Bleomycin 국소주사에 대한 Guinea pig 피부의 반응에 관한 연구

Bleoxycin is known to have good therapeutic effect on verrucae, which has been used for varioua malignant turnors for its antimitatic effect RecentIy Kim & Kim, reported an exceIIent treatment method. of verrucae with Bleomycin using needle free dermojet. They poetulated that the excellent effcts were achievei thraugh infiltration of the ekin, in.cluding the affected epidermis, with Bleomycin which is not possible with other rnethods, It is therefore interesting to know the effects of Dermajet instilled Bleomycin an normal ekin. We selected guinea pigs for thia experirnent. Five albino guixim pigs, weighting about 500 Gm, were ueed. Bleomycin water ohxtion, 0.25mg/ml, 0.06ml for each chet was injected utilizing Dermojet on the back of a guinea pig after clipping. The injected sites and the contralateral sites were tiopsied a,fter vaxying length of time and histologia examinationa were made. The experiment was eoarranged that the biopsies for different experiment aitea celd be done on oxeittirnig. Six hours after the bleomycin injection, the epidermis becase shrunk and t@4e upper dermie showed aligbt inflammatory infiltration. After 10 hours. and also after 24 hours, a superficial ulceration and necrosis were noted and the dermal infiltration became progressively severer. After 2 days epithelization, had started and. the necrotic debris began to drop off. After 4 daya the epithelization was camplete. These findings were in sorne part similar to the findings observed in humans by Kirn and Kim in the treatment af verruca but th time sequenc was far faster in guinea pigs.

경암 윤동수의 은둔자적 생애와 한시세계

Kyung Am Dong-Soo Yoon is a so called Soron party member in a political struggle arena in Sook-Jong dynasty and a such theme scholastic poet. This study explored his poetic world as a hermit hidden pastoral writer who refrained from political career in mid Lee dynasty. In particular, this study investigate literature characteristics of Soron party members who were defeated by the Noron party members through a series of political struggle. Dong-Soo Yoon is a grandson of Choo-Yoon, a younger brother of Joong-Yoon. He took over his big grandfather Joong Yoon's literature styles and heritages, and therefore naturally became central character of his lineage. He finally resigned from active political power line and thereafter worked as a hermit shadow literature remaining life. The central government offered him leading positions many times, but he performed a position of Dan-Yang county manager less than half years, and thereafter he persistently refused any more official titles by sending written refusal. Instead, he concentrated on continuing his ancestor's Soron party literal style and heritage as a confucian theory writer. He composed orthodox Confucian theory works, and his than one hundred and thirty composition glorified traditional confucian theme, as a hermit and resigned pastoral artist. He mainly composed poetry on themes of human interactions with rural villages and purely lyric stories, separated from capital cities political activists, and he rarely pursed prestige of fame as a acknowledged artists. His literal world mainly took place interacts with relatives and literal fellows, an humane themes. He composed poems for intimate friends or acquaintances, or answered to other poems with his poetry composition. He also wrote many grieving poems for death of these intimate neighbors, and expressed his lamentable emotionality with phrases of "happened to write poems". In his lamentable emotionality, he expressed mental freedom of concentrating on Confucian world fleeing away from political struggle, and his phrases pursued consistent end of Confucian orientation and emotional purity free of struggle arena. As a conclusion, poetry of Dong-Soo Yoon proved exemplary and typical model of hermit life pastoral literature, away from political struggles and turmoils, and pursuing intellectual humble lives of shadow writes in 18th century.

스마트 카의 통합 안전 제어기술

전자기술 및 IT 기술의 급속한 발달로 인하여 자동차와 IT 기술의 융합화도 활발하게 진행 되고 있다. 2010년 이후부터 미국, 유럽, 일본의 선진 자동차 업체들은 IT 기술 융합을 통해 새로운 개념의 i-car를 미래의 자동차로 제시하고 있다. IT 기술 및 x-by-wire 샤시제어기술, x-by-wire powertrain 제어기술, 시스템 통합제어기술을 바탕으로 한스마트자동차(Smart Vehicle)는 자동차기술에 차세대 전기전자, 정보통신, 지능제어 기술을 접목하여 자동차의 내외부 상황을 실시간으로 인식하여 고안전·고편의 기능을 제공할 수 있는 인간 친화적 자동차라고 할 수 있다. 노인 운전자를 비롯한 교통 약자의 증가에 따라 스마트안전 자동차의 보급은 더욱 중요해지고 있다. 스마트자동차는 전방 위험 차량과의 추돌, 차선 이탈, 미끄러짐 등 다양한 상황에 대처하는 기술들이 탑재되었으며 최근에는 이와 같은 개별시스템들이 통합되어 통합안전제어 시스템으로 진화하고 있다. 센서 기술, 통신 기술, 제어 기술 등의 발전으로 복잡하고 다양한 사고 상황에서도 운전자를 지원, 사고를 회피하도록 하는 시스템들이 개발되고 있으며 이를 위하여 통합 인지, 통합 판단, 통합 제어, 고장 안전 등 기반 기술 개발이 더욱 활발히 진행되어야 한다.

중등학교 프랑스어 교육 활성화를 위한 소고

En Corée, l'enseignement du français connaît actuellement une situation critique. En tant que langue étrangère à l'instar de l'espagnol, de l'allemand, du chinois et du japonais etc, la langue française s'enseigne en général à partir de la première année de lycée. Mais depuis une dizaine d'années, nous pouvons constater le désintérêt croissant des élèves dû à une forte demande en japonais ou en chinois. Le phénomène est loin d'être circonscrit au secondaire, il en va de même pour les établissements universitaires. Face à cette situation critique, nous proposons un programme intitulé "Stage de la langue et de la culture françaises pour les collégiens" favorisant une nouvelle orientation au niveau de l'établissement secondaire. Pour ce programme, l'université plus précisément le département du français, ouvre un cours intensif du français organisé par le rectorat durant les vacances scolaires des collégiens. Il s'agit ici d'une coopération entre les partenaires tels que le rectorat, l'université et le collège. Ce qui va permettre d'une part, de motiver les élèves à étudier une autre langue étrangère que l'anglais et d'autre part de relancer l'enseignement du français au niveau national.

Effect of Annealing on the Dielectric Properties and Microstructures of Thin Tantalum Oxide Film Deposited with RF Reactive Sputtering

Effects of annealing on the dielectric properties and microstructures of thin tantalum oxide film(25nm) deposited on p-type Si substrate with rf reactive magnetron sputtering were investigated. The leakage current density was remarkably reduced from $10^-8$ to $10^-12$ A/$\mum^2$at the electric field of 2MV/cm after rapid thermal annealing(RTA) in $O_2$at $1000^{\circ}C$, while little leakage reduction was observed after furnace annealing in $O_2$ at $500^{\circ}C$. The structural changes of thin tantalum oxide film after annealing were examined using high resolution electron microscope(HREM). The results of HREM show that substantial reduction in the leakage current density after the RTA in $O_2$ can be attributed to crystallization and reoxidation of the thin amorphous tantalum oxide film.

단둥-신의주의 초국경적 장소 형성과 확대

The relationship between Dandong and Shinuiju has formed an 'urban network' with a constant physical, human, and functional flows. Various actors with different political and economic interests have consolidated the connections between two cities, resulting in changes in spatial structures. The purpose of this study is to clarify the effect of the connection between two cities on the spatial change with a particular focus on actors. It investigates the transnational interactions between actors and draws implications for future change. While starting with a concentration on the vicinity of Yalu River Bridge which connects Dandong and Sinuiju, trans-border actors expanded their interactions and brought spatial extensions. Not only private economic actors but also public actors including Chinese and North Korean local governments and North Korean central government also took part in utilizing trans-border advantages and increased the number of trans-border places up to four sites along the Yalu River. Furthermore, as shown in the case of Dandong Xinqu construction, attempts to extend trans-border activities beyond the designated places are also underway. As actors share common economic interests based on the connection of Dandong and Sinuiju, Sino-North Korean borderlands are highly likely to be transformed from an enclaved point-like place to a line-like connected places with the advance of Sino-North Korean relations in the future. 단둥-신의주의 관계는 물리적, 인적 측면의 상호 연결이 항상적으로 존재하는 ‘도시 네트워크’를 형성해 왔다. 상이한 정치경제적 배경과 목적을 지닌 행위자가 접경도시 간 연결을 공고히 해 왔으며, 도시공간의 변화를 가져왔다. 본 연구는 행위자의 시기별 변화에 초점을 두고 두 도시 간 연결의 확장이 도시의 공간구조 변화에 미친 영향을 밝히고자 한다. 연결과 흐름을 담보하는 물리적 환경을 구축하는 과정에서 발생한 초국경적 성격을 검토한다. 초국경 행위자는 장소는 단둥-신의주를 연결하는 중조우의교 인근에 밀집했으나 북중 경제 행위자가 증가하면서 그 범위를 확대해 나갔으며, 중국 지방정부 주도 하에 신압록강대교 인근으로도 확대되었다. 나아가 북한 지방정부의 주도 하에 압록강 상류 구리도·어적도, 청수 등지도 새롭게 포함되어 1개의 점 불과했던 양국의 연결이 밀집되는 지점이 4개의 장소로 확대되었다. 나아가 각 장소마다 차이는 있으나, 단둥신취의 사례에서 보듯 연결이 집중되는 장소를 중심으로 그 초국경성을 주변으로 확장하려는 시도 또한 진행 중이다. 북중관계의 변화에 따라, 장소가 활성화될 경우 단둥-신의주 인근의 초국경적 장소는 ‘점’을 넘어 ‘선’으로 확장될 가능성이 높다.
