<P>Solution-processed organic solar cells (OSCs) have been attracting more and more attention for a series of well-known advantages, and power conversion efficiencies (PCEs) of over 11% have been reported. However, the highest PCE of the OSCs based on small molecule donor/polymer acceptor blends is only 4.82%, which was much lower than those of other types of OSCs due to weak absorption of the polymer acceptor and the unbalanced charge carrier mobility of the small molecule donor and the polymer acceptor. Here, we fabricated small molecule donor/polymer acceptor-based OSCs using the wide bandgap SM1 and DR3TBDTT as the small molecular donor and the low-bandgap n-type conjugated polymer PZ1 as the polymer acceptor. With the treatment of a solvent additive, which can promote the absorption intensity, enhance the carrier mobility and suppress the charge carrier recombination, the SM1-based devices and the DR3TBDTT-based devices show PCEs of 3.97% and 5.86%, respectively. It is worth mentioning that the PCE of 5.86% is the state-of-the-art efficiency for OSCs based on the small molecular donor/polymer acceptor system.</P>
Medical Monitoring Model of Internet of Things Based on the Adaptive Threshold Difference Algorithm

There are still problems such as low detection accuracy and poor noise immunity in the application of the standard threshold difference algorithm in the signal detection of electrocardiosignal (ECG), in this paper, a medical monitoring model based on the adaptive threshold difference is proposed. First we use a nonlinear filter to filter the P wave and T wave which are low frequency in ECG signal. Then complex wave QRS will be tested. Then the algorithm will be more accuracy through the detection of the R-R interval length and the adjustment of threshold. Finally, the ECG signal will be test with quadratic spline wavelet twice, and the error judgment will be known through adaptive threshold difference. In the simulation experiments, after judging error by wavelet transformation and making the standard threshold difference algorithm optimize adaptively, algorithm showed excellent detection accuracy with and without noise.
Lung Sounds Signal Separation Model of Medical Monitoring Based on Wireless Sensor Network

According to the present medical monitoring system still exist the problems such as low accuracy of the condition judgment and the less range of data transmission, a kind of lung sounds signal separation model of medical monitoring is put forward based on wireless sensor network. First, using the optimization strategy of the flying speed and the effect between particles to two-way optimization for particle swarm optimization algorithm (PSOA), and then applied it to the blind source separation of lung sounds signal, in order to improve the precision of the blind source separation of lung sound signals, then carried on the optimization of artificial fish behavior through tabu search, did coverage optimization for wireless sensor network by using the improved algorithm, to expand the scope of wireless data transmission. As the simulation experiments results showed that, the proposed lung sounds signal separation model of medical monitoring based on wireless sensor network had good accuracy and large range of data transmission, and deserved to be popularized and used.
Design and Thermodynamic Research on Microfluidic-Atmospheric Water Generator

A portable microfluidic device, composed by an absorbing and heating module, an energy module and a condensing module, was presented for generating fresh water from outdoor air. Based on the working principle of general atmospheric water generator, an attempt mathematic model was designed and established. The functional structure in the condensing module was microfluidic channel, which had compact size and good thermal conductivities. The dynamic characteristics of thermal-fluid coupled fields during phase changing processes (evaporation and condensation) were simulated respectively. COMSOL Multiphysics was used to study the heating-evaporation process and ANSYS ICEM CFD was used to simulate the condensation process. Vary characteristics of fluid field, temperature field and volume fraction distribution while water being generated were observed and then analyzed. Based on the findings of the analysis, a modified device was designed and fabricated. Simplified soft etching process was chosen to manufacture the micro channel in the condensing module. Several test experiments were recorded by thermal infrared imager to detect the temperature distribution during water generating process. The test results agreed well with the former simulation results, both of which would provide significant referential experience for commercial microfluidic-atmospheric water generator design in the future.
A community computational challenge to predict the activity of pairs of compounds

Recent therapeutic successes have renewed interest in drug combinations, but experimental screening approaches are costly and often identify only small numbers of synergistic combinations. The DREAM consortium launched an open challenge to foster the development of in silico methods to computationally rank 91 compound pairs, from the most synergistic to the most antagonistic, based on gene-expression profiles of human B cells treated with individual compounds at multiple time points and concentrations. Using scoring metrics based on experimental dose-response curves, we assessed 32 methods (31 community-generated approaches and SynGen), four of which performed significantly better than random guessing. We highlight similarities between the methods. Although the accuracy of predictions was not optimal, we find that computational prediction of compound-pair activity is possible, and that community challenges can be useful to advance the field of in silico compound-synergy prediction.

Effects of chitosan oligosaccharide (COS) andhyriopsis cumingii polysaccharide (HCP) on the quality ofwheat flour and corresponding extruded flour productswere investigated in this work. The results showed thatboth COS and HCP are conducive to the improvement ofdough quality. Moreover, compared to control groupsamples, the moisture content, expansion ratio and oilabsorption rate of the samples were increased and thehardness were decreased with the addition of COS. Thesephenomena indicate the quality of extruded flour productsbecame better in the presence of COS as well. However,HCP has little or no effect on the quality of extruded flourproducts may be due to its degradation under high temperatureand pressure extrusion. COS with higher stabilityexhibited better improvement effects on the quality ofextruded flour products and showed a promising prospectfor application in extruded food industry.
Research on Home Healthcare Management System Based on the Improved Internet of Things Architecture

This paper designs an improved internet of things architecture to redefine the internet of things architecture into the node domain, the network domain and the application domain so as to design and implement a home healthcare management system based on this improved internet of things architecture. In this way, all of the equipments characterized with Zigbee communication function in the blood pressure measuring node, the blood oxygen measuring node and the ECG measuring node can be connected to the internet through the Zigbee-Wifi gateway. Meanwhile data uploaded by the users can be stored and analyzed on the backend server of the internet of things so that the users can review their health data and control the node devices through the intelligent terminals such as cell phone etc. Taking the blood pressure measurement as an instance, the experiment has proved the feasibility and reliability of this system.
Combination of Cloud Computing and Internet of Things (IOT) in Medical Monitoring Systems

With the fast development of cloud computing and computer science technology, the combination of the IOT and clod computing in the medical-assisted environment is urgently needed. The prior research focus more on individual development of the single technique, quite a less research on the field of medical monitoring and managing service application have been conducted. Therefore, in this paper, we study and analyze the application of cloud computing and the Internet of Things on the field of medical environment. We are trying to make the combination of the two kinds of technology monitoring and management information system in hospital. Remote monitoring cloud platform architecture model (RMCPHI) set up medical information in the first place. Then the RMCPHI architecture was analyzed. Eventually, the last effective PSOSAA algorithm proposed the hospital medical information service cloud system monitoring and management application. Experimental simulation illustrates that the proposed algorithm outperforms the other state-of-the-art algorithms. Further potential research areas are discussed.
