this research is arranged to compare the security industry between two countries, Korea and Japan. the present conditions of private security companies and private security, qualifications, official approval system, and training system of two countries are compared in order to figure out some controversial point of Korea"s private security industry. our allowance system needs to be systemized based on each person"s security ability, career record, technic, educational standards, sense of responsibility and acquisition of certificate of qualification. we now have introduced a differential official approval examination, and only those who have passed the exam can get a certificate of qualification. essential duties like airport security and a search service, transport ride service, transport of nuclear fuel, transport of cash and valuables can only be handled by those security with certifications.

We examined the working fracture behavior of silicon-steel strip caused by deformation deviation using a pilot rolling test. The results of this deformation deviation are that the edges (or center) portion of the strip are stretched and the other is compressed in the rolling direction due to different deformation conditions. We designed roll grooves shape to reflect the role of roll bending, which generates waviness in the strip in an actual cold rolling process, into the pilot rolling test. Material used in the rolling test was high-silicon steel (about 3%). Results showed that the type of fracture in the strip specimen is varied with the magnitude of deformation deviation. The tensile stress created on strip edge by the center waviness toward the rolling direction was a crucial factor which produces the edge cracking and the zigzag center split.
