The gable frame is widely used for the factory buildings and warehouses. And its structural safety is checked by a formula σ=ωN/A+M/Z applied individually to all of the component members where the full lengths of the members are entered as their buckling lengths. The author has made numerical analyses of a typical symmetrical gable frame subjected to symmetrical loadings and established that the actual buckling lengths of the members differ from their full lengths by significant margins and that the actual buckling load of the frme is markedly below that predicted by the conventional formuls.

Roll forming process for the bumper beam of high strength steel is developed by an experimental method. The size of the bumper beam is reduced to 1/1.8 to save development time and cost. The developed forming rolls are installed in the small three-stage roll forming machine and roll forming experiments are carried out. It is found that the experimental method using small forming machine is effective in developing roll forming process for the bumper beam of high strength steel.
결손부가 있는 거형평면판의 설계응력과 배근에 대한 연구 ( A Study on Design Stresso Rectangular plate with opening )

결손부를 가지는 거형평면판에 관한 설계응력에 대한 언급은 그림 1(a) 과 (b) 가 있다. 주변지지조건과 결손부의 형태에 따라서 응력계산을 해야하는데 Fourier급수로 하중을 표시해서 평면판의 미분방정식을 풀어서 구하는 방법은 이 경우에는 적합하지 못하며 수치해석법 특히 계차법을 이용해서 계산하는데 이 경우에도 전자계산기를 사용해도 경계조건에 따르는 추가방정식을 세워야 하며 이는 장시간이 소요되므로 구조계산에 종사하는 사람으로서 실제 이것들을 하나 하나 계산하기란 거의 불가능하다.
중앙부에 거형결손부를 가지는 주변고정거형판의 벤딩 모우먼트의 실험적 해석

거형판들은 대개가 장변쪽이 6m이하인 것이므로 철근 콘크리트 슬래브의 경우 배근을 결정하는 벤딩 모우멘트의 정량적 문제보다 정성적 문제가 중요하다. 또 이러한 문제의 해석의 이론식은 아직 발표된 것이 없는 것으로 알며 해법으로서 등분포하중의 경우 정차방정식이 사용될 수 있다. 그러나 이것을 결손부를 가지는 거형판에 적용할 경우는 적어도 수십개의 연립일원일차방정식을 풀어야 하므로 전자계산기에 의하지 않고서는 거의 불가능한 것이 건축구조계산가들의 형편이다.

Incremental forming path to manufacture a thick concave steel plate using the line array roll set is designed. To find the optimum forming path, the forming processes are simulated by the finite element method. A general-purpose commercial software, MSC.MARC is used. A modeling with 8-node hexahedral elastic-plastic solid is performed to predict accurate springback and the analysis process was composed of 18 passes. The proposed forming paths are verified through experiments carried out in the prototype line array roll set. It is found that the process can be successfully applied to the fabrication of the dual curvature ship hull plate.

Flat plate floor system is more economical and adaptable than Bearing wall-or Beam supported floor systems or Flat slab system. Most of today's Flat plate system has regular column layout, the diversity of the spatial and functional requirements of building design often calls for irregular column layout. Such layout remains of no practical use for want of theoretical research. This paper is to analyze the flat plate system with irregular column layout by experiment and Finite Differences Method. The authors resort to the displacement freezing method for out-of-plane displacement measurements and to the relative equation between displacement and bending moment to determine bending moments at arbitary points.
영상기반 ADAS 시스템 기능 및 인식률 검증을 위한 실도로 영상DB 구축 방안 연구

This Paper considers an objective and quantitative construction method of the common formated Real-world Image Data Base. As the result of ongoing Government Project of Development of Driving Assist System and Integrated Image Recognition Software for Lane and Preceding/Oncoming Vehicles, this common formated Real-world Image Data Base will be used to verify the function and recognition rate of ADAS based Image Sensor. In order to achieve the goal, the Real-world Image Data Base construction System(Image Data Base acquisition vehicle and equipments) and the common format of Image Data Base for constructing Image Data Base of ADAS(LDWS/FCWS/HBA) have been developed. The common format Image Data Base includes the files, composed of four layered image files, GPS data , In-vehicle network data and a road attribute data. Also it includes the various road attribute information(Road rating, lane category, tunnel and bridge) and weather condition(day/night, sunny/rainy/snowy/foggy day).we will construct the 5,000km Real-world Image Data Base.
