완전통합교육환경에 있는 대학생들의 태도ㆍ사회적 거리감 및 환경인식에 관한 연구

본 연구는 완전통합교육 환경하의 대학생들을 대상으로 통합교육에 대한 인식과 장애인에 대한 태도, 사회적 거리감을 알아봄으로써 통합교육을 실시하거나 실시하고자 하는 대학에 진정한 사회통합의 경험적 기초를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구의 목적을 위하여 수집된 자료는 부호화 과정을 거쳐 사회과학 통계 프로그램을 활용하여 분석하였으며, 분석방법으로는 조사대상아동의 일반적 특성을 살펴보기 위해 빈도분석을 실시하였으며, 학생들의 일반적 특성에 따른 장애인에 대한 태도와 통합교육에 대한 인식의 차이를 살펴보기 위해 각 t-test와 일원변량분석(One-way ANOVA)를 실시하였다. 또한 학생들의 장애인에 대한 태도와 통합교육에 대한 인식간의 관계를 살펴보기 위해 상관분석을 실시하였다.이러한 연구는 장애인들의 진정한 삶의 질을 위해 대학교육과정까지도 통합교육을 추진해야 하는 현 시점에서, 통합교육환경에서 가장 어려운 과제라고 할 수 있는 사회통합을 위해 장애학생과 비장애학생 간의 장애인에 대한 환경인식 및 사회적 거리감과 태도를 분석하였다는데 그 연구의 의의가 있다. By this research knows awareness about integration education and attitude about disabled person and social sense of distance to college students under perfection integration education environment, there is the purpose to supply foundation experience of true society integration of college that wish to execute integration education. Data that is collected for purpose of research analyzed utilizing social science figure program via encoding process and executed frequency analysis to observe general special quality of investigation target child by analysis method, and executed each t-test and One-Way analysis to observe attitude about disabled person by general special quality of students and difference of awareness about integration education. Also, executed correlation analysis to examine attitude about students' disabled person and awareness relation about integration education. This research is sense of the research analyzed environment awareness and social sense of distance and attitude about an obstacle student affairs section normal student for society unification that can say that is the most difficult assignment at present visual point, in integration education environment that must propel integration education to university training courses for genuine quality of life of disabled persons.

치매노인의 재가복지서비스를 위한 주간보호시설의 방향설정

본 연구는 공식적인 지지체계의 하나로써 현재 주간보호시설을 이용하는 치매노인을 부양하고 있는 1차적 부양자를 대상으로 부양실태를 파악하여 부양상황에 있어서 어떻게 작용하고 있는지에 대한 메커니즘을 알아보고 치매노인의 재가복지서비스를 위한 주간보호시설의 방향설정을 모색하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구의 조사대상은 치매주간보호시설을 이용하고 있는 치매노인의 부양자를 대상으로 서울, 경기, 경북 등지에 거주하고 치매노인을 간호 및 수발 등을 하고 있는 1차적인 책임을 지닌 주부양자들로 조사를 실시하였고 주간보호서비스 이용현황 및 만족도, 주부양자의 수발관련활동 및 비수발관련 활동 등은 평균과 표준편차를 통한 기술통계 분석을 실시하였으며 또한 부양자의 성별과 취업여부에 따른 우울정도의 차이를 살펴보기위해 T-Test를 실시하였다. 이러한 연구내용을 토대로 주간보호시설을 우리나라 재가노인복지사업의 일환으로 정착하는데 그 실증적 연구결과를 제시하고, 효과적인 주간보호시설의 방향설정 및 정책결정의 기초적인 자료를 제공하고자 한다.

Evaluation of a Curtain-Type Radiation Protection Device for Veterinary Interventional Procedures

The standard radiation protection method in the angiography suite involves the use of a thyroid shield, a lead apron, and lead glasses. However, exposure to substantial amounts of ionizing radiation can cause cataracts, tumors, and skin erythema. A newly developed curtain-type radiation protection device consists of a curtain drape composed of a five-layer bismuth and lead acrylic head-shielding plate, with both bearing an equivalent 0.25 mm lead thickness. In this study, a quality assurance phantom was used as the patient to create radiation scatter from the radiographic source, and an anthropomorphic mannequin phantom was used as the interventionalist to measure the radiation dose at seven different anatomical locations. Thermoluminescent dosimeters were used to measure the radiation dose. The experimental groups consisted of all-sided or one-sided curtain set-ups, the presence or absence of a conventional shielding system, and the orientation of beam irradiation. Consequently, the curtain-type radiation protection device exhibited better radiation protection range and capabilities than conventional radiation protection systems, especially in safeguarding the forehead, eyes, arms, and feet, with minimal radiation exposure. Moreover, the mean shielding ratios of the conventional shielding system and curtain-type radiation protection device were measured at 51.94% and 93.86%, respectively. Additionally, no significant decrease in the radiation protection range or capability was observed, even with changes in the beam orientation or one-sided protection. Compared with a conventional shielding system, the curtain-type radiation protection device decreased radiation exposure doses and improved comfort. Therefore, it is a potential new radiation protection device for veterinary interventional procedures.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the cause of the juvenile sexual offense. To fulfill the goal of this study, the status and transition of the juvenile sexual criminals were checked for five years statistics and the psychological growth environment, ego-identity, MMPI, etc were considered. The results were as follows:First, In accordance with the individual characteristic of the psychological growth environment, there were a great deal of differences between the two groups. Second, The juvenile criminals under probation were more positive behavior than the juvenile criminals in jail on the psychological positive factors- freedom, communication, intimacy, affection, etc. Third, The ones under probation were higher index than the ones in jail on the ego-identity of seven lower factor except the unique factor. Fourth, The interrelation of the mental health, psychological growth environment, and ego-identity, show the tendency of inadequacy that the better the psychological growth environment and ego-identity they have, the worse the mental health they are..
