병원 아웃소싱 직원과 정규직원의 조직문화 인식이 직무에 미치는 영향

본 연구의 목적은 병원의 정규직원과 아웃소싱 직원간의 일반적 특성을 이해하고, 아웃소싱에 대한 태도에 있어서 차이를 분석하며, 근무환경, 가치관, 조직문화요인 등의 요소들을 비교분석하고, 이러한 요인들을 최적화하여 직무만족과 직무몰입, 이직의도에 각기 어떠한 영향을 미치는가를 분석하고자 하였다 설문조사 결과, 정규직원들이 직업에 대한 자부심, 직무수행능력에 대한 인정수준, 상사에 대한 업무지시방식에 대한 만족도, 하루업무량에 대한 만족도 등에 대한 내용들에 있어서 아웃소싱 직원에 비해 긍정적으로 인식하고 있었고, 통계적으로도 유의한 결과를 보였다. 또한, 다중회귀분석을 통해 직무만족과 직무몰입에 영향을 미치는 조직문화 요인으로, 정규 직원에게서는 이념수행과 가치관이, 아웃소싱 직원에게서는 가치관과 이념인식, 교육이 영향을 미치는 요인으로 나타났다. 그러므로 직무만족과 직무몰입을 극대화하기 위해서는 아웃소싱 직원들의 긍정적인 가치관 확립을 위한 프로그램의 개발과 함께 직원 채용시 긍정적 가치관을 소유하고 있는 직원을 선발하는 것이 매우 중요하다고 할 수 있다. The purposes of this study were to understand the differences of general characteristics, to compare understanding level of the organization cultures, and to develop more good management methods between outsourcing workers and regular workers in hospitals. Major results of this study were as follows: First, regular workers had higher level than outsourcing workers in major understanding on job satisfaction and organization cultures(pride of their jobs, recognition level of job performance ability, satisfaction on ordering method. etc.). Second, the results showed that the level of job performances related with effective management of the factors in job satisfaction and involvement. Third, through multiple regression analysis to understand factors on job satisfaction and involvement, we understood that regular workers were effected by vision performance of hospital and their value view-point, and outsourcing workers were influenced by recognition levels and education levels of hospital vision, Therefore, to maximize level of job satisfaction and involvement. we have interest in development of education program for outsourcing workers, and selection of adequate persons in hospital culture.

We was made 150L an water storage electric boiler and obtained various performances of the storage, radiant and keeping by experimentation. The storage performance is that the heat were off about 50 minutes after heating start. Then the temperature of outlet was arrived the stead state at 91°C and the storage performance was appeared 93,64%, In the radiant performance, the water temperature was decreased from 90°C to 44.8 °c after 960 minutes, Then the calorific value changed<br/> from 675kcal/h to 72kcal/h and the temperature decreased about 50%, The keeping performance showed mean temperature, 67,06°C according to progress 800 minutes and the maximum temperature drop were O.Z.C. By the results of the performance valuation, the water storage electric boiler was verified fitted quality on the test prescription of KERI(Korea Electrotechnology Research Institute).

Background: The optimal timing of treatment with EGFR-tyrosine kinase inhibitors (EGFR-TKI) in NSCLC patients has not yet been determined. Methods: We separated 228 patients with advanced /metastatic NSCLC treated with gefitinib into an early gefitinib group (patients who received gefitinib as first- or second-line treatment) and a delayed gefitinib group (patients who received gefitinib as third or fourth-line treatment) and attempted to determine whether the timing of gefitinib treatment affected clinical outcomes. Results: Median overall survival (OS), progression free survival (PFS), and median OS from first-line treatment of advanced/metastatic disease (OSt) for 111 patients in the early gefitinib group were 6.2 months, 3.3 months, and 11.6 months. However, median OS, PFS, and OSt for 84 patients in the delayed gefitinib group were 7.8 months, 2.3 months, and 22.7 months. No differences in OS and PFS were observed between the 2 groups. However, OSt was significantly longer in the delayed gefitnib group. Timing of gefitinib therapy was one of the independent predictors of OSt. Hb ${\geq}$ 10 g/dl, and having never smoked, and ECOG performance status ${\leq}1$ were independent predictors of better PFS. Conclusion:Deferral of gefitinib therapy in patientswith advanced ormetastatic NSCLC may be preferable if they are able to tolerate chemotherapy.

To provide a basis for studying the pharmacological actions of tetracaine?HCl, we analyzed the membrane activities of this local anesthetic. The n-(9-anthroyloxy) stearic and palmitic acid (n-AS) probes (n = 2, 6, 9, 12 and 16) have been used previously to examine fluorescence polarization gradients. These probes can report the environment at a graded series of depths from the surface to the center of the membrane bilayer structure. In a dosedependent manner, tetracaine?HCl decreased the anisotropies of 6-AS, 9-AS, 12-AS and 16-AP in the hydrocarbon interior of synaptosomal plasma membrane vesicles isolated from bovine cerebral cortex (SPMV), and liposomes derived from total lipids (SPMVTL) and phospholipids (SPMVPL) extracted from the SPMV. However, this compound increased the anisotropy of 2-AS at the membrane interface. The magnitude of the membrane rotational mobility reflects the carbon atom numbers of the phospholipids comprising SPMV, SPMVTL and SPMVPL and was in the order of the 16, 12, 9, 6, and 2 positions of the aliphatic chains. The sensitivity of the effects of tetracaine?HCl on the rotational mobility of the hydrocarbon interior or surface region was dependent on the carbon atom numbers in the descending order 16-AP, 12-AS, 9-AS, 6-AS and 2-AS and on whether neuronal or model membranes were involved in the descending order SPMV, SPMVPL and SPMVTL.

재배종담배(Nicotiana tabacum L. cv.), 야생종담배 (N. plumbaginifolia)와 벼종자(Orya sativa L, cv.)에 neutron빔을 각각 조사(irradiation)하여 발아, 식물체의 생장과 DNA의 변이에 미치는 영향을 검토하였다. 담배종자와 벼종자에 90, 180, 270, 360, 450, 540 Gy까지 조사로 발아율은 크게 감소하지 않았고, 생장에 있어 유의적인 차이는 없었다. 그러나 담배식물체에서 총 200개체 중 71개체(약 36%)가 잎에서 형태 이상을 나타내었다. 또한 줄기색 변이체, 엽색변이체, 화형변이체를 유도하였다. 이 결과는 neutron빔이 유용한 돌연변이원으로서 가능성이 있음을 시사해 준다. Neutron빔을 조사한 후 생장한 담배식물체의 잎에 대하여 총 34개의 primer를 이용하여 RAPD 분석한 결과 20개의 primer에서 총 104개의 DNA 단편이 증폭되었고, 중성자 빔조사처리구에서만 출현하는 DNA 단편은 나타나지 않았다. Effects of neutron beam irradiation on seed germination, growth and RAPD pattern of tobacco (Nicotiana tabacum L. cv.; N. plumbaginifolia) and rice (Orya sativa L. cv.) plants were estimated. Seed germination rate was not significantly changed by the neutron beam treatment in both tobacco and rice seeds. And there was no significant differance in growth of the plants by the neutron beam treatment. Interestingly, however, some of morphological changes, including leaf shape (about 36%), stem color and leaf color were observed in neutron beam treated tobacco plants. In addition, abnormal flower in petal was observed in the neutron beam treated plant. This results indicate that neutron beam is able to use as an effective mutagen in plant mutations. Scorable products from 20 primers were obtained by RAPD analysis in the leaves of the beam irradiated tobacco plants and most of the plants showed the similar band patterns.

The point of this study is to analyze the difference between the outsourcing staff and the permanent staff. Also, to do a comparative analysis of the degree of understanding of the two groups with regards to elements of the major organization culture. The subjects of the study carne from 9 Catholic hospitals, the outsourcing staff being 198 and the permanent staff being 206. A survey was conducted with them, using SPSS 12.0 and carrying out t-test and ANOVA. A summary of the actual results of this analysis are as follows: Among the elements of organization culture (principles of understanding, practice, education, values, work environ) there appeared a high level of understanding among the permanent staff. As for satisfaction about the facilities, the outsourcing staffs' satisfaction level was higher. Second, the results of analyzing the effectiveness of the factors in job satisfaction and involvement - show that as the elements of education, values, work environ etc. were rated higher, job satisfaction came out higher. Contrary to that, job satisfaction was lower as the work hours lengthened. Through the results of the above study, education program for the outsourcing staff are helped to understand the hospital's special characteristics, unique philosophy and values. Therefore, it is needed the development of new techniques of management for the outsourcing staff; through setting up a department whose whole responsibility is the education and administration of the outsourcing staff, their job satisfaction and involvement will improve.
