유구 이전의 안정성은 고분자 재료의 물리적 우수성뿐만 아니라 작업성과도 밀접한 관계가 있다. 이들 유구 이전 재료들은 토양에 함유된 수분 함량이나 낮은 온도와 같은 주위 환경의 영향이 없이 작업이 가능해야 하며, Epoxy최종 생성물로부터 Urethane 1차 생성물을 박리시키는 작업 공정 중의 안정성과 작업성도 요구된다. 그래서 본 논문에서는 우수한 물리적 특성을 갖는 저점도의 Epoxy polymer와 경화제 및 유구 이전을 위한 박리제에 대한 합성에 대하여 보고하고자 한다. 이 유구 이전 전용 저점도 Epoxy는 우수한 접착 강도와 자체 강도, 작업성 등의 물리적 안정성을 유지하고 있으며 특히, 박리제는 우레탄과 저점도의 Epoxy 간의 우수한 박리 안정성을 나타내고 있다. Stability of the moving historic sites have something to do with the degree of easiness of work as well as physical property of polymer product. These agents should be able to use without the effect of outer environments like water or low temperature and must have stability during progress of working the peel off Urethane pre-product from Epoxy surface. So, we synthesized low viscosity epoxy resin and hardener with best physical quality and separation media for the moving of historical sites. These products have very good tension strength, adhesion strength, low viscosity and various physical properties that the users want. Particularly, separation media products have good separation of Urethane pre-products surface and Epoxy final product surface.
1,4,7,10-Tetrathiacyclododecane Ionophore를 이용한 카드뮴 이온 선택성 Poly(aniline) 고체 접촉 전극

A new polyvinylchloride membrane sensor for Cd2+ions based on 1,4,7,10-tetrathiacyclododecane as an ionophore was prepared. The sensor exhibits a Nernstian response for Cd2+ions over a wide concentration range (to~10-5.75 M) with a slope of 25.6 mV decade. It has a fast response time of 9 s and a stabilization time of 30 s. The electrode can be used in the pH range from 6.7 to 11.0. The proposed sensor shows fairly good discrimination ability towards Cd2+ion in comparison with some alkali, alkaline earth, transition and heavy metal ions. It was successfully applied for the direct determination of Cd2+in solution or artificial serum solution and, as an indicator electrode, in potentiometric titration of cadmium ions.

In this study, we have developed a portable light-scattering turbidimeter by combining an MPU(microprocessing unit, ADuC-848) and an AD/DC converter. In short, the developed device has a simplified circuit structure and showed improved performance. The calibration curve for NTUmanual vs NTUsensor was found to be linear over the range of 0 NTU to 40 NTU. Calibration sensitivity (slope) was and was 0.9996. In addition, the calibration curve for NTUmanual vs NTUsensor was linear over the range of 0 NTU to 400 NTU. Calibration sensitivity is and is 0.9999.

The study conducted an experiment with copper ion SCEs, which used tetraisopropylthiuram disulfate as an ionophore, by changing the composition based on six plasticizers and lipotropy. The composition that showed the best response slope and response characteristic against copper ion was found when ionophore:PVC:o- NPOE:KTpClPB was 5.0:20.0:25.0:4.0. This composition had a response slope of 35.5 mV/decade within the range of 1.0×10-1.0~1.0×10-7.0 M. In terms of the effect of interference ion, a minor interference was observed in zinc, while most of the other ions experienced relatively little interference. They showed consistent potentiometric responses, unaffected by pH fluctuations between 5.0 and 8.0, with 260 seconds of stabilization time and 18 seconds of response time. This indicates that it may be allowed to make practical use of such response characteristics when pH is in the above range. The standard deviation measured ten times each on 1.0×10-2.0 M and 1.0×10-3.0 M copper solutions was found to be 1.31 mV and 1.92 mV, respectively. The lifetime of electrode was about four months. They showed the exact response to cadmium ion disappearing in the measuring solution through EDTA titration.

In this study, a portable instrument for measuring residual chlorine in environmental water samples was fabricated. This instrument was composed with a CPU (central processing unit), a photodiode, a LED, a data storing EEPROM, a key controller based on keyboard, several ICs, an LCD, and a power supply. It was tried to simplify the circuit structure and improve the anti-interference of the device through the collection and processing of photoelectrical signal, and the circuit control by using a CPU with an AD/DC converter. The LED with 525 nm wavelength was selected as a light source, to which ±5 V electric power was supplied. The calibration curve developed for the residual chlorine was found linear over the range of 0.2~2.0 mg/L. Their calibration sensitivities were 0.4146 and 0.4133 in KMnO4 and NaOCl standard solution, and their correlation coefficients were 0.9997 and 0.9994, respectively. Their relative error was only about 0.3%. When the instrument was applied to the water samples of 0.1 mg/L~1.8 mg/L range, it produced standard deviation of 0.003. The method detection limit was 9.95×10(-3) mg/L, when KMnO4 standard solution was used.
