The characteristics on the interface between Epoxy and EPDM which are materials of the underground insulation systems of power delivery have studied. The breakdown strength of specimens are observed by applying high AC voltage at the room temperature. The breakdown times under the constant voltage below the breakdown voltage were gained. As constant voltage is applied the breakdown time is proportion to the breakdown strength. The life exponent n is gained by inverse power law and the long breakdown life time can be evaluated. AC breakdown strength and life time is improved by oiling to the interface. When the low viscosity oil is spread interface has the highest life time.

이 연구는 건물 수직 증축 시 발생하는 추가 하중을, 선재하를 통해 신규 파일이 분담하게 하는 ‘선재하파일공법’을 실험적으로 검증하기 위해 수행되었다. This research is performed to verifiy ‘Pre-loading reinforcement pile method’ with experiment. Additional gravity load due to vertical remodeling of building is resisted by pre-loaded reinforcement pile in this method.

We give pressure stimulation into organic thin films and then manufacture a device under the accumulation condition that the state surface pressure is 30[mN/m]. In processing of a device manufacture, we can see the process is good from the change of a surface pressure for organic thin films and transfer ratio of area per molecule. The structure of manufactured device is Au/arachidic acid/Al; the number of accumulated layers is 17, 19 and 21. Also, we then examined of the MIM device by means of Ⅰ-Ⅴ. Then Ⅰ-Ⅴcharacteristic of the device is measured from 0 to +2[V]. In the cyclicvoltammetry, stable up to 0.9[V] vs. Ag/AgCl. The insulation property of a thin film Is better as the distance between electrodes is larger.
RF 스퍼터링법에 의한 ($Sr_{1-x}Ca_x)TiO_3$ 세라믹 박막의 미세구조 및 유전특성

The ($Sr_{1-x}Ca_x)TiO_3$(SCT) thin films are deposited on Pt-coated electrode($Pt/TiN/SiO_2/Si$) using RF sputtering method with substitutional contents of Ca. The maximum grain of thin films is obtained by substitution of Ca at 15[mol%]. All SCT thin films had (111) preferred orientation. The dielectric constant was increased with increasing the substitutional contents of Ca, while it was decreased if the substitutional contents of Ca exceeded over 15[mol%]. The dielectric constant changes almost linearly in temperature ranges of -80~+90[$^{\circ}C$]. The temperature properties of the dielectric loss have a stable value within 0.02 independent of the substitutional contents of Ca. All SCT thin films used in this study show the phenomena of dielectric relaxation with the increase of frequency, and the relaxation frequency is observed above 200[kHz].
