The joint systems have been mainly used overlap joints and mechanical fixation methods of sheet-membrane composite waterproofing methods on roof exposure waterproofing of structure. However, these methods have been frequently occurred damages at joints by contraction and thermal behavior of sheet. The area applied in this study is an exposed area of the rooftop, and stainless steel sheet was used in a preceding study to secure maximum specimen performance from tensile force, deformation and elastic force, where waterproofing sheets of a synthetic polymer system as an actual material for the complex waterproofing construction method were tested using identical conditions. Test pieces were divided into a total of 2 kinds consisting of a general form and a pierced form, and coating materials divided into a total of 2 kinds such as cross section coating and both side coating with application of 4 types in total including general form, general form, pierced form, pierced form. In this research, we find proper joint distance in butt joint of sheet-membrane composite waterproofing methods and select the stable joint type by tensile strength test at joints.
내부 방수·방식재의 프라이머 종류별 역수압 작용 및 콘크리트 표면 상태에 따른 부착강도 특성

최근 ‘먹는 물’에 대한 인식이 높아지고 양질의 물에 대한 요구가 이어짐에 따라 정수처리 시설은 수처리 시설을 확대하고 있다. 이에따라 수처리시설에 적용되는 콘크리트 구조물 내부 방수·방식재의 개발 및 기준 마련의 필요성이 높아지면서 최근 활발한 연구가 진행중이다. 하지만, 주로 상도의 내구성 향상에 집중된 연구의 한계성으로 콘크리트 표면과 하도 (프라이머)와의 부착력에 대한 연구가 부족한실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 수처리시설의 내부 방수·방식재로서 사용되는 프라이머와 콘크리트 표면간의 부착력을 확인하고, 콘크리트 표면 상태 (건조 상태, 습윤 상태, 수압상태)에 따른 부착강도 및 특성에 대하여 알아보고자 한다. Recently, concrete facility as advanced water treatment facilities is extending in the water treatment facilities according to raise awareness of pure drinking water and delicious water. For this reason, it is increased to the necessity need to make the standardand the development of waterproofing and anti-corrosion materials for concrete structures applied water treatment tank. So, related research has become active recently. However, as the limit of research focused on durability improvement of top coating material, it is insufficient to study on the adhesion strength between the concrete surface and primer. Therefore, there is to confirm the adhesion of between concrete surface and the three primers used as anti-corrosion waterproofing materials, and to investigate theproperties of adhesion strength according to the condition such as dry condition, wet condition, and water pressure condition of theconcrete surface in this study.
