한국의 주산기 사망률의 감소 경향: OECD 국가와의 비교

Purpose: In Korea before 1996, the perinatal mortality rates (PMRs) were reported by individual studies, but the Korea Ministry of Health and Welfare started official reports of PMRs from 1996, and Statistics Korea provides the annual official data since 2007. The present study observed the decreasing trends of PMR and compared the PMRs between OECD nations. Thereby, we surveyed the terminology of PMR and the interna tional trends in the usage of the calculation methods and intended to provide uniformity in calculating PMR in Korea. Also, the authors speculated some perinatal problems to be improved in the future in order to decrease PMR further. Methods: Data before 1996 were gathered from individual reports, and after 1996 were utilized from Ministry of Health and Welfare, and Statistics Korea. Data of OECD nations were analyzed from OECD Health Data 2010. The changes in annual PMR of Korea was reviewed, which is helpful to recognize the current state of Korea, and was compared to that of OECD nations. Results: During the past 50 years, the PMRs of Korea were remarkably improved (PMRs: 60 in 1960s, 35 in 1970s, 30 in 1980s, approximately, respectively). The official PMR values of Korea are as following: 6.0 in 1996, 5.2 in 1999, 4.6 in 2002, 4.2 in 2005, 3.6 in 2006, 3.7 in 2007, 3.6 in 2008, and 3.4 in 2009. The decreasing pattern of the annual PMR value was observed and the most recent value reflected the excellent situation in PMR compared to other OECD nations. Conclusion: Accordingly, we could observe the encouraging levels of PMR in Korea. We speculate that following efforts should be accompanied to achieve further improvement in PMR, such as improvements in neonatal and maternity transfer system, establishment in perinatal care centers, and establishment in perinatal research network system in Korea.
모유나눔 플랫폼 기반 기증모유 관리 어플리케이션 컨텐츠 설계 및 구현

본 연구는 모유나눔 어플리케이션 개발을 위해 모유은행, 기증모유 관리 정보를 분석하여 컨텐츠 구성을 설계하고 평가하였다. 모유나눔 컨텐츠 개발과정은 소프트웨어 개발 생명주기를 참고하여 준비, 분석, 설계, 구현, 평가, 유지 보수 6단계를 거쳐 개발 적용되었으며, 컨텐츠 구성은 모유은행, 모유기증, 모유수혜, 유방마사지, 문헌, 5개의 메인메뉴와 10개의 하위메뉴로 구성하였다. 산모와 의료진 대상으로 2022년 7월 21일부터 2022년 9월 30까지 모유은행 컨텐츠 설문조사를 시행하였으며 평가 결과, 단기 유용성은 높게 나타났으나 모유기증 이해력에는 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 연구 분석을 통해서도 모유은행 인식 부족 및 정보제공 부족으로 기증·수혜에 어려움이 있는 바, 활용성 결과를 바탕으로 사용 의향을 높이기 위해서는 사용자에게 더 쉽게 다가갈 수 있는 앱 적용 플랫폼 개발 연동 또한 향후 연구개발이 필요하며 효과를 직접 검증하는 연구가 이루어져야 할 것이다. This study was designed to evaluate the content composition for development of a humanmilk sharing application by analyzing information on the management of human milk bank and donated milk. The humanmilk sharing content was developed in six steps; planing, analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance with a preparation stage for the waterfall software development life cycle. Content structure was human milk bank, milk donation, milk request, self-breast massage, literatures, and five main menu and ten submenu. A human milk bank content survey was conducted from July 21 to September 30, 2022 for pregnant women and medical staffs, and the results of the evaluation, short-term usefulness of the application would be high, but there was a difference in the understanding on the milk donation. The lack of awareness and provided information of human milk banks was found to make difficulty in the donation and request of human milk bank. In conclusion, for improving the intention to use the human milk bank, development of an application platform that can make the users familiar with the human milk bank would be also an area that requires future research. It is necessary to directly test the effects of applying.
디지털카메라를 이용한 3차원 측량 기법 개발에 관한 연구

Photographic survey is possible that it can survey the simultaneous three-dimensional survey about so many points, therefore it is so fast and precisely. We takes a snap the objects with digital carema, and input the data to the computer from this data. We can take the three-dimensional coordinate through relative orientation, absolute orientation and have to check the merit of three-dimensional suveying. Otherwise we can get the error in one centimeter after analysis three-dimension coordinate and we can get the higher precise accuracy cause to set the camera angle of 20∼45 degrees.
