        드론을 활용한 재난관리활용의 문제점 개선에 관한 연구

        드론은 취미생활 및 농약 살포, 배송 등 다양한 분야에 활용되고 있다. 하지만 재난관리 분야의 활용도는 상대적으로 미미하여 구호품의 운송, 동영상의 활용 등 제한된 분야에서 일부 기능만을 사용하고 있는 것이 현실이다. 특히 재난을 전문으로 하는 기관이나 재난 전문가의 드론에 대한 이해 부족으로 활성화에 어려움이 가중된다고 판단한다. 이에 본 연구에서는 드론의 조종법에 대한 개략적인 특성과 재난관리 분야에서 드론이 활성화가 되지 않는 원인을 분석하여 제도적 측면에서는 법적규제와 활용 측면에서는 카메라, 열 감지카메라, 적외선센서, RFID 등 센서 기반 등의 융합 적용상의 문제점을 도출하고 이에 대한 개선방안 방향에 대해 제시하고자 한다. Drone technology has been used in various fields including personal hobby, pesticide application and shipping etc. However, only few drone technologies are used in restricted fields such as transportation of alimony goods and utilization of video because of the limited utilization aspect of disaster management field. Especially, disaster specialists the lack of understanding of the drones seems to increase the difficulty of activating drone technology in disaster management. The theme of the thesis aims to share outline of drones control method and education plan. This project also analysis the reasons why drone has not been used in disaster management with the fact that drone can be a vital part of emergency management. We propose improved application plan to use drone technology and future development direction in disaster management by deriving problems in terms of institutional aspects(regulation and education) and sensor-based application problems camera, thermal camera, infrared sensor, RFID

        Climate change is causing various changes, such as precipitation amount and intensive precipitation time. In particular, as the amount of precipitation per hour increases in certain areas, the pattern of disasters caused by heavy rain is also changing. In particular, road slopes, reservoirs, and rivers that are vulnerable to heavy rain are facilities that are directly affected by climate change. To prevent disasters, existing analog inspections have limitations, and new disaster prevention technologies such as IOT technology and advanced inspection equipment are needed. In particular, vegetation changes are occurring rapidly in relation to heavy rain, and disaster prevention technology that links vegetation changes and heavy rain disaster risks using thermal imaging cameras or multi-spectral cameras is a new approach. In particular, damage caused by vegetation in rivers leads to an increase in sedimentary layers, and during heavy rain, vegetation breaks and blocks bridges, forming dams, leading to river flooding. We aim to present applicability that can be used as a way to prevent disasters by appropriately controlling vegetation.

        경사면 변위계측과 드론의 협업을 기반으로 한 사면 안전관리 방안

        Intensive torrential rains occur frequently according to the climate change, and natural disasters such as the collapse of facilities and landslides are gradually increasing, which leads to enormous damage to environment and human society. Expecially, in residential areas or road slopes, it is very crucial to understand the signs of collapse as they lead to significant injuries. In the case of road slopes, measurement sensors are installed on steep slopes to monitor the changes of the slope in real time. However, the sensor-based monitoring approach has a limited performance in monitoring a wide section of a slope without a blind spot. Thus, this research proposes a collaborative approach to deal with the existing problems. This research is expected to improve the existing measurement for identifying the signs of the collapse by the convergence of drone s numerical information technology, groundwater presence prediction technology using thermal imaging camera, and 3D post-processing technology.

        도로 사면 3차원 수치 모델링 정확도 확보를 위한 정밀 비행 계획 수립 기술적 방안

        The government is continuously carrying out a project to install measuring instruments for real-time monitoring on road slopes designated as disaster risk areas. In order to evaluate the risk of road slopes and install measuring instruments in areas with a relatively high risk of collapse, 3D modeling is performed using drones, etc., and is reflected when designing measuring instruments. Drones are used to monitor displacement after installation, but high-quality results are needed rather than filming quality during planning. In order to closely observe and quantify the detailed situation of the instrument and changes around the instrument, flight technology specialized for slopes is required. In general, horizontal automatic flight technology is mainly used to acquire photo information with overlap. However, due to the information utilization characteristics of photo pixels, it varies depending on the height of the slope, making it difficult to secure the same quality. To compensate for this, manual flight is essential. In this study, we aim to present precision flight planning technology for economical and high-quality data acquisition through the process of establishing precision flight plans for about 50 slopes.

        Indoor gymnasiums and dome stadiums are mostly made of fixed hard structures, which leads to economic loss due to the continuous operation of ventilation and lighting equipment. When the roof of a large space is installed by retractable method, it secures comfortable environment by natural light during the daytime and reduces ventilation costs. The retractable spaces can be constructed in hard and soft structures. In the case of soft structures, cables and membrane are the primary components. In order to install the cables, it is necessary to determine the location of the central part where each cable meets. However, the existing approach depending on only some workers shows a limited ability in investigating the appropriateness of the installed cables. Therefore, this study aims to propose a method to determine the installation location of the soft retractable structure cables based on the numerical data derived from drones. Factors that can inspect the construction quality of cables and membrane materials in the construction stage and construction completion stage were identified. Based on the construction guidelines of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport of Korea (MOLIT), standard specifications, and relevant similar cases, the applicability of the method using the numerical data of the drone was investigated.

        도로비탈면 상시계측 실측치와 드론 사진측량에 의한 3D 모델값의 정확도 비교분석

        This paper is to verify the effectiveness of‘Hybrid Disaster Management Strategy’ that integrates‘RTM(Real-time Monitoring) based On-line’and‘UAV based Off-line’ system. For landslide prone area where sensors were installed, the conventional way of risk management so far has entirely relied on RTM data collected from the field through the instrumentation devices. But it’s not enough due to the limitation of‘Pin-point sensor’which tend to provide with only the localized information where sensors have stayed fixed. It lacks, therefore, the whole picture to be grasped. In this paper, utilizing ‘Digital Photogrammetry Software Pix4D’, the possibility of inference for the deformation of ungauged area has been reviewed. For this purpose, actual measurement data from RTM were compared with the estimated value from 3D point cloud outcome by UAV, and the consequent results has shown very accurate in terms of RMSE.

        공동주택 실별 공사금액 분석에 관한 연구

        This study is about the cost estimation of an apartment housing in new project and analyzed the actual project cost that has been classified according to the work types as the room costs from historical data. It was conducted to present utilization of the findings from the analysis. To do this, a systematic analysis for the room costs was established, and conducted comparison analysis for room costs for apartment buildings of 3 different construction firms. The results made out from this study can be summarized as follows: 1) It has presented systematic classification of room costs estimation for the work type project cost and established a system for room costs by analyzing performance statement, 2) and actual costs for room costs derived from 6 different case studies of 3 construction firms were analyzed to help finding out similar-scaled costs differences in terms of respective to proportional room costs. 3) The estimation of room costs suggested in this study can be utilized for the outsourcing and materials management according to the cost estimation of an apartment housing in new project and the degree of building progress.

        3D 수치 모델링 기술을 활용한 종교시설 첨탑 안전성 점검 사례연구

        Among religious facilities, the location of the steeple is often difficult or impossible for administrators or experts to check for safety, so it is a structure that is in the blind spot of management. In particular, the church steeple is classified as a structure, not a building, and is not included in structural review or permission, so it is operated without basic procedures to secure safety from the construction stage. As of 2021, there are 78,000 spires in religious facilities, and in the case of Seoul, there are more than 1,000 spires 6 meters tall or taller. In 2018, a spire fell on the road in Daegu and a passerby was injured, and in September 2019, a spire in Seoul fell to the roadside due to reeling with strong winds of 30 to 40 meters per second. However, it is difficult to visually determine whether a defect has occurred due to the difficulty of access by the inspector due to the installation location. In this study, 3D modeling technology using drones was applied to spires that are difficult to access, to check whether defects occur in areas that are difficult for inspectors to access, and if defects occur, model the size, area, and discoloration of the defect and then describe the modeling results technically This is an example of analysis.
