이 연구는 문화예술교육의 질적 성장이 있으려면 예술교육자들을 교육의 주체로 하여 그들의시각에서 이야기를 들어봐야 한다는 문제의식에서 출발하였다. 연구자는 예술교육자를 한 명의평생교육자로 인식하고, 이들이 어떤 삶의 경험을 이루어 왔는지 들여다봄으로써 교육적 행위가이해될 수 있을 것으로 생각하였다. 그래서 내러티브 연구를 기초로 문화예술교육사들의 예술교육경험에 대한 의미탐구로 예술교육자들의 삶의 교육적 경험을 이해하는데 연구의 주안점을 두었다. 연구결과 <어디선가 솟아나는 예술에 대한 욕망>, <우연한 시작, 운명적 만남>, <문화예술교육안에서 나의 존재에 대한 성찰>로 각 주제를 도출하였다. 종합하면, 문화예술교육사들의 예술교육경험에 대한 내러티브 탐구는 세상 한 자락에서 열심히 살아가고 있는 존재들에 대한 관심과 이해의 여정이었다. 예술교육자들은 예술에 대한 학습자의 경험을 가지고 교수자로 활동하면서 성찰의 과정을 이어왔다. 예술에 대한 생각의 지평이 넓혀졌고, 개인에게 머물러 있던 감정과 에너지들이 점차 타인에게 확장되었다. 예술교육자로 활동하면서 예술 활동을 멈춘 것이 아니라, 예술의 가치를 많은 사람들과 공유하며 예술에 대한 다양한 상상과 예술을 바라보는 가치, 관점들을재구성 하였다. 아울러, 문화예술교육 현장의 이야기를 나누면서 문화예술교육이 함의하고 있는복합적이고 다양한 문제들을 다시한번 고민할 수 있는 내용을 제시하였다 This study started by looking through the lens of art educators who are the main subjects of education in order to encourage qualitative growth in arts and culture education. Researchers have seen art educators as a lifelong educator, and know how educational behavior can be understood by looking at what life experiences they have achieved. Therefore, this study aims to understand the educational experiences of art educators lives as a study on the meaning exploration of arts education experiences of arts and culture educators. The results of were categorized and analyzed by using coded data and are organized as follows. Each theme was drawn with <Desire for Art Soaring>, <Incidental start, Fateful encounter>, and <Reflection on My Existence in arts and culture education.>. Taken together, arts and culture educators exploration of the meaning of art education experiences is a process understanding the interest of beings who strive in one corner of the world. Art educators have continued their process of reflection as instructors based on their experience as learners of art. Their idea of art has expanded, and the emotions and energies that started in them alone gradually expanded to others. As an art educator, they did not stop producing art, but shared the value of art with many people and started to imagine various things about art. Art educators have reconstructed their values and perspectives of art, rather than experiencing a transformation of identity in the process of existential reflection.

예술강사 참여경험을 통한 역량개발과 정서적지지 형성에 관한 목소리

이 연구는 5년간 예술강사를 하며 경험한 문화예술교육 현장에 대한 문제의식을 자문화기술지(autoethnography)를 통해 강사들의 진솔한 목소리를 정책개선에 접목하는 데 목적이 있다. 구체적으로 예술교육의 확산과 전문성 강화를 위해 고쳐져야 할 예술강사사업 시스템의 본질적인 것들에 물음을 던지며, 교수활동을 위한 역량개발과 정서적지지에 대한 논의를 하고자 하였다. 이 연구는 연구자 스스로의 경험을 사회적·문화적 맥락에서 예술강사와 관련된 경험과 연계하여 해석하고, 교육적 의미와 가치를 탐색하고자 자문화기술지를 활용하였다. 연구일정은 2017년 12월 동료강사, 선배강사들의 인터뷰를 시작으로 2019년 2월 본 내용을 정리하였다. 기억자료와 회상자료를 주된 자료로 사용하였으며 교육적 가치를 추구하는 실천으로 나아가고자 하였다. 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 예술강사사업은 제도적 시스템과 교육적 실천 사이에서 문화예술교육의 특수성과 전문성을 시스템에 담아내지 못하고 있다. 둘째, 예술강사들이 교육실천 현장에서 더 나은 수업을 만들어 갈 수 있도록 학교교사 또는 동료강사들과의 협업이 중요하다. 셋째, 모든 예술교육의 시작은 예술강사의 삶과 그들의 예술적 역사 속에서 탄생한다. 학생들이 ‘예술적 바라보기’ 즉, 미적인 것들에 노출될 수 있도록 예술강사에 대한 관심이 필요한 때이다. 연구자는 교육을 위한 수단으로서의 예술교육이 아닌 삶으로부터 시작되는 일상적인 내용들을 매개하는 실천으로의 예술교육을 강조한다. 이 연구는 예술강사사업이 새로운 시스템을 만들어가는 과정에서 현장의 생생한 목소리부터 들어야 한다는 것을 이야기 해준다. The purpose of this study is to discuss the problem of culture and arts education and to incorporate the sincere voice of instructors into policy improvement. This knowledge was obtained as an art instructor for five years through straightforward voice in autoethnography. In addition, it inquires the essentials of the artistic instructor business system which should be raised for the spread of art education and professionalism. It discusses the development of competence and emotional support for teaching activities. This study used autoethnography to analyze and interpret the experience of the researcher in the social and cultural context, and to explore educational meaning and value. The research schedule began in December 2017 with interviews with fellow and senior lecturers, and the contents were summarized in February 2019. By using personal experience and recollection of materials as the main data, the results of the study are summarized as follows. First, the artistic lecturer project has not been able to bring into the system the speciality and expertise of culture and arts education between institutional system and educational practice. Secondly, it is important to collaborate with fellow teachers so lessons can be improved during teaching practice. Third, the beginning of art education is born in the instructor s life and artistic history. It is when students need to be artistic , that is, to be interested in the instructor’s work and can be exposed to the aesthetic. The researcher emphasizes art education as a means of mediating everyday contents starting from life, not art education as a means of education. Through this research, it is meaningful to provide a vivid story of the field in the process of creating a new system by the art teacher business.

일반적으로 가정 내에서 발생하는 안전 사고의 비율은 비장애인에 비해 청각장애인이 높다. 이는 외부인에게 도움을 받을 수 없는 상황에서 청각장애인 스스로 위험상황에 대한 소리를 인지하지 못하기 때문이다[1]. 본 연구에서는 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 시각적 효과 또는 진동 신호를 통해 청각장애인들에게 사고 상황 인지를 돕는 시스템을 제안한다. 현재 상용 제품의 경우는 청각장애인이 스마트기기를 소지하고 있을 때만 알림을 인지할 수 있기 때문에 긴급 상황에서 효과가 떨어질 수 있다. 따라서 제안 시스템에서는 어플리케이션 알림과 함께 건물내 전등 색상에 변화를 주는 서비스를 개발하여 스마트 기기를 소지하지 않는 상황에서도 위험상황에 대한 즉각적인 인지를 통해 위험에 대처할 수 있도록 한다. 소리를 시각화하는 것이 본 연구의 핵심 방법론이며 이를 위해 Convolutional Neural Network 모델과 라즈베리파이를 활용하였다.
