사암침법(舍岩鍼法)의 비정격(脾正格)과 보중익기탕(補中益氣湯) 복합치료를 통한 소아 중이염환자 치험 3례(例)

소아의 급 만성 중이염에 있어서 사암침법(舍岩鍼法)의 비정격(脾正格), 비정격(脾正格)과 보중익기탕(補中益氣湯) 가미방(加味方), 형개연교탕(荊芥連翹湯) 가미방(加味方)의 처방을 운용하여 다음과 같은 지견을 얻었다. 1. 소아 중이염의 한의학적 치료에 있어서는 급성과 만성을 분류하여 치료하는 것이 치료의 주가 된다. 2. 만성형의 경우는 비위(脾胃) 기능이 이미 손상되어 내상(內傷)에 이르면, 내상(內傷)과 외감(外感)을 겸비하였을 때에 보양(補養)과 발산(發散)의 법(法)을 사용하여 저하된 비위(脾胃) 기능을 회복시키는 보중익기탕(補中益氣湯)을 운용하여야 한다. 3. 사암침법(舍岩鍼法)의 시술(施術)에 있어서도 비위(脾胃) 기능의 손상소견이 보이면 소부혈(少府穴), 대도혈(大都穴)을 보(補)하고 대돈혈(大敦穴), 은백혈(隱白穴)을 사(瀉)하는 사암침법(舍岩鍼法)과 보사법(補瀉法)을 운용하여 비위(脾胃) 기능의 회복으로 중이염의 호전을 기대할 수 있다. Obiectives : Otitis media is the disease which indicates every inflammatory situation in the middle ear. This includes the inflammation in the ear canal and mastoid sinus. In this study, the effect of Sa-Am acupuncture Bi-Jung-Geouk(脾正格) and Bojoong-ikgi-tang(補中益氣湯) for three children patients with otitis media were evaluated. Methods : After treatment with the Sa-Am acupuncture Bi-Jung-Geouk(脾正格) and Bojoong-ikgi-tang(補中益氣湯) for 3~6 weeks, we evaluated the effect by the figure of otoscope and complaints of patients. Results : In three cases, the pus in the figure declined dramatically and symptoms of patients got better after 3~6 weeks treatment. Conclusions : The Sa-Am acupuncture Bi-Jung-Geouk(脾正格) and Bojoong-ikgi-tang(補中益氣湯) for otitis media was effective. It will be attempted to the patients with it.

In this paper, we proposed a technique to recognize three states in stance phase of gait cycle. Walking assistive devices are used to help the elderly people walk or to monitor walking behavior of the disabled persons. For the effective assistance, they adopt an intelligent sensor system to understand user's current state in walking. There are three states in stance phase; Loading Response, Midstance, and Terminal Stance. We developed a foot pressure sensor using 24 FSRs (Force Sensing/Sensitive Resistors). The foot pressure patterns were integrated through the interpolation of FSR cell array. The pressure patterns were processed to get the trajectories of COM (Center of Mass). Using the trajectories of COM of foot pressure, we can recognize the three states of stance phase. The experimental results show the effective recognition of stance phase and the possibility of usage on the walking assistive device for better control and/or foot pressure monitoring.
목근피가 $\betaA$로 유도된 Alzheimer's Disease 생쥐 모델에 미치는 영향

This research investigates the effect of the Hibiscus syriacus(HSS) on Alzheimer's disease. The effects of the HSS extract on the behavior in the Morris water maze experiment; the expression of IL-1β, TNF-α, IL-1β mRNA, TNF-α mRNA, CD68/GFAP and RDS; the the infarction area of the hippocampus, and brain tissue injury in Alzheimer's diseased mice induced with M were investigated. The HSS extract group showed a significant inhibitory effect on the memory deficit on the mice with Alzheimer's disease induced by βA in the Morris water maze experiment. The HSS extract group suppressed the over-expression of IL-1β, TNF-α, IL-1β and TNF-α mRNA, CD68/GFAP, RDS in the mice with Alzheimer's disease induced by βA. The HSS extract reduced the infarction area of hippocampus, and controlled the injury of brain tissue in the mice with Alzheimer's disease induced by βA. This study suggest that HSS may be effective for the prevention and treatment of Alzheimer's disease
