        설계단계에서의 모바일기반 BIM도구의 개발방향

        Due to the advantages of real-time information sharing, mobile programs used for limited purposes such as information searching and leisure activities are being utilized in various fields such as work and education. And, many attempts have been made to utilize various mobile programs in the construction field. Also, as various mobile programs based on BIM are developed, it becomes possible to easily check and modify 3D information in real time. In order to investigate the usability of BIM-based mobile programs, the study conducted interviews with three architectural offices. As a result of the interview, there is an expectation for the use of BIM-based mobile program in BIM expert group, but the field usability is low. Although many attempts have been made to utilize various BIM-based mobile programs, it has been investigated that user-oriented function analysis is lacking. Therefore, in order to improve the usability of BIM-based mobile programs, user-oriented function analysis and definition should be preceded. Therefore, in this study, it suggests the functions that are highly necessary and urgent among the functions of the mobile-based BIM program and implications through the expert interview. This study contributes as a basic research for activating BIM-based mobile program in Korea.

        IFC-BIM을 활용한 실내공기질 인증 요구정보 생성 자동화

        실내에서 보내는 시간이 증가함에 따라, 쾌적한 실내환경에 대한 요구가 증가되고 있다. 또한, 새집증후군과 같은 문제들에 관심이 집중되면서 실내공기질에 관한 요구 역시 증가되고 있다. 정부에서는 이러한 요구에 따라 실내환경을 관리하기 위하여 다양한 정책 및 제도를 제정하였으며, 공공건물에서의 친환경제도 인증을 필수화하였다. 실내공기질과 관련된 인증제도는 크게 3가지로 도면기반으로 인증을 평가하는 건강친화형 주택건설기준과 녹색건축인증 그리고 측정정보 기반으로 인증을 평가하는 실내공기질 인증이 있다. 이중 도면기반으로 인증을 평가는 제도들을 업무의 비중 대비 과도한 업무량이 요구된다. 친환경인증업무를 수행하는 한 회사의 인터뷰 결과 평균 업무비중보다 2배 이상의 소요시간이 필요한 것으로 조사되었다. 이는 2D기반의 작업환경에서 면적에 관한 정보들을 일일이 수작업으로 측정하여 필요이상의 업무를 수행하고 있기 때문으로 분석된다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 3D기반의 BIM모델을 이용한 실내공기질 평가 자동화 프로세스를 제시한다. 국제표준 포맷인 IFC 파일을 이용하여 필요한 면적정보 및 자재정보를 자동으로 추출하고 이를 모델에 적용하여 자동화하는 과정을 제시한다. 본 연구는 인증을 위해 필요한 업무시간을 단축하고 업무효율성을 높이는 것에 기여할 것으로 기대된다. In contemporary society, it is increasingly common to spend more time indoors. As such, there is a continually growing desire to build comfortable and safe indoor environments. Along with this trend, however, there are some serious indoor-environment challenges, such as the quality of indoor air and Sick House Syndrome. To address these concerns the government implements various systems to supervise and manage indoor environments. For example, green building certification is now compulsory for public buildings. There are three categories of green building certification related to indoor air in Korea: Health-Friendly Housing Construction Standards, Green Standard for Energy & Environmental Design(G-SEED), and Indoor Air Certification. The first two types of certification, Health-Friendly Housing Construction Standards and G-SEED, evaluate data in a drawing plan. In comparison, the Indoor Air Certification evaluates measured data. The certification using data from a drawing requires a considerable amount of time compared to other work. A 2D tool needs to be employed to measure the area manually. Thus, this study proposes an automatic assessment process using a Building Information Modeling(BIM) model based on 3D data. This process, using open source Industry Foundation Classes(IFC), exports data for the certification system, and extracts the data to create an Excel sheet for the certification. This is expected to improve the work process and reduce the workload associated with evaluating indoor air conditions.

        IFC-BIM을 활용한 공동주택의 실내공기질 인증 자동화 시스템 개발

        In the field of construction, the number of times obtaining indoor air quality certifications has been increasing every year. However, there are problems such as complexity of the evaluation process, data omission and evaluation errors due to diversification of the detailed criteria of the certification. Therefore, this study proposes an automation system on evaluating the indoor air quality of apartment houses using IFC-BIM. In order to achieve the goal of the study, first, required information for the evaluation of indoor air quality certification is defined. Second, the required information is classified according to the information generation method. Third, a platform capable of calculating the credit points in the indoor air quality certification and outputting the submission documents is proposed. Fourth, The composition, function, and process of the indoor air quality certification automation system are derived. Finally, a pilot test is performed to verify productivity and reliability of the proposed method. Since the input and output of required information for the certification are automatically provided using the developed system, it is possible to improve the work environments and shorten the work time.
