유기 발광 소자를 위한 금속 착물의 합성 및 그 박막 제조에 관한 연구

Tris(8-hydroxyquinoline)-aluminum complex(ALQ_3) having greenish luminescent characteristics was synthesized and it was confirmed with UV-Vis absorption spectroscopy, elemental analysis, and FT-IR spectroscopy that ALQ_3 was successfilly synthesized. Thin films of ALQ_3 having multilayer structure were prepared by spin coating method and vacuum evaporation technique. Photopluminescent characteristics of these films were investigated by Luminescence spectroscopy and Current-Voltage(I-V) characteristics of these films were also investigated.
PAHPV LB 막의 제작 및 그 발광 특성에 관한 연구

Ultra-thin films of pilt[2-[4-(9-(10-phenyl)anthracenyl)phenoxy)hexyloxy]]-1, 4-phenylenevinyleylene(PAHPV) were prepare-d on the hydrophilic ITO substrate by Langmuir-Blodgett(LB) technique. λ_max in the photoluminescence spectrum of these films was 458nm at the excitation wavelength of 365nm bofore thermal treatment, which comes from diphenylanthracene side chian of PAHPV. It was also confirmed with UV-Vis wpectrometer that ultra-thin LB films of PAHPV precursor polymer were prepared well. After thermal treatment for conjugation of PAHPV precursor polymer, λ_max in the pfotoluminescence spectrum of these films changed to 365nm, which means that the conjugation of these PAHPV films was completed.
진공 증착법에 의한 $Eu(TTA)_3(phen)$ 수식 이미지 박막의 제작 및 특성 연구

Thin films of $Eu(TTA)_3(phen)$ 수식 이미지, which was known to show red-light emitting properties, were deposited under various deposition condition. The thickness, surface morphology, and photoluminescence(PL) were measured with ${\alpha}$ 수식 이미지-step profiler, Atomic Force Microscopy(AFM), and PL measurement apparatus. It was found that the thickness of $Eu(TTA)_3(phen)$ 수식 이미지 film can be controlled precisely by adjusting the amounts of $Eu(TTA)_3(phen)$ 수식 이미지 in the boat. As the thickness of these films increases, the surface roughness also increases. A structure of $Al/Eu(TTA)_3(phen)(850{\AA})/TPD(600{\AA})/ITO$ 수식 이미지 was fabricated, Electroluminescence(EL) spectrum of which shows the peak at the wavelength of 618nm.
단순 동특성 모델을 이용한 초고압 수소 탱크 수소 방출 특성

A fuel cell vehicle is a good candidate for climate change and harmful exhaust emission of internal combustion engine. Even though fuel economy of fuel cell vehicle is better than internal combustion engine, it is still required for improving it. In this study, the discharge of hydrogen from a type 4 hydrogen tank was modeled. Initially, the tank is charged at 70MPa and the valve is opened by command. To simulate this phenomena, it is necessary to model the valve and the tank together because the flow rate and pressure drop are determined by the opening of the valve. Also, since the internal temperature changes due to the heat exchange with outside air, attention environment is considered for the internal energy change. As a result of confirming the discharge characteristics based on the tank outlet area, it seems to be well described physical phenomena. In addition, the temperature validation is also observed.
