This is to study outdoor recreation behaviour in ChangDuk Palace. For the purpose, this study focus firstly on recreation behaviour of each space and its characteristics, secondly on landscape elements as on object of appreciation, and thirdly, factual scenery from palace garden and its Mental Image, Amusement Landscape and Borrowed Scenery. The results are as followings: The factual scenery, real natural landscape, is described in the poetry. The Amusement Landscape is classified into appreciation of landscape, a site for royal government, and outdoor recreation. Finally the Borrowed Scenery makes view of perspective vivid to viewers and they could feel themselves as if they were in imaginary world.

The concept of a fuzzy set is introduced to formulate the group multi-attri33bute decision problem in an ambiguous environment which contains fuzzy goals, fuzzy criteria, fuzzy decision functions. To this purpose, the method of interactive representation of the intutional subjective knowledge which can not be described in an adquate quantative form is suggested. The proposed model is empirically programmed and applied to the personal hiring problem domain.

Linear Alkylbenzene Sulfonates 분해세균의 생태학적 연구 : 수영천과 온천천을 중심으로

부산시 수영만으로 유입되는 수영천과 온천천의 4개지점에서 1985년 5월부터 1986년 4월까지 매월 1회 채수한 시료로부터 분해세균을 분리동정하여 그 생태학적 특성에 관해 조사한 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 수온은 평균 18.2±7.72℃ 이었으며, 그 범위는 4.5-30.0℃이었다. 월별 수온변화는 2월이 가장 낮고 8월이 가장 높았다. 2. pH는 평균 6.8±0.26 이었으며, 그 범위는 6.4-7.2이었다. 여름철은 약알카리성, 겨울철은 약산성을 나타내었다. 3. LAS 농도는 평균 4.8±2.11ppm 이었으며, 그 범위는 1-9 ppm이었다. 지점별로는 온천교 6.0±1.88ppm, 이섭교 5.9±2.30ppm, 원동교 4.0±1.33ppm, 수영교 3.5±1.51ppm의 순이었다. 4. LAS 분해균수의 변화는 LAS 농도보다는 오히려 계절적인 영향을 많이 받는것으로 나타났다. 5. 총균수에 대한 LAS 분해균의 점유율은 봄철이 0.4%로 가장 높았으며, 지점별로는 온천교 부근이 가장 높았고 수영교 부근이 가장 낮았다. 6. 분리된 LAS분해균주를 분류동정한 결과 총 15속으로 대부분 그람음성세균이었으며, Listeria속만이 그람양성세균으로 나타났다. 7. 전 지점에서 년평균 10% 이상의 출현빈도를 보인 LAS 분해세균은 Alcaligenes속, Klebsiella속, Pasteurella속이었다. 8. Pasteurella 속이 전지점에서 우점종으로 나타났으며, 온천교 부근과 이섭교 부근에서는 Klebsiella속, 원동교와 수영교 부근에서는 Alcaligenes 속이 준우점종으로 나타났다. Lenear alkylbenzene sulfonates(LAS) degrading bacteria were isolated from the Oncheon and the Sooyoung streams in Pusan area. Samples were monthly taken from the surface waters at four designated sites from May, 1985 to April, 1986. The isolates strains were identified and ecological studies on these identified strains were investigated. The results obtained were as follows: 1) Average water temperature was 18.2±7.72℃ with range of 4.5 to 30.0℃. Water temperature was the lowest in February and the highest in August. 2) The mean value of pH was 6.8±0.26 with range of 6.4 to 7.2. The pH value showed slight alkalinity in the summer and slight acidity in the winter. 3) The mean concentration of LAS was 4.8±2.11ppm with range of 1 to 9 ppm. The highest concentration of LAS was found in the water sample of the Oncheon bridge area(6.0±1.88ppm) followed by the Iseup bridge (5.9±2.30ppm), the Weondong bridge(4.0±1.33ppm), and the Sooyoung bridge area(3.5±1.51ppm). 4) Number of the LAS degrading bacteria was effected by the seasonal change rather than LAS concentration. 5) The ratio of the LAS degrading bacteria to the total cells was the highest as 0.4% in spring. The highest and lowest ratio was at the Oncheon and the Sooyoung bridge area respectively. 6) All isolated strains were characteristically Gram-negative bacteria except only Listeria genus. 7) The appearance frequency of Alcaligenes, Klebsiella, and Pasteurella was showed more than 10% at all sites. 8) The dominant strains of LAS degrading bacteria were genus Pasteurella at all sites. The subdominants were genus Klebsiella at the Oncheon and the Iseup bridge area, and genus Alcaligenes at the Weondong and the Sooyoung bridge area.

Background and Objectives:The survival rate for rhabdomyosarcoma has been improved much after introduction of mul-timodality treatment. We reviewed the treatment results and investigated the related prognostic factors of pediatric nonorbital head and neck rhabdomyosarcoma. Materials and Method:Medical records of 27 children treated for nonorbital head and neck rhabdomyosarcoma from January 1986 to December 2000 were analyzed. Patients ages at diagnosis ranged from 1 to 169 months (mean:75 months). The pathologic subtypes were predominantly embryonal with 23 patients (85% ), followed by alveolar subtype with 1 (4% ), and uncertain one with 3 (11% ). Results:The overall 5-year survival rate was 69%. Of 27 (41% ) had cranial nerve involvement with frequent abducens nerve and facial nerve involvement. Ten (37% ) had skull base or brain invasion. The 5-year survival of patients with skull base or brain invasion was 40% and without skull base or brain invasion was 88%. Parameningeal site (68% vs 71% ) and cranial nerve involvement (64% vs 73% ) were not significant prognostic factors. Conclusion:Skull base or brain invasion was an important prognostic factor. There is no indication of initial agressive surgical resection for the (Korean J Otolaryngol 203 ;46 :965-70)

We have constructed a special purpose computer controlled system for the photo response measurement in the long wavelength infrared range, using a GPIB interface. It uses a Si-nite black body source and a monochromator with gold coated mirrors. It shows strong photon flux density in the range of interest. However the noise figures measured came out much greater than the ones quoted by the company, suggesting the necessity for the development of noise suppressing ways.

直感을 응용한 企業經營戰略

The purpose of this study is to improve the capability of management by using intuition in the strategy of business management. In order to survive severe competition, in reality, the company should prepare a specific strategy for survival in each field. In actual business transactions, successful decision making is usually based on intuition rather than from experience or analytic aspect. Especially, in order to make a decision or develop a new product, the use of intuition is very broad in gathering related information and catching the right timing. Partly because of lack of logic or analytic data, intuition plays a more important role in decision making. According to a recent result of neuropsycholgy, the left brain controls logical and analytical aspect, and the right brain relies on feelings in decision making. However in order to have a successful business decision, we need a combined of function of the left brain and the right brain. In order to improve intuition, we should relax and practice meditation as much as possible by having to practice Gi-Ging training method. How to apply intuition to business management? I would like to suggest three methods as follows ; Firstly, we can use the intuition of the CEO to apply to business transactions. Secondly, we can made full use of creative thinking of persons who work in the company by themselves. Thirdly, in order to enhance the right brain of person who work in company, we can provide a music room or meditation room to periodically improve creative ability. In business reality, top management as well as middle management also make use of intuition in their hob without noticing such application. To consider the importantce of intuition in the business world, I would like to suggest a new concept and adopt an implementation for intuition.
