Beamforming in Vehicle to Infrastructure Scenario with Respect to LSTM and NAR Method

        Bhadauria Prateek,Kumar Ravi,Sharma Sanjay 대한전기학회 2024 Journal of Electrical Engineering & Technology Vol.19 No.1

The application of deep learning for adaptive beamforming is a necessary and disruptive advancement in wireless communication technology. It has the potential to satisfy the continuous need for data trafc in a highly dense network created by the vehicle to infrastructure (V2I) scenario. Due to excessive usage of data in V2I scenario interference is a pertinent problem. It is essential to adaptively predict and nullify the interference for V2I scenarios. Practical V2I network implementation is limited because of the inevitability of interference due to the random nature of the wireless channel. This paper proposes an adaptive beamforming (ABF) technique for mitigation of interference in V2I networks, especially in a multiuser environment. In this work, LSTM based deep learning and Non-Linear Auto Regressive (NAR) based regressor have been employed to predict the angles between the RSU’s and UE. Simulation results have confrmed that the proposed LSTM model achieves comparable performance in terms of system throughput when compared with the non-linear auto regressive (NAR) method implemented as an artifcial neural network (ANN).

      • Energy Efficient D2D Application for Increasing Battery Usage of Smartphones

Dr. Sarita Singh Bhadauria,Shubhangi Vishwakarma 보안공학연구지원센터 2016 International Journal of Hybrid Information Techno Vol.9 No.2

The objective of this paper is to improvise a technique for battery optimization of smartphones. The technique is based on reduction in energy consumed by communication over network. This will be achieved by utilizing cooperative device-to-device communication. The proposed system will allow users with higher battery level to carry traffic of users with lower battery level, thereby reducing the chances of user running out of battery early. It can be implemented in form of a proximity service (ProSe) using the device-to-device (D2D) communication architecture underlying Long Term Evolution-Advance (LTE-A) technology in hexagonal cell environment. The paper also includes the goal to develop a technique for efficient positioning of user equipment and implementation of connection handover for this D2D communication ProSe. The technique for handover is based on Observed Time Difference Of Arrival (OTDOA) positioning approach along with the Positioning Reference Signal (PRS), mentioned in Release 9 of LTE technology. It is shown through simulations that the proposed system will reduce the probability of outage i.e. the probability of the UEs running out of battery power before their target usage time. The scheme will also reduce the probability of connection dropping, thereby improving performance of whole system.

      • Thermal instability of a nanofluid layer under local thermal non-equilibrium

Agarwal Shilpi,Bhadauria Beer Singh 나노기술연구협의회 2015 Nano Convergence Vol.2 No.6

In this paper, we study the effect of local thermal non-equilibrium on the linear thermal instability in a horizontal layer of a Newtonian nanofluid. The nanofluid layer incorporates the effect of Brownian motion along with thermophoresis. A two-temperature model has been used for the effect of local thermal non-equilibrium among the particle and fluid phases. The linear stability is based on normal mode technique and for nonlinear analysis, a minimal representation of the truncated Fourier series analysis involving only two terms has been used. We observe that for linear instability, the value of Rayleigh number can be increased by a substantial amount on considering a bottom heavy suspension of nano particles. The effect of various parameters on Rayleigh number has been presented graphically. A weak nonlinear theory based on the truncated representation of Fourier series method has been used to find the concentration and the thermal Nusselt numbers. The behavior of the concentration and thermal Nusselt numbers is also investigated by solving the finite amplitude equations using a numerical method.

Propolis Reverses Acetaminophen Induced Acute Hepatorenal Alterations: A Biochemical and Histopathological Approach

Nirala, Satendra Kumar,Bhadauria, Monika 대한약학회 2008 Archives of Pharmacal Research Vol.31 No.4

The present study has been conducted to evaluate the curative effect of propolis extract, a honey bee-hive product, against acetaminophen (APAP) induced oxidative stress and dysfunction in liver and kidney. Animals were challenged with APAP (2 g/kg, p.o.) followed by treatment of propolis extract (100 and 200 mg/kg, p.o.) once only after 24 h. Release of transaminases, alkaline phosphatase, lactate dehydrogenase, and serum bilirubin were increased, whereas hemoglobin and blood sugar were decreased after APAP administration. Antioxidant status in both the liver and kidney tissues were estimated by determining the glutathione, malondialdehyde content and activities of the CYP enzymes, which showed significant alterations after APAP intoxication. In addition, activities of adenosine triphosphatase, acid phosphatase, alkaline phosphatase, and major cell contents (total protein, glycogen and cholesterol) were also altered due to APAP poisoning. Propolis extract successfully reversed the alterations of these biochemical variables at higher dose. Improvements in hepatorenal histoarchitecture were also consistent with biochemical observations. The results indicated that ethanolic extract of propolis has ability to reverse APAP-induced hepatorenal biochemical and histopathological alterations probably by increasing the antioxidative defense activities due to various phenolic compounds present in it.

A diagnostic dilemma in pediatric osteomyelitis: a case report

        Pooja Narendra Mandrekar,Sanket Gavhane,Trishala Bhadauria Fernandes,Vikas Dhupar,Anita Dhupar 대한구강악안면외과학회 2022 대한구강악안면외과학회지 Vol.48 No.2

Infantile osteomyelitis is a rare disease that is infective in nature and may rapidly turn fatal, as the disease is often misdiagnosed due to its varied pre-senting signs. Early diagnosis may help in avoiding systemic involvement and permanent deformity. The disease presents with signs of orbital involve-ment, nasal congestion, and emesis, as well as other standard hallmarks of infection. Furthermore, the maxilla is a highly vascular and porous bone and the occurrence of osteomyelitis in an infant maxilla is highly uncommon. In addition, routine blood work is not suggestive of the presence of this disease. Thus, prompt diagnosis of this condition poses a challenge to surgeons due to the confusing array of symptoms combined with the rarity of the disease. One such case of osteomyelitis of the maxilla in a young child is presented. The dilemma encountered by the surgeon during the diagnosis and treatment of the disease is discussed.

Policy for planned placement of sensor nodes in large scale wireless sensor network

        ( Sharma Vikrant ),( Patel R. B ),( Bhadauria H S ),( Prasad D ) 한국인터넷정보학회 2016 KSII Transactions on Internet and Information Syst Vol.10 No.7

Sensor node (SN) is a crucial part in any remote monitoring system. It is a device designed to monitor the particular changes taking place in its environs. Wireless sensor network (WSN) is a system formed by the set of wirelessly connected SNs placed at different geographical locations within a target region. Precise placement of SNs is appreciated, as it affects the efficiency and effectiveness of any WSN. The manual placement of SNs is only feasible for small scale regions. The task of SN placement becomes tedious, when the size of a target region is extremely large and manually unreachable. In this research article, an automated mechanism for fast and precise deployment of SNs in a large scale target region has been proposed. It uses an assembly of rotating cannons to launch the SNs from a moving carrier helicopter. The entire system is synchronized such that the launched SNs accurately land on the pre-computed desired locations (DLs). Simulation results show that the proposed model offers a simple, time efficient and effective technique to place SNs in a large scale target region.
