은 직무에 대한 정보 제공, 교육참여와 학습 지지, 수행에 대한 피드백 제공 등과 같은 방법으로 비서직 종사자의 무형식학습 촉진이 가능하며 그 결과로 비서직 종사자는 업무와 조직이해에 관한 지식과 기술, 상사의 업무스타일 파악, 자기개발능력 함양과 관련된 무형식학습이 가능하다. 상사의 관계기반 코칭리더십은 지지와 격려, 칭찬과 같은 방법으로 비서직 종사자의 무형식학습 촉진이 가능하며 그 결과로 비서직 종사자는 인간관계 기술, 자기개발능력 함양과 관련된 무형식학습이 가능하다. 본 연구는 상사의 코칭리더십에 대한 참여와 의지를 반영하지 않은 한계점을 지니나 비서직 종사자의 업무적 특성을 반영한 무형식학습 촉진 방안의 제시로 그 의의를 지니며 비서직 종사자의 무형식학습 확산에 기여하고자 하였다. The principal objective of this study is to find facilitating factors of secretaries’ informal learning. Based on literature review and judgement of the author of this study, coaching leadership of superior came out very important facilitating factors of secretaries’ informal learning. The findings of the study are as follows: First, superior's duty-based coaching leadership such as providing information about job skills and feedbacks facilitates secretaries' informal learning. Second, superior's relationship-based coaching leadership such as encouraging and praising facilitates secretaries' informal learning. Learning outcomes from superior's coaching leadership are knowledges about work procedure and organization's main issues, communication skills, inspiration, and self-development.
지자체 재난관리역량 강화를 위한 평가 체계의 도입 방안

재난의 다양화·복잡화로 재난관리의 영역이 확대됨에 따라 지자체에서는 현재 재난 및 안전관리 기본법상 재난으로 정의된 자연재난, 사회재난과 더불어 안전관리까지 넓은 범위를 포함하여 관리하고 있다. 이에 따라 다양한 재난관리 영역의 역량 강화를 위해 영역별 평가와 점검이 이루어지고 있지만, 각각의 뚜렷한 목표와 특성 없이 유사한 내용으로 중복 운영되어 재난관리 담당자의 행정력 낭비 문제가 지속적으로 제기되고 있다. 또한 일부 평가제도의 경우 역량체계를 표방하고 있으나 재난관리 역량에 대한 개념이 명확하지 않고 세부적인 내용도 역량 강화 보다는 실적 중심의 확인점검에 그치고 있어, 지자체 특성에 맞는 역량을 중심으로 중복적인 평가와 점검 문제를 개선하기 위한 평가 체계의 도입이 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 전 지자체에서 매년 실시되고 있는 재난관리평가제도인 ‘재난관리체계 등에 평가’를 중심으로 현황과 문제점을 살펴보고, 국외 재난관리평가 사례와 현행 지표분석을 통해 지자체 목표중심의 역량 평가체계 도입방안을 제시하고자 한다.

Although vision has been considered as a top sensory organ in the Western culture until modern times, the significance of space experience that communicates with a body via complex perceptions has recently garnered attention. This study criticizes the limitations of a vision-centered space and has the goal of empirically examining the sensibility characteristics in a haptic space through post-structuralism views leading up to Gilles Deleuze"s philosophical ideas. This study will explore the flow of senses from the philosophical and artistic standpoint and the sensibility characteristics in a haptic space by examining the theories on haptic perceptions in connection with a space. In order to test the existing theories and identify the differences in sensibilities depending on perceptual method, the sensibilities of participants were compared using SD method (Semantic Differential scale method) and a validity test was conducted using a statistical program SPSS. The research has revealed that the average sensitivity scale of complex haptic perception was higher than single perception that only relies on vision. In addition, there was a correlation between perceptual method based on various sensory organs and human sensitivities. This study is meaningful in that it can serve a foundation for empirical research on sensibility, since it has reexamined the relationship between space and participants and demonstrated and analyzed their sensitivities through an experiment.

<P>As soy-derived glyceollins are known to induce antioxidant enzymes in various types of cells and tissues, we hypothesized that the compounds could protect neurons from damage due to reactive oxygen species (ROS). In order to examine the neuroprotective effect of glyceollins, primary cortical neurons collected from mice and mouse hippocampal HT22 cells were challenged with glutamate. Glyceollins attenuated glutamate-induced cytotoxicity in primary cortical neuron isolated from mice carrying wild-type nuclear factor (erythroid-derived 2)-like 2 (Nrf2), but the compounds were ineffective in those isolated from Nrf2 knockout mice, suggesting the involvement of the Nrf2 signaling pathway in glyceollin-mediated neuroprotection. Furthermore, the inhibition of heme oxygenase-1 (HO-1), a major downstream enzyme of Nrf2, abolished the suppressive effect of glyceollins against glutamate-induced ROS production and cytotoxicity, confirming that activation of HO-1 by glyceollins is responsible for the neuroprotection. To examine whether glyceollins also improve cognitive ability, mice pretreated with glyceollins were challenged with scopolamine and subjected to behavioral tests. Glyceollins attenuated scopolamine-induced cognitive impairment of mice, but failed to enhance memory in Nrf2 knockout mice, suggesting that the memory-enhancing effect is also mediated by the Nrf2 signaling pathway. Overall, glyceollins showed neuroprotection against glutamate-induced damage, and attenuated scopolamine-induced memory deficits in an Nrf2-dependent manner.</P>
Thermodynamic and kinetic analysis of gas hydrates for desalination of saturated salinity water

<P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>The shortage of fresh water is among the most serious issues in the world. A representative technology to overcome the problem is desalination, but most conventional methods (RO membrane or thermal distillation) have been focused on the treatment of relatively low salinity water, such as seawater or brackish water. To strengthen water security, in this study, we introduce a possibly economic technology for desalination of high salinity water (over-saturated concentration, in this study, a 30 wt% NaCl system) via gas hydrate formation by coupling LNG waste cold energy. First, the thermodynamic effects of NaCl on CH<SUB>4</SUB> (methane), SF<SUB>6</SUB> (sulfur hexafluoride), and HFC-134a hydrates were investigated. Based on the phase equilibrium of each hydrate, experimental pressures for kinetic experiments were selected under vapor pressure boundaries as follows: 4.5 MPa for CH<SUB>4</SUB>, 0.75 MPa for SF<SUB>6</SUB>, and 0.16 MPa for HFC-134a at 258.15 K (assuming the use of LNG waste cold energy). The results of the formation kinetics on the basis of gas moles consumed for hydrates showed the order CH<SUB>4</SUB> > HFC-134a > SF<SUB>6</SUB>; however, after considering the hydration numbers and structures for each hydrate, surprisingly, the conversion rate of water to gas hydrates showed the order HFC-134a > CH<SUB>4</SUB> > SF<SUB>6</SUB>, even though the experimental pressure condition for HFC-134a was very mild (0.16 MPa) compared to CH<SUB>4</SUB> (4.5 MPa). For this interesting phenomenon, we suggest a possible mechanism through visual observations during hydrate formation. We believe these thermodynamic, kinetic, and morphological results show potential as an alternative desalination technology, especially for saturated salinity water, with lower energy consumption.</P> <P><B>Highlight</B></P> <P> <UL> <LI> Thermodynamics and kinetics of gas hydrates were studied in saturated NaCl system. </LI> <LI> Using LNG waste cold energy was assumed for hydrate formation kinetics experiments. </LI> <LI> HFC-134a hydrates in saturated NaCl system formed at 0.16 MPa and 258.15 K. </LI> <LI> The kinetics of hydrates conversion showed the order HFC-134a > CH<SUB>4</SUB> > SF<SUB>6</SUB>. </LI> <LI> HBD process with HFC-134a is possibly economic in over-saturated salinity system. </LI> </UL> </P>
