6 cases of nevus sebaceus of Jadassohn were reported and its literatures were reviewed. It is thought to be rather rare disease in this country. Two of the cases were seen within the age of 2 years and showed the clinical pictures of early stage. The remaining 4 cases were the clinical pictures of late stage showing verrucous lesions. All cases developed the lesions in the scaIp except case 6 which appeared on anterior neck. One of the cases was associated with syringocystadenoma papilliferum but none of the cases show any association of basal cell carcinoma.

This paper describes the properties of between the residual voltage for γ-irradiated in electric power cable using in nuclear power generating station. As these properties related with γ-irradiatiation dose, it is suggested that these properties can be utilized as a index of irradiation degradation. From theory and experiment I found the residual voltage is not influenced by cable length. I found that residual voltage of basic composite and practical composite have not a difference an occasion be the same cable length. As the ratio of degradation increases, the residual voltage in the initial time range increases and the peak moves to the shorter time. Therefore, I can know the degree of radiation degradation from the position of the peak.

반도체 생산에서, 마지막 단계는 설계된 칩을 실제 요소에 부착하는 전자 부품 패키징이다. 전자 부품 패키징은 소형화와 저중량, 미세 피치의 경향으로 바뀌고 있다. 솔더볼 부착공정은 금도금된 패드에 플럭스를 도포하고, 솔더링을 위한 리플로우 공정을 수행하기 위하여 솔더볼을 플럭스가 도포된 패드위에 위치시키는 것이다. 기존의 스텐실 도포를 대신하여 새로운 핀 도팅 방식의 플럭스 도포방법은 실험을 통하여 적용되어졌다. 핀 도팅 방식은 플럭스의 부피를 쉽게 조절할 수 있음을 보여준다. In the production od semiconductor, the final step is an electonic packaging in which the designed-circuit chip is attached to the actual component. The electonic packaging has the trends of small-size, light-weight, and fine-pitch. Solder ball attachment process is to dispense flux onto the golden pad, and pick/place solder balls onto the flux area using solder ball attachment unit so that reflow ovening process for soldering can be carrried out in the next process. The new approach to use pin dotting type flux instead of screen printing fluxing was applied for the experiment. The result shows that the flux volume can be controlled easily by the pin dotting fluxing method.
주파수 변화에 따른 에폭시 복합체의 유전특성에 관한 연구

In this paper, the dielectric properties of epoxy composites used for transformers are studied. The dielectric permittivity and loss of specimen are measured at the frequency range of 30[Hz]∼1[MHz] about temperature 20[℃], 100[℃] and 140[℃] respectively from a series of experiments. When the filler is added, between epoxy and silica is formed interface. Therefore, observed higher values of dielectric permittivity and loss in filled epoxy are attributed to MWS polarization effect. Also, glass transition temperature was shifted to higher temperature and value of dielectric permittivity and loss were decreased due to 2nd curing. Deformation of interfacial state is improved and value of dielectric permittivity and loss were decreased at low frequency region by the surface treatment of fillers with silane coupling agents.

Driving powered by sole solar cell was successful. Unfortunately, the intensity of illumination was not thought to produce the power in solar cells since the test was performed in winter time, resulting in the speed of vehicle was reduced reduced during the test. The pover obtained was the highest when the solar cell and incident solar illumination was straight normal to each other. The power was switched over automatically to the battery from solar cells when sun illumination was deficient. Driving powered by sole battery was also successful without any interference.
보강제 변화에 따른 실리콘 고무의 정전기 열화 특성에 관한 연구

In this study, we have come to the following conclusions regarding to the electrification properties (electrostatic electrification voltage and electrification relaxation time) of electrostatics in the three type of specimen (size: $4cm{\times}4cm{\times}0.103cm$) of silicone rubber which is mixed with the ATH (Aluminium Trihydrate(Al($OH_3$)) of 30 phr, 60 phr, 120 phr as reinforcing filler. The electrification properties of electrostatics were measured for the different mixing ratio of ATH with the applied voltage of DC 10 kV at the temperature range of $10^{\circ}C{\sim}30^{\circ}C$ and humidity range of 60%~80%. When the temperature remained constant, the electrical resistance decreased as the humidity increasing in the range of 60%, 70%, 80%. In contrast, when the humidity remained constant, the electrical resistance increased as the temperature increasing in the range of $10^{\circ}C$, $20^{\circ}C$, $30^{\circ}C$. Regarding these results, may be it is because the absorption of O-H molecule appeared in the silicone specimen. It was confirmed that when the temperature remained constant, the electrification relaxation time decreased as the humidity increased. In contrast, when the humidity remained constant, the electrification relaxation time increased as the temperature increased.
