Aspect of filling imbalance that is originated from imbalanced share rate in runner is changed by material property, runner layout that are factors of changing viscosity and by injection pressure, injection speed, melt temperature and mold temperature that are injection conditions. In this paper, we made a study of runner system that is one of factor of filling imbalance and Sharp Conner Effect and Groove Corner Effect that are recently released. The study are showed that filling rate of between inside and outside cavity was influenced on shape of runner. Also, we suggested runner system for filling imbalance by adapting the two effects at multi cavity of unary branch type and theoretical investigated flow in the Shrap Conner runner type.

Recently, the study for filling imbalance in thermoplastic polymer has gradually been increased. However, it is hard to find the researches for filling imbalance of thermoplastic elastomer(TPE). The experiment of filling imbalance was conducted for thermoplastic vulcanize(TPV) and PP, ABS polymers in the mold with un-geometrically balanced runner system(Branch Type Runner System). In this experiment, the effects of the melt temperature, injection pressure and injection speed on the filling imbalance were investigated.

Recently, the study for filling imbalance in thermoplastic polymer has gradually been increased. However, it is hard to find the researches for filling imbalance of thermoplastic elastomer(TPE). The experiment of filling imbalance was conducted for the three kinds of thermoplastic vulcanizes(TPVs) and PP polymer in the mold with geometrically balanced runner system(Unary Branch Type Runner System). In this experiment, the effects of the melt temperature, injection pressure and injection speed on the filling imbalance were investigated. There was also the imbalance in TPV injection molding process as well as in conventional injection molding with plastics. The tendency of filling imbalance in TPV injection molding specially decreased by taking place the hesitation of TPV melt.

The injection molding process is a predominant method for producing plastic parts. In order to maximize productivity and molding quality in a injection mold, it is important that each cavity in a multi-cavity injection mold is identical. This requires that cavity dimensions should be identical and delivery system of melt to each cavity have to be the same. Despite the geometrically balanced layout in multi-cavity injection mold more than 4 cavities, it has been observed that the filling in each cavity results in imbalances. Most of cases, this phenomenon of filling imbalances have a bad effect on dimension accuracy, warpage, molding appearance and strength of molding parts. In this study, experiment were conducted to investigate the effect of filling imbalances on the molding quality(surface gloss, shrinkage, tensile strength) in the multy-cavity injection mold.
단상 계통 연계형 인버터의 빠른 동특성을 갖는 계통 전압 센싱 DC 오프셋 보상 알고리즘

This paper proposes the DC offset compensation algorithm with fast response to the sensed grid voltage in the single-phase grid connected inverter. If the sensor of the grid voltage has problems, the DC offset of the grid voltage can be generated. This error must be resolved because the DC offset can generate the estimated grid frequency error of the phase-locked loop (PLL). In conventional algorithm to compensate the DC offset, the DC offset is estimated by integrating the synchronous reference frame d-axis voltage during one period of the grid voltage. The conventional algorithm has a drawback that is a slow dynamic response because monitoring the one period of the grid voltage is required. the proposed algorithm has fast dynamic response because the DC offset is consecutively estimated by transforming the d-axis voltage to synchronous reference frame without monitoring one cycle time of the grid voltage. The proposed algorithm is verified from PSIM simulation and the experiment.
학생 골프선수의 단계별 트레이닝 학습이 SEBT에 미치는 영향

본 연구의 목적은 학생골프 운동선수들을 대상으로 단계별 코어 안정화 트레이닝 프로그램을 16주간 적용하여 그룹 간(운동군, 통제군)동적 평형성의 변화를 분석하는 것이다. 훈련기간은 시즌이 끝난 11월에서 2월까지 4개월간을 트레이닝 기간으로 정하여 실시하였다. 16주간 단계별 코어 안정화 트레이닝을 수행한 집단과 수행하지 않은 집단간에 동적 평형성(SEBT)에 차이가 나타났다. 코어 안정화 트레이닝을 수행한 그룹이 수행한지 않은 그룹에 비하여 동적 평형 성이 유의하게 증가하였다. 단계별 코어 안정화 트레이닝 프로그램은 학생 골프선수들에게 동적 평형성의 향상을 기대할 수 있다. 이 연구에 사용된 단계별 코어 안정화 트레이닝 프로그램은 근력 향상은 물론, 불안정한 상태에서 코어근육과 그와 연관된 근육을 자극하기 때문에 트레이닝 이후 경기 현장에서 일정부분 경기력 향상과 안정성 기대할 수 있으리라 사료된다. 뿐만 아니라 트레이닝 프로그램을 단계별로 실시하여 학생 선수들에게그 운동에 대한 적응시기를 두어 접근과 적응에 충분한 시간을 고려하였다. 안정화 시기는 발달단계 이전에 충분한 기술 습득의 시기이다. 또한 이를 바탕으로 발달단 계에서는 적극적인 신체 발달을 경험하는 시기를 두었다. 유지기간은 트레이닝의 효과가 보다 오래 지속 될 수 있도록 운동을 복합시켜 실제 골프운동에 접목시킬 수있는 시간을 고려하였다. 이것이 단계별 코어 안정화 프로그램의 효과라 할 수 있을 것이다. The purpose of this study was to analyze the change of dynamic balance between groups (exercise group, control group) by applying a step - by - step core stabilization training program for student golf athletes for 16 weeks. Dynamic balance(SEBT) was found to be significantly different between the groups that performed the 16 - week phase stabilization training and those who did not. Dynamic balance was significantly increased in the group that did not undergo core stabilization training. Step-by-step core stabilization training program can expect to improve dynamic balance for student golf players. The step - by - step core stabilization training program used in this study stimulates core muscles and related muscles in unstable condition as well as muscle strength improvement. In addition, the training program was implemented step by step to allow the athletes to adapt to the exercise and consider sufficient time for approach and adaptation. The stabilization period is the period of sufficient skill acquisition before the development stage. In addition, based on this, during the developmental stage, there was a period of experiencing positive physical development. The duration of the training was considered to be the time to combine the exercise with the actual golf exercise so that the training effect lasted longer. This is the effect of the step-by-step core stabilization program.
