      • 圓偏波 변환장치에 關한 硏究

        직선편파에서 원편파로 바꾸는 편파변환장치는 원형도파관내에 유전체판을 삽입하거나 금속물체나 핀을 삽입하여 편파를 변환하는 장치가 개발되어왔다. 본 논문에서는 spread-squeeze도파관을 사용하여 직선편파에서 원편파, 또는 그 역으로 변환하는 도파관 편파 변환기가 연구되었다. X-밴드에서 모드 변성기와 혼 안테나 등을 사용하여 실험 측정한 결과는 이론과 매우 잘 일치하였다. A convert between linear and circular polarization has been designed in circular waveguide by the use of dielectric vanes, metal ridges or pins. In this paper was studied waveguide polarizer for converting circularly polarized wave to linear by the use of spread-squeeze waveguide. Experimental results of tests carried out at X-Band, using mode changers and horn antenna, well agree the theory.

      • 高速 데이타 傳送을 위한 MFSK에 關한 硏究

        The data communication using the existing public switched telephone network(PSTN)has been perfomed its transmission by modulator & demodulator(MODEM), however, at present the maximum velocity of the MODEM is limited up to 9600bps. this limitation caused, when a lot of data were transmitted many kind of demerit such as time and cost.etc. In this paper, modified frequency shift keying(MFSK)method was proplsed which can make high speed data transmission at 22400bps rather than 9600bps. If this method is applied to existing still picture, and also to transmit a qusis-animated picture. The theoretical analysis was first studied on the system of MFSK method, then its experiments on the implementation for the design fo the transmitting and receiving system manufactured in the laboratory. Moreover, test resulting was good agree with computer simulation.

        In this paper, 2-branch line hybrid is analyzed by the useful technique of considering models for even and odd excitation independently and then applying the principle of linear superposition to deduce the behavior to the composite structure. 90。 hybrid in stripline is built with maximum Directivity is 17dB, maximum power division unbalance is 5.4 dB and minimum VSWR is 1.15 over the 2 to 4 GHz band.

      • Overbridge를 이용한 Coupled Line 3-dB 방향성 결합기

        New design method of coupled line directional coupler having 3-dB tight coupling is presented. The 3 dimensional over bridge coupled line structure is used. 3-dB tight coupling directional coupler is designed and tested at the center frequency of 1.26GHz. By this new design method, 3-dB tight coupling characteristic can be easily achived and circuit size is also reduced.

        This study is concerned with the quantitative Quality of Service(QoS) of the Light Railway Transit(LRT) System. Generally, the QoS offered to passengers by the Operator of LRT system can be quantified in various ways. In this paper, we assumed that the QoS is a combination of both Train Delivery and Train Punctuality under considering LRT characteristics including core sub-systems such as, rolling stock, signalling,power-supply and PSD(platform screen door), etc. We also, provide a quantitative analysis method to evaluate the QoS related the reliability of LRT system.

        In this paper, An improved equivalent transmission line model for the rectangular microstrip patch antenna was presented and applied to the optimum design program. Rectangular microstrip patch array antenna was designed and fabricated by using improved equivalent transmission line model and measured results are compared with computed values.

        一般的으로 잘 알려진 T.V 受信用 야기 안테나는 많은 長點이 있으나 給電索子의 공진상태를 이용함으로써 대역폭이 좁다는 短點이 있다. 本 硏究에서는 給電素子에 U-Line을 附着하여 안테나의 入力 임피던스 成分中 복소成分이 넓은 周波數 범위에서 상쇄되어 대역폭을 넓게 할 수 있다는 點에 着眼하여 이에對한 解析을 하였고 試作品을 設計 및 製作하여 그 特性을 側定한 結果 대역폭이 기존 안테나 보다 2배 以上 증가함을 알 수 있었다.

        In this paper, we present reliability modeling and analysis method of the Automated Guideway Transit(AGT) vehicle system using analytical models, based on Markov Chains. The Markov model can express state transition of the AGT vehicle sys. that is considered to be in one of four states, such as basic operating (0), minor delay(1), major delay(2) and non-operating(3) state. The proposed Markov model is illustrated with a numerical example and cases to find a steady state availability, MTBF(mean time between failures), and MTBF(mean time to repair) under specified failure and repair rate are demonstrated.

        고스트제거용 안테나의 구함을 목적으로 동일한 복사패턴의 안테나 2개를 일정한 간격으로 나란히 설치하고 정면방향이외에서 도래하는 방해파에 대해서 두 안테나의 수신전계의 합 출력과 착출력사이에 radian의 위상차가 있는 것에 착목하여 착 신호의 출력을 + 또는 radian 만큼 이상하고 그 진폭을 조정한 다음 합신호와 합성함으로서 종합출력에 나오는 방해파를 제어할 수 있음을 알고 이에 대한 회로를 시작하여 이 회로의 동작으로 방해파가 약 20dB 감소되는 결과를 얻었다. For the purpose of composing an anti-ghost antenna system, 2 antennas, which have the identical radiation pattern, are fixed parallel to each other with a constant separation. In view of the fact that the phase differnce between the added power and the subtracted power of the two undesired signal which is recieved from all direction except from the real front one becomes radian, now It is Possible to make the amplitude of each Power become equal and the phase of the subtracted power become out of phase with that of the added power, by adjusting the amplitude of the subtracted power and shifting its phase by + or radian. Therefore the sum of the added power and the above modified subtracted power will be able to become zero. According to the above study, a hybrid circuit is designed and through operation of this circuit , the undesired wave can be seen to be reduced by 20 dB.
