공동주택 세대내 결로방지 설계를 위한 실내외 온습도 기준 수립 연구

Recently, the chance of dew condensation in apartment buildings is increasing because of several reasons. For example, ventilation rate has been decreased because of high-insulations and airtightness for saving energy. Besides, the humidity has been made by drying washes, cooking and bathing inside of apartment buildings. However, there is lack of resonable design criteria for preventing condensation in real life and real surroundings. Therefore, this study is aimed at making a resonable design criteria of preventing condensation by measuring the indoor temperature and humidity in real life. In addition to this, it is aimed at making a resonable outdoor condition and classifying regions by using weather data. The following are the results. The interior criterion for condensation was set up $25^{\circ}C$ and a relative humidity of 55%. The outdoor criterion for condensation was set up $20^{\circ}C$, $-15^{\circ}C$, and $10^{\circ}C$ respectively for the hard frost, middle, and southern areas. 최근 공동주택은 에너지 절약을 위한 단열 및 기밀화로 자연 환기량이 감소되고, 세탁물의 실내 건조, 취사 및 목욕 등으로 인해 세대내 결로 발생가능성이 점점 높아지고 있다. 그러나 실제 생활실태나 환경조건을 반영한 합리적인 결로방지 설계기법이 부족한 상태이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 이러한 문제점을 인식하고, 세대내 결로 방지 대처 방안을 강구하기 위해 실제 생활환경 하에서의 실내 온습도 상태를 측정하여 합리적인 결로방지 설계기준을 설정하고자 한다. 또한 기상데이터를 이용한 지역별 외기온의 분석을 통해 합리적인 지역구분 및 결로판정기준용 외기조건을 설정하고자 한다. 결과는 다음과 같다. 결로 판정을 위한 실내 기준은 기온 $25^{\circ}C$, 상대습도 55%로 설정하였다. 결로 판정을 위한 실외 기준은 지역을 혹한지, 중부 남부로 구분하고 기온을 각각 $20^{\circ}C$, $-15^{\circ}C$, $-10^{\circ}C$로 설정하였다.

The presidential commission on architecture policy promotes happy house center service. One of the main service of happy house center is energy performance assessment of existing dwellings and renovation scenario"s economic evaluation. In this study we have developed software(beta version) and its manual which would be used energy performance assessment of existing dwellings and its renovation consulting. If the software development would complete with taking stable root of happy house center service, we can expect systematic performance of energy performance assessment of existing dwellings which is carried out happy house center service. And developed program would be used in diversity fields beside happy house center service. The process of this study is as in the following : (1) The survey of existing detached dwellings, (2)The comparative analysis of existing energy performance programs, (3) The setting up the developing way of a program, (4) The analysis of theories which are related to development of a program and the development of algorithm, (5) The development of the program system, (6) The verification of the developed program.
공동주택 하절기 지하공간의 결로저감 방안을 위한 현장조사 연구

In this study, we measured the temperature and relative humidity of the underground space and wall surface temperature in summer according to elapsed year. Analysis of condensation for the underground parking lot and elevator hall proposes a reasonable reduction method based on this. The humidity and temperature data was collected every 10 minutes during from August 6th to August 26th the 20th. As a result, in order to reduce the possibility of condensation of underground space the double wall should be provided. If a double wall was installed, the condensation does not occur. In case elevator hall was facing directly into the soil, the condensation was continued to occur regardless of the elapsed year. Thus elevator hall is not installed directly on the soil and dehumidifier need to be installed a mandatory.

Recently, the occurrence of condensation of apartment buildings has been growing due to high heat-insulation and high air-tightness performance for energy saving. This study aimed to set up design criteria to prevent condensation by investigating practical living condition of indoor temperature and relative humidity. 120 households in central and southern Korea were included in this study and the research was carried out in winter from January to February. Then the design criteria to prevent condensation was reviewed based on the winter temperature and humidity data. As a result, this study found out that the temperature of indoor air was 24.1˚C and relative humidity was 64.8% in 90 % of living environment and temperature difference ratio(TDR) was increased by 0.02~0.03.
