임무형 지휘가 조직 효과성에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 - 조직문화의 매개효과를 중심으로 -

The purpose of this study is to verify the relationship between mission-oriented Command, organization efficiency, organization culture of 626 field officers in JFMU. Firstly. the study found that decision making in the relationship between mission-oriented command and organization efficiency had negative effect on job satisfaction. Planning and trust lead to positive effect on job satisfaction and organizational commitment and no significance in self decision. Secondly, mission-oriented command may differ depending on the types of organization culture and organization culture has positive effect on job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Thirdly, mission-oriented command has some effect which derives from its impact on organization efficiency that also effects rational culture and rank hierarchy culture. These study results suggest different measures in terms of practice and policy. Firstly. within the military organization, precise communication will lead to job satisfaction without unnecessary overload of communication. Also. we have rationale culture, agreement culture and rank hierarchy culture forming our organization culture. There is a need to apply elements of mission-oriented command depending on the types of organization culture. Secondly, to maximize organization performance through mission-oriented command, we have to strengthen the rationale and rank hierarchy cultures and especially introduce development culture which should be established within the military organization.
선체용 압연 강판의 습식 수중 아크 용접부의 부식특성에 관한 연구

Underwater wet arc welds were experimentally performed on 11mm thick KR-RA steel plate by using six different types of flux coated electrodes of 4.0mm diameter, KSKR, KSKT, USBL, JPUW, UWEA, and UWEB. As results, In aspect of bead appearance, detachability of slag, spatter producing and arc stability JPUW was the best condition and UWEB obtained more superior weldability than KSKR and KSKT. In bond zone, the hardness distribution of underwater wet multi-pass butt-welding had high hardness value in the most electrodes and UWES was distributed to the hardness contribution of the most favorable and stability. Upon polarization test to measure the responsiveness of corrosion, the electrodes of UWEB was showed the most excellent degree because of the low open circuit dislocation.

Objectives: This study investigates whether the reverse interpretation of low Pa score in MMPI that indicate a paranoid tendency is appropriate. Methods: The 96 psychiatric patients perform MMPI and Rorschach test, and their clinical diagnosis and symptoms were evaluated. Study group is divided into high, middle and low Pa group on the basis of Pa score. Dependent variables were Rorschach Hypervigilance Index(HVI), content index related to the paranoid tendency, clinician`s diagnosis and symptoms, MMPI validation scale, and Harris-Lingoes subscale. If the reverse interpretation were valid, low Pa group would differ from middle Pa group in dependent variables and not from high Pa group. Results: HVI cannot discriminate the three group. On the other hand, in the analysis of MMPI validation scale and Harris-Lingoes subscale, the low pa group had higher score on L, K scale than high Pa group. Low Pa group is significantly high in Naivete(Pa3) but low in Persecutory idea(Pa1) and Poignancy(Pa2). That is, patients with low Pa scores were more defensive about their own problems or symptoms and revealed less persecutory idea. But they leaked their covert paranoid tendency through the Naivete subscale. Conclusion: Low score on Pa does indicate paranoid tendency.

In order to commercialize PEM fuel cell system in automotive industry, a lot of problems that are now being faced must be solved. Among these problems, stack cooling problem at high power range is one of the most critical problems. In case of when the PEMFC operates at high power range, the amount of generated heat is similar to electricity output of maximum over 100kW. Large amount of generated heat is very critical especially in the automotive PEMFC system. Because vehicles have limited inner space, heat exchanger and gas humidifier can’t be enlarged sufficiently. This constraint on the size of heat exchanger and gas humidifier leads to lack of stack cooling and decrease of electricity generation efficiency. Then lower efficiency makes the amount of generated heat larger and it brings about stack overheating. Continuous stack overheating accelerates membrane degradation and it can be fatal damage to membrane durability that leads to decrease of vehicle durability, reliability and performance. To solve this problem water direct injection method is used in this study. The water atomizing chamber with ultrasonic transducer is installed right before the stack of air supply line and atomized fine water droplets are directly injected into the channel by air flow momentum. Fine water droplets in the stack air flow channel absorb surrounding heat and then evaporate to vapor phase. By releasing the latent heat required in process of evaporating, stack inner temperature cooled down. And evaporated water vapors bring additional membrane humidification effect so efficiency of PEMFC stack increased. In this study, the experiments are performed according to the relative humidity of supply air, water direct injection flow rate at varied current density range.

본 논문은 안보갈등이라는 관점에서 김정은 체제 출범 이후 발생한 북한의 도발사례를 중심으로 안보갈등발생 요인을 분석하고 이를 해소하기 위한 과제에 대하여 연구하는 것이 그 목적이었다. 국내적으로 2002년 대통령 선거를 계기로 집중적으로 조명받기 시작한 이념균열과 정당균열, 세대균열의 중첩과 안보이슈가 이념갈등을 구성하는 주요 영향 요인임을 도출하였으며, 이 과정에서 좋은 정책전략은 곧 국민적 안보갈등 해소의 준거가 되고, 국가역량 결집과 협력ㆍ소통을 이끌어내는 핵심지표임을 확인하였다. 아울러 안보갈등을 해소하기 위한 과제로써 의사결정구조의 합리화, 제도적(법률적) 정비, 안보갈등관리 리더십 강화와, 무엇보다도 국민적 통합과 소통을 이끌어낼 최고 정책결정자의 리더십과 좋은 정책전략이 마련되어야 한다. 본 논문은 과거의 실제사례를 적용하여 안보갈등의 원인과 심화요인이 무엇인지를 재구성하였으며, 이를 바탕으로 정책적인 함의를 제시하였다. This study, with the theme of national security conflict in mind, analyzes the elements that has initiated conflicts; focusing especially on the cases of North-South conflicts since the start of Kim Jeong Eun's regime. It is also concerned with the task of solving such conflicts through the analysis. National security issues and the overlapping of ideological fracturing, party disintegration, and generation gap that has been brought into the limelight since the 2002 presidential election was identified as the key element of domestic ideological conflicts. Through this analysis it was shown that a good strategical policy making is the basis of resolving popular national security conflicts and a critical milestone of focusing national potential, cooperation, and communication. Additionally it should be noted that leadership of the highest echelon of policy makers and good strategical policy making are critical in rationalization of decision making process, procedural(legal) repair, improvement of national security conflict management leadership, and ,more importantly, promoting popular integration and communication. In conclusion this paper proposes implications of past policies through reconstructing past incidents and identifying the cause of national security conflict and its exacerbation.
수정된 재생사이클 가스터빈의 설계 및 부분부하 성능해석

Characteristics of a Modified regenerative cycle gas turbine has been investigated. In the cycle, the turbine expansion is divided into two parts and the regenerator locates between them. Two types of mechanical design are assumed : two-shaft and single-shaft. In particular, optimal pressure ratio division between the high and low pressure turbines is evaluated for the single shaft configuration. The part load analyses have been carried out with the aid of off-design models. In addition to the general fuel only control, a variable speed control is assumed as the part load operating strategy of the single shaft configuration. Obvious advantage with the alternative cycle is observed in the variable speed operation of the single shaft design.
