The purpose of this study is to determine the ageing mechanism of Mica/Epoxy composite material for large generator stator windings in order to estimate remaining life of generator. X-ray analysis is performed to investigate the position and structure of mica crystal in insulation materials. The phase change of aged and sound specimen under each atmosphere isn't observed. Surface analysis of insulation materials by optical microscope also show that the sound and aged specimen, sliding phenomenon by shear and thermal stress is observed both interface between mica and epoxy.

This paper describes the forward type high voltage pulse power supply which is the simple circuit configuration and easy to be managed using a Power-MOSFET in the view of commercialization. The principle of basic operating and the operating characteristics of the forward type pulse power supply are estimated by the switching frequency, coupling factor(k) and duty ratio(D). It is shown that theoretical and experimental results are good agreement by comparing simulation and experimental results when a lamp type ozonizer can be used as a load. This proposed pulse power supply show that it can be practically used as a pulse power supply in various environment improvement facilities like sterilization of colon bacillus, deodorization, and Nox gas elimination.

This paper has proposed a self tuning control system and practically implemented, which is adequate to DC servo system with frequent load variation. Minimum variance control method is used as a control law and recursive least square method with advanced forgetting factor is proposed and analyzed with general forgetting algorithm as an estimation method. A proposed adaptive control system is made on 16bit microprocessor-based interface card. Through an experimental results, it has verified that proposed control system is robust to the load variation.

In this paper, we have been simulated the characteristics of the static thrust and normal force according to the tooth shape of the VR linear motor. And the flux lines of the linear step motor is computed by finite element method. For calculating forces, Mawxell stress tensor method is applied.

The switched reluctance motor(SRM) has a simple rotor construction with no windings. It also has simple concentrated windings on the stator. Thus, it is expected to be a lower cost machine to manufacture than the squirrel cage induction motor. This paper analyzed the torque of SRM including two different rotor and stator structure according to the phase current. The analyzed SRM are two types, that is, rectangle so called typical type and well-rounded type in SRM. To design and analyze the improved SRM effectively, we used FEM and compared with each other. And we presented the well-rounded type SRM as a high torque SRM. In the point of view of the static torque, instantaneous torque and average torque, the well-rounded type SRM is more improved than that of typical type which has been generally used for SRM.

This paper presents a mathematical model and dynameic equations that perform the Switched Reluctance Motor with nonlinear magnetic characteristics. This algorithm is applied to 8/6 SRM using MATLAB that is popular with engineers. The characteristics of flux linkage versus current are computed over range from aligned position to analigned position in detail. According to the operarion mode the energy conversion, current and torque waves are represented.

This paper is to investagate on the dielectric properties due to curing conditions of Sillica/Epoxy composities treated with silane coupling agent in order to improve the electrical characteristics of the compound Epoxy resin. In this experiment, each pre-cured specimen for 4 hours at 90℃ is post-cured at 5h/80℃, 15h/80℃, 5h/160℃, 15h/160℃. As the results of this paper, post-curing specimen for 5 hours at 160℃ is suitable to post-couring condition. The ?? of post cured speciment at 160℃ is lower than that of post-coured specimen at 80℃.

In this work ? single crystals were grown by the chemical transporting reaction(CTR) method using high purity(6N) elements. The structure of grown ZnAl2S4 single crystals were cubic structure. The optical energy band gap was indirect band gap and the temperature dependence of optical energy gap was fitted well to Varshni equation. Also, the entropy, enthalpy and heat capacity were deduced from the temperature dependence of optical energy gap.
스위칭 시이퀀스 변화에 의한 3-Level PWM 알고리즘에 대한 연구

In this paper, we present a new PWM method using the switching sequence for three-level structching. This method produces beeter performance than conventional manner(the control of switching period: Ts). In addition, minimize harmonis using a symmetric 3-phase space vector modulation.
