This study was carried out to give reference data for peach producers who will be to determine an intention whether or not to select by brix degree and to sell by small package(about 2 kilograms). We developed 2 kilograms?package box. and selled peach indicated in brix degree, then analyzed the effect and consumers`preference degree for the sale. It was confirmed that peach package standard with indicating brix degree by consumers` preference was 2kg as the result of this study. 65% of consumers were satisfied 2kg package box. 18% of them replied to like a little more large size. and 16% of them wanted a little more small size. We expect that there will be the effect of sale by indicating brix degree in the case of `Vlibaekdo` in the brix degree higher than 13?x being produced in large quantities. We think that it will be desirable for packing house over a village unit not a farm to select and sale by brix degree becase of a farmer meeting more fixed cost than packing house.

피복자재별로 전광선투과율은 차이가 거의 없었으나, 물방울과 먼지의 부착량이 적은 J-2에서 시설 내 광투과율은 78.2%로 가장 높았다. 자외선 투과율이 완전히 차단된 필름은 J-2이었고, 나머지의 자외선 투과율은 62~76% 정도이었다. 무가온 참외재배시기에 터널 안이 노지보다 기온은 15~21℃, 지온은 20~25℃정도 높았다. 피복자재별로 기온은 6℃, 지온이 5℃ 정도 차이가 나타났으며 기온과 지온 모두 J-2에서 가장 높았다. There was no difference in total light transmissivity of covering materials. But the light transmittance of J-2 in greenhouse was by 78.25 which was higher than any other film. The high light transmittance of J-2 was come from low water condensation and dust attached in film surface. The ultraviolet light of J-3 was completely intercepted. The ultraviolet transmittance rate of others was from 62 to 76%. In no heating oriental melon cultivation, the air temperature in tunnel was 15 to 21℃ higher than outer, and the soil temperature in tunnel was 20 to 25℃ higher than outer. Air temperature and soil temperature of J-2 were higher than any other film.

참외 발효과 발생에 영향을 미치는 증산과 관련된 몇 가지 요인을 검토한 결과는 다음과 같다. 참외의 증산율은 지온이 높고 토양수분 함량이 많을수록 높았으며, 광도가 약하여 온도가 낮을 경우 증산율과 기공 전도도가 낮아졌고, 저온 다습한 기상조건에 의한 증산의 억제는 식물체와 대기사이의 증기압기울기가 낮아지는 것으로 생각된다. 발효과 발생은 과실의 비대가 느린 착색기 이후에 토양수분이 -10kPa로 많고, 저온 다습하여 참외와 대기 사이에 증기압기울기가 낮게 형성되어 증산이 억제될 때 발생하였다. 따라서 참외의 발효과 발생은 착색기 이후 참외의 과실 비대가 지연되는 반면 지온이 높아 뿌리로부터 지상부로 수분의 공급이 원활하고, 저온 다습한 기상조건하에 수분의 증산이 억제되어 수분이 태좌부로 유입되면 발효과가 발생되는 것으로 생각된다. Although the relationship between fermentation and factors such as soil water, redox potential,rootstocks and climatic conditions has been reported, its mechanism of fermentation is still not clear. Transpirations of leaf and fruit at different climatic conditions, influence of soil water potential and atmospheric vapor pressure deficit (VPD) on fermentation were evaluated. Transpiration rate decreased with decreasing soil temperature and soil water potential. Low VPD conditions which occurred during low air temperature and high humidity also decreased transipration rate. These data exhibit that fruit water balance affected by various factors relate to transpiration. Our results also indicate that high hydra비ic conductance of root,high soil water potential and low VPD condition exert a significant effect on fermention of oriental melon and so called “Water filled fruit”.
