Spacecraftmission planningfunctionsincludingeventprediction,mission scheduling,commandplanning,andgroundtrackdisplayhavebeendevelopedfortheKOMPSAT-2 mission operations. Integrated event prediction functions including satellite orbitalevents, user requested imaging events, and satellite operational events have been im-plemented. Missionschedulingfunctionshavebeenrealizedtodetectthemissioncon-icts considering the user specied constraints and resources. A conict free missionscheduling result is mapped into the spacecraft command sequences in the commandplanning functions. The command sequences are directly linked to the spacecraftoperations using eXtensible Markup Language (XML) for command transmission.Ground track display shows the satellite ground trace and mission activities on a digi-tized world map with zoom capability.

This experiment were carried out to investigate growth and differentiation of Garlic explants (Pedicel, Growing point of Bulbil, Bulbil) on modified white's medium with or without NAA and kinetin levels. 1.Pedicel on WM without or with added kinetin were slightly thick, but rooting on a medium with NAA was markedly increased. On medium with NAA and kinetin were induced both root and shoot on the callus. 2.Growing point of bulbil on WM alone were of ten green and thick. On a medium with NAA were differentiated both root and shoot on the callus, but with kinetin alone root was induced and with NAA plus kinetin only callus was produced. 3.Bulbil on WM medium also was green and thick. On a medium with kinetin only shoot induced. Both shoot and root differentiation occurred on medium with NAA, or NAA and kinetin, but on medium with NAA and kinetin was better than those produced on the medium containing NAA.
ESTIMATION OF THE SGP4 DRAG TERM FROM TWO OSCULATING ORBIT STATES

A method for estimating the NORAD SGP4 atmospheric drag term from minimumosculating orbit states, i.e., two osculating orbits, is developed. The rst osculatingorbit state is convertedinto the NORAD TLE-type mean orbit state by iterative proce-dure. Then the converted TLE is propagated to the second orbit state using the SGP4model with the incremental SGP4 drag term. The iterative orbit propagation proce-dure is nished when the difference of the two osculating semi-major axes betweenthe propagated orbit and the given second orbit is minimized. In order to minimizethe effect of the short-termvariationsof the osculatingsemi-majoraxis, the osculatingargumentof latitude of the secondorbit is propagatedto the same argumentof latitudeof the rst orbit. The method is applied to the estimation of the NORAD-type TLE forthe KOMPSAT-1 spacecraft. The SGP4 drag terms are estimated from both NORADSGP4 orbit propagation and the numerical orbit propagation results. Variations of theestimated drag terms are analyzed for the KOMPSAT-1 satellite orbit determination
칼라 영상에서 피부색과 얼굴 영역 정보를 이용한 인체 영역 검출

본 논문은 인터넷 사용자의 유해 음란정보를 담고 있는 웹사이트 접근을 차단하는 방법에 관한 것으로, 칼라 영상에서 피부색과 얼굴 영역 정보를 이용하여 인체 영역을 검출하는 방법을 제안하였다. 피부색은 빛의 영향에 덜 민감하며,색상을 나타내는 H와 피부색과 상관관계가 높은 R의 비를 이용하여 검출하였다. 얼굴 영역 검출은 크기 정보와 형태적 정보를 기반으로 거리비를 이용하여 눈과 입의 영역을 검출하고, 검출된 눈과 입의 영역을 중심으로 일정 거리의 영역의 피부색 분포 비율로 얼굴 영역을 검출하였다. 인체 영역 검출은 얼굴의 세로 길이와 일정한 비를 유지한다는 구조적 정보를 이용하여 검출하였다. 실험 결과,제안한 피부색 검출 방법은 명암차를 극복하였고, 다양한 피부색 검출에 양호한 방법임을 확인할 수 있었다. 얼굴 영역 검출은 영상의 얼굴 크기와 배경에 상관없이 잘 검출되었으며, 인체 영역 검출에서는 배경이 피부색과 같은 경우에서도 인체만을 검출됨을 확인할 수 있었다. In this paper, we proposed a method human body area detection by informaticm of skin-color and face area in color image for interception of Web site approach with harmfulness lechery information of internet user. Skin-color detected using ratio of H, is less sensitive in effect of light, that express color and R that correlation is high with skin-color. Eye and mouth's area detect by using distance ratio in base of size information and form enemy information and face area was detected by skin-color distribution ratio of area of fixed distance on detected eye and mouth's area. Human body area was detected using structural information that keep facial vertical length and fixed ratio. In a experiment for skin-color detection it revealed that the proposed algorithm overcomes changes in brightness and colors to detect skin color of human body in color images. Face area detection has been detected well regardless of face size and background of reflex and human body area detection was confirmed that human body is detected well in background in case such as skin-color.
