1인가구의 건강관련 습관적 소비, 생활시간이 주관적 건강에 미치는 영향: 비1인가구와 세대별 비교를 중심으로

        하지경 ( Ji Kyeung Ha ),이성림 ( Seonglim Lee ) 대한가정학회 2017 Human Ecology Research(HER) Vol.55 No.2

Recently, one-person households have surpassed nuclear families. One-person households are expected to have many problems with health due to an irregular life style and a tendency to be more isolated from society. In addition, we need to divide the generations and survey each generation due to differences in one-person household factors and characteristics as well as the unique physical conditions of each generation. Therefore, based on the sixth Korea National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey, this survey examined health behavior differences between one-person households and non-one-person households according to generation (respectively) as well as studied how one-person households and health behavior influence subjective health conditions. The major result of this survey is as follows. First, one-person households reveal a higher rate in the negative health behavior than non-one-person households. Second, the physical activity of all households reveals a high rate of non-activity. Third, health scores of one-person households are lower than that of non-one-person households; consequently, the analysis of health scores for one-person households and non-one-person households indicated that the middle age health scores for one-person households have been lowest in generations. Fourth, the factors that influence subjective health conditions indicated that one-person household and health behavior has meaningful influence; in addition, the subjective health condition of one-person households are lower than non-one-person households under controlled health behavior.

한국어 학습자용 외래어 사전 편찬을 위한 기초 연구

This research aims to build practical and useful models of dictionary to help foreign learners learning Korean foreign words. Foreign words go through a morphological, syntactic, and pragmatic change when incorporated into the Korean vocabulary system. If the information is provided inaccurately, then the words will not be fully understood and used. Foreign words dictionary is needed in order to provide accurate meaning of original words to the learners. First, research investigated Korean foreign words dictionary’s problems in selection and arrangement of headwords in terms of the macro-structure. Then, we considered how to present detailed explanation, meaning, phonology, grammar, and pragmatic information of headwords in terms of microstructure. Therefore, the research recommends selecting frequently used foreign words as headwords and present appropriate examples to fill out the information gap from the changes in semantic and syntactic areas. This approach will improve learner’s ability to understand and express Korean foreign words.

Objectives:Dropout is one of the important factors that may hinder successful treatment in the maintenance treatment of bipolar disorder. Dropout rates of bipolar patients have been reported in 32-51%, but there are lack of evidences about risk factors of dropout in bipolar I patients with the first manic or mixed episode. The aim of this study was to investigate the dropout rate and risk factors of dropout in bipolar I patients with the first manic or mixed episode. Method:Fifty eight bipolar I patients with the first manic or mixed episode were included in this study. We examined sociodemographic and clinical variables that may be associated with dropout by chart review retrospectively. Dropout for 2 year maintenance treatment was assessed by telephone interview. Cox proportional hazards regression model was used to assess risk factors affecting the time to dropout. Results:Dropout rate for 2 years in the maintenance treatment of bipolar I patients was 49.8%. Lower socioeconomic status, past impulsive behaviors, and lack of familial support for treatment were significantly associated with time to dropout in bipolar I patients. Conclusion:Dropout rates of bipolar patients with the first manic or mixed episode were high, and these were associated with socioeconomic status, impulsivity, and familial support. For the successful treatment of bipolar disorder patients, it is necessary to detect the high risk group of dropout and do psychosocial treatments in order to reduce dropout. Large-scaled, multicenter, and prospective studies are needed to confirm these results in the near future.
