철도노반 복구를 위한 토목섬유 Soilbag 공법의 적용성 평가

자연재해에 기인한 철도노반의 유실 및 파괴는 유실된 선로복구를 위한 공사가 장기간 소요됨으로써 정상적인 철도운행에 지장을 초래하여 사회적, 경제적으로 많은 비용 및 시간의 손실을 유발시키고 있다. 본 연구에서는 자연재해로 인해 유실된 철도노반에 대한 신속하고 안전한 복구대책으로서 토목섬유로 제조된 Soilbag의 적용성을 평가하고자 정적하중 및 모사반복 열차하중 재하 실대형시험을 수행하였다. 실대형시험을 통해 심도별 연직토압과 침하량을 계측한 결과, 하중분산효과에 기인한 토압 및 침하 저감 효과를 확인할 수 있었으며 시공성과 장기적 안정성을 고려할 때 Soilbag 공법의 현장적용성은 가능할 것으로 판단된다. Roadbed failure due to the natural disaster may bring out social and economic damage such as the loss of life and property, the consumption of time and cost for recovery, and the delay of logistics in railway In this study, the method using geosynthetic soilbag was applied to rehabilitation of the railway roadbed which was failed by disaster. The full scale tests with the simulated train loading were performed in order to evaluate the static and dynamic performance at the railway roadbed using geosynthetic soilbag. The results of these tests were compared with unreinforced and reinforced cases with geosynthetic soilbag, respectively The data gathered by various measurement devices from these full scale tests would be useful to evaluate and understand the roadbed with geosynthetic soilbag. In conclusion, geosynthetic soilbag was evaluated as a permanent restoration method to reinforce the roadbed of railway.
철도설계기준과 국제기준(UIC, EN)의 비교·분석연구(노반/구조분야)

본 연구의 목적은 국내 철도설계기준을 국제기준(UIC 및 Euro code)과 비교, 분석하여 국내외 설계기준에 대한 차이점을 도출하고 국제기준과의 부합 및 누락 여부 등을 파악하여 향후 국내 철도설계기준의 보완(또는 개선방안) 및 국제화된 철도설계기준으로 제 · 개정하기 위한 방안을 마련하는 데에 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 국내기준과 국제기준과의 비교 · 분석을 위해 각각의 기준을 CODE화하여 호환성 분석(matching)을 수행함으로써, 설계항목 및 각 코드별 특징과 차이점을 “국내외 기준분석 Matrix”형태로 제시하였다. 또한 연구결과를 바탕으로 국내 철도설계기준(노반/구조분야)을 국제수준으로 향상시키기 위한 개정사항을 도출하였다. In this study, we carried out the compatibility analysis (matching) to each of the construction design code for comparative analysis the Korean standards with international standards(UIC, Euro code). It was presented the differences of each code to the Matrix form. As a result, the domestic railway design standards were drawn amendments to improve the international level.

In this study, performance of reinforced railroad roadbeds with the reinforced roadbed materials were investigated through the real scale roadbed tests. It was also found that the reinforced roadbed with reinforced roadbed materials has less elastic and plastic settlement than the one with soil. The slag roadbed was more effective than the crushed stone roadbed with the same condition for load distribution. Therefore considering overall characteristics of reinforced roadbed material, the optimum thickness was recommended as 50 cm. Furthermore the real scale model test under the simulated rainfall condition, the settlement in the slag roadbed was about 8 times smaller than the settlement in the soil roadbed.

It was estimated that the anti-vibration measures at the source location of railroad are the most active and effective ones. Among CWR(Continuously Welded Rail), elastic rail fastener, floating slab, ballast mat, under sleeper pad, etc. like these various kinds of measures in the source, under sleeper pad as an anti-vibration measure was constructed at the railroad track supporting structures in the Jeon-Ia Line. In this study, through the field measurement of vibration at the railroad track supporting structures and nearby the ground, the vibration reduction effect of under sleeper pad were evaluated by insertion loss. As a result, vibration reduction effects were 5.0 -12.5dB on the concrete slab of the bridge, 3.9-7.5dB on the ground nearby the bridge respectively.

In this study, field measurements of vibration on the structures supporting railroad track were performed. The vibration data obtained were analyzed to find out any correlation between its magnitude and several factors such as type of bridges, distance from the track, type of train, frequency characteristics, etc. As a result, the magnitude of vibration turned out to be the highest in the steel bridge, the concrete bridge and steel-concrete combined bridge were the next in descending order. It was also found that the dynamic characteristics of ground were the most important factors among several affecting vibration near by the railroad track. And the empirical ground vibration estimation equation for estimating ground vibration was developed. The proposed equation with respect to distances from the railroad could be easily used for the estimation of ground vibration at the residential areas nearby the track.

국가건설기준센터를 중심으로 국내 건설공사기준에 표준화된 코드체계를 도입하고 각 기준간의 중복 상충을 해결하기 위한 건설공사 기준의 표준화 연구가 시작되었다. 건설기준 통합코드 제정에 맞춰 철도건설분야의 핵심인 철도설계기준(궤도편)을 현행 철도설계지침 (궤도편)을 참고하여 궤도분야를 포함한 철도설계기준 제정 추진하였다. 기존 철도궤도 기준의 체계의 부재상황에서 궤도설계업무의 효율성 및 일관성을 확립하고, 상·하위 기준체계를 명확히 정립하여 합리적으로 설계할 수 있는 철도설계기준 궤도편(안)의 코드(안)을 마련하였다. 설계기준 작성의 기본방향은 궤도설계에 관한 원론적인 사항을 기준화하는 것으로써 세부적인 사항은 하위 규정에서 다루도록 하였다. 본 발표논문을 통하여 새롭게 준비되고 있는 궤도의 설계기준을 소개한다. The construction design standardization research has been conducted to resolve the overlap and contradiction issues between various domestic construction design standards, which is managed by Korea Construction Standards Center. Railroad track design standard is newly introduced through this research based on current railroad design guidelines of track design. The draft of code system of the railroad track design is also proposed to rationally design railroad track by keeping consistency and efficiency of design process. The key principle of the proposed design standard is to standardize the theoretical parts. And detailed parts should be dealt in lower-level guidelines. This paper aims to introduce newly proposed railroad track design standard and the framework of construction code.
반복재하 하중을 받는 철도노반재료의 강우에 따른 침하 특성

In this study, performance of reinforced railroad roadbeds with the slag(HMS-25) and soil were investigated through the real scale railroad roadbed tests. Several real scale reinforced railroad roadbeds were constructed in the laboratory with different subgrade conditions and were tested with the estimated actual train loads including the impact loading of train. The affecting factors such as plastic & elastic settlement roadbed layers as well as surface of rails were measured. The settlement at rail surface and roadbed surface of case of soil and slag roadbed comparative with good roadbed site were 2.3, 5.7 times and 1.9, 1.6 times, respectivelv.
