      • 내향성 발톱 교정에 관한 사례 고찰 연구

        본 연구는 ‘내향성 발톱 교정에 관한 사례 고찰 연구’로서 보다 효과적인 내향성 발톱 교정 방안을 제안하고자 함에 있다. 고찰하여 분석한 결과 배민규, 윤천성(2022)은 내향성 발톱 예방 및 개선⋅교정을 목적으로 활용한 레진 젤(크랄레젤)을 활용한 내향성 발톱 교정 방법이 제품 활용 편리성, 문제점 등에서 다른 연구자들의 연구방법에 따른 문제점 등과 비교했을 때 활용 가치가 있을 것으로 판단했다. 다만 기존 다른 연구자들의 아크릴 스캅춰, Brace System, 실크, 와이어 등 제품들에 비해 교정 효과가 비교적 낮아 김경환(2022) 연구자가 내향성 발톱 교정 효과성 검증을 위해 활용했던 견인기를 함께 활용하기를 제안한다. 내향성 발톱 예방 및 재발 방지를 목적으로 배민규, 윤천성(2022) 연구자가 제안한 크랄레젤 리커버 1회 적용을 제안하고, 내향성 발톱 개선 및 교정을 목적으로 김경환(2022) 연구자가 활용한 견인기를 활용하여 발톱을 펴준 후, 배민규, 윤천성(2022) 연구자가 제안한 크랄레젤 리커버를 목적에 맞게 2~5회 적용하여 활용하기를 제안한다. 본 연구 자료가 내향성 발톱 질환으로부터 건강한 삶을 영위하기 위한 자료로 활용될 수 있기를 기대해 본다. As “a case study on the correction of ingrowing nail”, this study aims to suggest more effective measures for the correction of ingrowing nail. In the results of considering and analyzing it, the correction of ingrowing nail using the Resin Gel(Kralle Gel) which was used by researchers Min-Gyu Bae & Chun-Sung Youn(2022) for the purpose of preventing, improving, and correcting the ingrowing nail, seemed to be more useful than other methods used by other researchers in the aspect of convenience of product use and problem. However, compared to the products like Acrylic Sculpture, Brace System, Silk, and Wire used by other researchers, the effect on correction was relatively lower, so it is proposed to be used together with the Retractor that was used by Kyeong-Hwan Kim(2022) for verifying the effectiveness on the correction of ingrowing nail. This study suggests applying Kralle Gel Recover one time suggested by Min-Gyu Bae & Chun-Sung Youn(2002) for the purpose of prevention & recurrence prevention of ingrowing nail, unbending the nail by using the Retractor used by a researcher Kyeong-Hwan Kim(2022) for the purpose of improving/correcting the ingrowing nail, and then applying Kralle Gel Recover 2-5 times suitable for the purpose, suggested by researchers Min-Gyu Bae & Chun-Sung Youn(2022). The results of this study are expected to be utilized as the data for enjoying a healthy life from ingrowing nail disease.

      • 티트리 에센셜 오일의 항산화 활성 및 피부 주름개선 효과

        본 연구는 항염·항균 효과가 우수하여 여드름 및 아토피 피부 완화는 물론, 습진·무좀·비듬 등과 같은 피부질환 개선에도 효능이 좋다고 알려진 티트리 에센셜 오일(Tea tree essential oil, Melaleuca alternifolia)이 인체의 미치는 생리활성 효능을 항산화 활성과 피부주름개선 등과 같은 미용관련 생리활성 평가를 실시하여 과학적 근거를 마련함과 동시에 피부 건강관리 제품으로서의 활용 가치를 알아보고자 함에 있다. 티트리 에센셜 오일의 미용관련 생리활성 평가를 측정하기 위해 용매(EtOH, 99.5%)에 20%, 10%, 5% 농도로 희석하여 시료로 사용하였다. 티트리 에센셜 오일의 용매 희석비율 별, 항산화 활성을 알아보기 위해 total flavonoid 함량, ABTS radical 소거능을 측정하여 분석한 결과, 20% 농도로 희석한 시료가 각각 29.48 mg QE/g, 29.99%로 가장 높은 항산화 활성을 보이는 것을 알 수 있었다. 위에 결과를 통해 티트리 에센셜 오일이 피부 노화 촉진과 밀접한 관련이 있는 활성산소(ROS) 억제에 효과가 있음을 알 수 있었다. 티트리 에센셜 오일의 용매 희석비율 별, 피부 주름개선 효과를 알아보기 위해 elastase 저해 활성을 측정하여 분석한 결과, 20% 농도로 희석한 시료(63.23%)가 비교적 높게 나타났으며, 10%, 5% 농도로 희석한 시료는 각각 56.02%, 51.63%로 티트리 에센셜 오일이 피부 주름개선에 효과가 있음을 알 수 있었다. 정리해 보면 티트리 에센셜 오일은 피부 노화예방, 피부 주름개선에도 효과가 우수하여 피부 건강관리 제품으로서 충분한 활용 가치가 있음을 알 수 있다. The purpose of this study is to prepare a scientific basis of tea tree essential oil(Melaleuca alternifolia), which is known to have good efficacy in alleviating acne and atopic dermatitis as well as improving skin diseases such as eczema, athlete s foot and dandruff with an excellent anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial effect, and to find out its value as a skin health care product by evaluating its biological activity of beauty-related effects such as antioxidant activity and skin wrinkle improvement on the effect of physiological activity on the human body, such as antioxidant activity and skin wrinkle improvement. In order to measure the evaluation of biological active related to the beauty of tea tree essential oil, it was dilutedwith a concentration of 20%, 10%, and 5% in a solvent (EtOH, 99.5%) andus eda s a sample. As a result of measuring and analyzing the content of total flavonoid and ABTS radical scavenging ability to find out the antioxidant activity by the solvent dilution ratio of tea tree essential oil, it was foundth at the sample diluted to 20% concentration showed the highest antioxidant activity at 29.48mg QE/g and 29.99%, respectively. The above results showedthat tea tree essential oil is effective on suppressing reactive oxygen species (ROS), which is closely relatedt o accelerating skin aging. As a result of measuring and analyzing the inhibitory activity of elastase to find out the effect of skin wrinkle improvement by dilution ratio of solvent of tea tree essential oil, the sample (63.23%) diluted to 20% concentration was relatively high and the samples diluted to 10% and 5% concentrations were 56.02% and 51.63%, respectively, indicating that tea tree essential oil is effective in improving skin wrinkles. To sum up, tea tree essential oil has an excellent effect in preventing skin aging and improving skin wrinkles, so it has enough value to use for skin health care.

        알로에 베라, 맥주 효모 및 실크 펩타이드의 미용관련 생리활성 평가

        This study attempted to investigate the values of Aloe vera L., Brewer’s yeast and Silk peptide as a natural ingredient of cosmetics. For this, samples were collected by solvent (distilled water, ethanol) and their cosmetology-related physiological activities were assessed. To analyze the synergy effects of three different ingredients, furthermore, the three materials sampled by solvent were mixed in a 1:1:1 ratio and cosmetology-related physiological activities were analyzed. In Aloe vera L. extracted with distilled water, total polyphenol contents, total flavonoid contents and DPPH radical scavenging activity were 180.96 mg TAE/g, 1846.79 mg QE/g and 61.43% respectively. In other words, it revealed better effects compared to the samples extracted with ethanol. The tyrosinase inhibitory effects (40.92%) were the highest in Aloe vera L. extracted with ethanol while elastase inhibitory effects (25.57%) were the greatest in Brewer’s yeast extracted with distilled water. The mixture (1:1:1) of the samples extracted with distilled water was greater than the mixture of the samples (1:1:1) extracted with ethanol in terms of total polyphenol contents, total flavonoid contents, ABTS radical scavenging effects and elastase inhibitory effects. In terms of DPPH radical scavenging effects and tyrosinase inhibitory effects, on the contrary, the mixture of the samples (1:1:1) extracted with ethanol was higher than the mixture (1:1:1) of the samples extracted with distilled water. The above analysis confirmed that it was Aloe vera L. extracted with distilled water which revealed the most active antioxidant activity among Aloe vera L., Brewer’s yeast and Silk peptide extracts. Among the mixtures, the samples extracted with distilled water revealed better effects than those extracted with ethanol. In yeast activities, tyrosinase inhibitory effects and elastase inhibitory effects were higher than those of single materials. It was concluded that the mixture samples (1:1:1) with distilled water are valuable enough for anticorrugation and mixture samples with ethanol for whitening as the natural ingredients of cosmetics.

        이너뷰티를 위한 라벤더 에센셜 오일의 미용관련 생리활성 평가

        This study attempted to unveil the scientific mechanisms of lavender essential oil (Lavandula angustilfolia) concerning its esthetic bioactive effects, such as antioxidant activity, wrinkle-care, and brightening effects. For this, the oil was diluted to the concentrations of 20%, 10%, and 5% solution (EtOH, 99.5%), and the total flavonoid contents, DPPH radical scavenging activity, ABTS radical scavenging activity, tyrosinase inhibitory activity, and elastase inhibitory activity were measured. According to the analysis of antioxidant activities, total flavonoid contents, DPPH radical scavenging activity, and ABTS radical scavenging activity revealed the highest antioxidant activity at a 20% dilution, with 93.57 mg QE/g, 89.84%, and 30.60%, respectively. In terms of brightening effects, tyrosinase inhibitory activity was 193.82%, 186.63% and 179.98% at 20%, 10% and 5% dilutions. As for wrinkle-care effects, elastase inhibitory activity was 115.29%, 88.60% and 66.58% at 20%, 10% and 5% dilutions respectively. The above results confirm the antioxidant, brightening, and wrinkle-care effects of lavender essential oil to strengthen the immune system to stay healthy and beautiful. It is anticipated that the study results would help promote lavender essential oil as a material for inner beauty.

      • 아로마테라피를 활용한 네일 마사지가 스트레스에 미치는 영향에 관한 고찰 연구

        본 연구는 아로마테라피를 활용한 네일 마사지가 스트레스에 미치는 영향에 대한 탐색적 연구로 스트레스와 네일 마사지, 아로마테라피에 대한 이론적 배경을 알아봄으로써 보다 효율적인 아로마 에센셜 오일을 활용한 네일 마사지 방법을 제안하고자 한다. 연구결과, 국내에서는 2005년도를 시점으로 많은 연구가 진행되어 왔으며 연구 대상자의 연령은 20세 이상의 성인을 시작으로 85세 미만의 노인에 이르기까지 다양한 연령과 유방암, 말기 암 등 각종 암 환자와 산욕기 산모, 혈액 투석 환자 등을 대상으로 임상실험 연구가 진행된 것을 알 수 있다. 연구에서 가장 많이 활용된 아로마 에센셜 오일은 라벤더 에센셜 오일(Lavender essential oil)로, 라벤더 에센셜 오일의 주요 화학 성분은 아세테이트(Linalyl acetate) 46.7~53.8%와 리날로올(Linalool) 29.4~41.6%로 인체에 적용 시, 중추신경계에 빠른 이완작용에 의해 교감신경계와 부교감신경계의 조화를 이루어 신경조직을 편안한 상태에 이르게 하여 스트레스 완화에 효과가 우수하며 심신의 건강을 유지 및 증진시켜주는 역할을 한다. 본 연구 자료가 현대인들의 건강 증진을 위한 기초 자료로 활용될 수 있기를 기대해 본다. As an exploratory study on the effects of nail massage using aroma therapy on the stress, this study aims to suggest a nail massage method using more efficient aroma essential oil by understanding the theoretical background of stress, nail massage, and aroma therapy. Research results, there have been many researches related to it in Korea since 2005. Regarding the age of research subjects, they targeted various age groups such as adults in their 20 or up and the elderly younger than 85. There were also clinical test researches targeting all sorts of cancer patients such as breast cancer and terminal cancer, postpartum mothers, and hemodialysis patients. The aroma essential oil that has been the most used in those researches is lavender essential oil. The major chemical ingredients of lavender essential oil are Linalyl acetate(46.7~53.8%) and Linalool(29.4~41.6%). In case when it is applied to human body, it quickly relaxes the central nervous system, balances the sympathetic system and parasympathetic system, and puts the nervous tissue into a comfortable state, which is led to the excellent effects on the stress relief, and the maintenance/improvement of both physical and mental health. The results of this study could be used as the basic data for the health enhancement of modern people.

      • 이너 뷰티를 위한 아로마 에센셜 오일 고찰 연구

        본 연구는 ‘이너 뷰티를 위한 아로마 에센셜 오일 고찰 연구’로서 고찰 결과를 중심으로 아로마 에센셜 오일을 활용한 이너 뷰티 방안을 다음과 같이 제안한다. 첫째. 이너 뷰티 목적에 따라 섭취가 가능한 45가지 아로마 에센셜 오일을 적절하게 활용한다. 둘째. 아로마 에센셜 오일 섭취 방법은 물이나 음료 20mL에 아로마 에센셜 오일 0.15mL를 첨가하여 섭취한다. 셋째. 현대인들의 만병의 근원인 스트레스를 완화하기 위해서는 자몽 또는 레몬 에센셜 오일을 꾸준히 섭취하면 도움을 받을 수 있다. 넷째. 총 콜레스테롤 수치를 감소하기 위해서는 자몽 에센셜 오일을 꾸준히 섭취하면 도움을 받을 수 있다. 다섯째. 라벤더 에센셜 오일을 섭취하면 피부 노화 예방은 물론 피부 미백 및 주름개선효과를 볼 수 있다. 본 연구 자료가 현대인들의 건강과 아름다움을 영위하기 위한 뷰티 웰니스에 목적을 둔 이너 뷰티 소재로 많은 활용이 되기를 기대하는 바이다. This study is a 'a study on aroma essential oil for inner beauty', and proposes an inner beauty plan using aroma essential oil, focusing on the results of the review as follows. First. it is necessary to utilize 45 types of edible aroma essential oil according to the purpose of inner beauty. Second. as the instructions to take aroma essential oil, it is necessary to add 0.15mL of aroma essential oil into 20mL of water or beverage. Third. in order to reduce stress, root of all ailments of today’s people, it is helpful to take grapefruit or lemon essential oil steadily. Fourth. in order to reduce a total cholesterol level, it is helpful to take grapefruit essential oil steadily. Fifth. taking lavender essential oil is effective at anti-ageing, skin whitening, and wrinkle-care. It is expected that the results of this study are used for the inner beauty ingredients for beauty wellness, which are aimed at health and beauty of today’s people.

      • 벼 葯으로부터 callus 形成과 分化에 對하여

        This study was conducted to obtain basic information on the rice anther culture. Materials used were (Inabawase X YR 2404 - 14 - 2 - 1) F_(1) hybrid. Callus growth rate on various media, induction frequency of callus in spikelet and panicle, and the effect of treatment on anther and callus were evaluated. The results obtained were summarized as follows ; The growth rate of callus on N-6, M-S, P.E.agar media was 19.8, 13.1, 4.1 times respectively after 30 days inoculated, and on liquid media was 3.8, 5.1, 1.4 times, respectively. Organ differentiation on N-6, M-S, P.E.agar media was 37.5%, 12.5%, 17.5% respectively. The difference of induction frequency of callus per panicle was 0.14%-6.25% and per spikelet was 0-19.05%. Almost callus was induced 30-35 days after inoculation. Organ differentiation of induced callus was decreased by culture. Callus cultured for 13 days after induction did not make shoot. Anthers cold shocked at 8℃ for 5 days obtained 3.32% efficiencys of callus induction per number of anthers plated, and compared with 2.41% of no treated anthers. But anther treated at 8 C for 7 days decreased 2.24%. Callus induction periods were shortened by cold treatment for about 5 days. Callus cultured on medium containing 2 mg/l of 2, 4 - D showed 5% on root formation but medium containing 5 mg/l of 2, 4 - D showed 30% of root formation after transfered on the medium without 2, 4 - D. Callus cold shocked at 15 - 18℃ revealed poor efficiency for root formation, but 5 days treatment was good for shoot formation.
