The purpose of this paper is to present the conceptual DSS framework for the strategic planning and decision support. It considers water quality, quantity, and the ecological status of surface. As the basis of this conceptual model were used a list of management objectives, measures, and external scenarios. System diagrams for the catchments and the river network were adopted. They describe the properties, processes, and data influencing the water flow and substance load. The interaction of management objectives, external scenarios of climate, agro-economic and demographic change, and selected measures to achieve the desired state of good water quantity and quality are investigated

Over the coming years, operators will be using IP networks to replace their current PSTN. VoIP opens doors of opportunities such as cost saving and increased flexibility as well as for the uninvited users, viruses, worms and other unexpected threats from the network. In this paper, I have described benefits and threats that VoIP should face to get the leading place in providing the public phone service. By deploying a mobile wireless networking technology, we can step into the ubiquitous VoIP era. However, only talking about the service model and hightechnology challenges is not enough. More facets should be tackled like regulatory requirements.

A RESEARCH PROPOSAL ON INFORMATION SYSTEMS RESEARCH IN KOREA

This paper is a research proposal to review research activities in Information Systems (IS) in Korea. We are planning to review and analyze research papers published in top five IS-related academic journals in the twenty-year period between 1987 and 2006. Published papers are to be classified by 1) research topics, 2) research methodologies, 3) the units of analysis, and 4) reference disciplines. The classification system employed in this study was developed by Vessey et al. (2002). The results then are to be compared with the similar studies of Korean, Western and Chinese researchers. Comparison analysis will show us the 'similarities and differences of IS research discipline in different countries. Using the results of the study, we will suggest some recommendation for the improvement of IS research in Korea.

연료전지 응용을 위한 클램프회로 없는 고효율 절연형 부스트 컨버터

본 논문에서는 연료전지 응용을 위한 새로운 절연형 부스트 컨버터를 제안한다. 제안한 컨버터는 입력 전류 리플이 작고 높은 승압비를 가질 뿐만 아니라 클램프 회로와 스타트-업 회로가 필요없고 넓은 부하영역에서 영전압 턴온과 턴오프가 가능하여 고전력밀도 및 고효율을 달성할 수 있다. 제안하는 컨버터의 동작원리를 설명하였고 기존 컨버터와의 비교분석을 수행하였으며 시뮬레이션을 통해 본 방식의 타당성을 검증하였다.

Probles is apredominantly Holarctic genus with about 44 species in the Palearctic region (Yu et al. 2012). Palearctic fauna of Probles is rather irregularly studied: West European species were revised by Horstmann (1971, 1981; Horstmann and Kolarov 1988), and Palearctic species of five small subgenera, Microdiaparsis Horstmann, Probles s. str., Rhynchoprobles Horstmann, and Rugodiaparsis Horstmann, were reviewed by Khalaim (2003), whereas the most species rich subgenus, Euporizon Horstmann, is virtually unknown outside Europe. Only two species of Euporizon, P. (E.) sibirica Khalaim, 2007 from Mongolia and Russian Siberia and P. (E.) vulnifica Khalaim & Sheng, 2009 from the Palearctic part of China, are known to occur in the East Palearctic region, and one Oriental species, P. (E.) vietnamica Khalaim, 2011, was recently described from Vietnam (Khalaim, 2011; Khalaim and Sheng 2009). Some species of Probles were recorded as parasitoids of the beetle families Ciidae, Curculionidae, Endomycidae, and Melandryidae in Europe (Horstmann 1971, 1981). In this paper, we describe three closely related new species of Euporzon belonging to one species-group. Three closely related species of the genus Probles Förster, P. fulgida sp. n., P. korusa sp. n., and P. rukora sp. n. differ from other Palearctic species of the genus based on a combination of long and weakly sinuate apically ovipositor and short temple. A portion of the key for identification of this species-group is provided here.
