MICE 산업 현황실태 조사를 통한 MICE 산업 활성화 방안

The purpose of this study is to first identify the current status of the MICE industry and derive implications from it, and secondly, to present measures to revitalize the MICE industry in Busan based on the results and implications of this study. To achieve the purpose of this study, a total of nine days from March 5 to March 13, 2020 were conducted on the personnel managers of MICE companies based in Busan. The companies surveyed were 28 companies (PCO, PEO) and 32 companies related to the installation of exhibition facilities, which were conducted through telephone, fax, and e-mail. First of all, considering the employment form of the MICE industry in Busan, we could expect stable growth of the MICE industry. Second, the fact that the proportion of women in companies related to holding exhibition events is higher than those related to the installation of exhibition facilities is expected to continue as the characteristics of their work have been aired. Third, MICE industry companies need realistic wage adjustments for current new employees and career salaries. Fourth, it is said that the expansion of maternity leave, parental leave, and flexible work system of companies related to the installation of exhibition facilities will be requested. Fourth, what is considered important when hiring personnel in the recruitment plan is practical experience, career, personality, aptitude, and major, indicating that due to the nature of MICE, people can be immediately deployed and people who adapt well to the organization are preferred. Fifth, companies related to holding exhibitions and events were in high demand for "exhibition and event planning" and companies related to installing exhibition facilities were in high demand for "design" duties. In conclusion, based on the results of the research and analysis, we present a plan to revitalize the MICE industry.

프로야구 구단의 SNS특성, 구단태도, 구단이미지와 구단충성도의 구조적관계

이 연구의 목적은 프로야구 구단의 SNS특성, 구단태도, 구단이미지 구단충성도의 관계를 구조방정식모형분석을 통해 규명하는것이다. 프로야구 구단의 SNS 이용자 300명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 회수한 설문지 300부 중 전반적으로 신뢰도가 없다고 판단되는 13부를 제외시킨 후 287부를 최종 유효표본으로 선정하였다. 자료처리는 PASW Ver 18.0과 AMOS 18.0을 이용하여신뢰도분석, 확인적요인분석, 상관관계분석과 구조방정식모형분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, SNS특성의 하위개념 중 정보제공성과 유희성은 구단태도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나, 상호작용성는 구단태도에 통계적으로 유의한영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 구단태도는 구단이미지에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 구단태도는 구단충성도에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 구단이미지는 구단충성도에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship among Characteristics of professional Baseball Club SNS, Club Attitude, Club Image and Club Loyalty. The survey was conducted through the professional baseball club's SNS users. 300 spectators were selected for this survey. Excluded 13 inappropriate data a total of 287 questionnaires out of 300 were adapted as a final data. The statistical methods applied for this study were PASW 18.0 and Amos 18.0 for confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling. The results of the study were as follows. First, in subordinate factors of characteristics of SNS, the Interactivity and entertainment had a significant effect on club attitude. Second, the club attitude had a significant effect on club image. Third, the club attitude had a significant effect on club loyalty. Fourth, the club image had significant effects on club loyalty.

수영훈련이 중년여성들의 혈중지질농도에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of swim training on the blood lipid profile. 14 house wives at B leisure town were selected as subject and then divided into two group ; The control group with 7 house wives, the training group with 7 house wives. Swim training was performed by 7 house wives of the training group, three times a week for the period of 12 weeks. To evaluate the change of TC, LDL-C, HDL-C, TG, each member was measured. The pre test was enforced before taking the experiment, and the post test was operated after taking the experiment 12 weeks later. The result were as follows; 1. Significant(p=0.0001) change was decreased TC in the swim training group, bun non significant change appeared control group after 12 weeks later. 2. Significant(p=0.0001) change was increased HDL-C in the swim training group, but significant(p=0.0476) change decrease control group after 12 weeks later. 3. Significant(p=0.0001) change was decreased HDL-C in the swim training group, but significant(p=0.0233) change increase control group after 12 weeks later. 4. Significant(p=0.0001) change was decreased TG in the swim training group, bun non significant change appeared control group after 12 weeks later.

초등학교 아동의 태권도 수련이 자아존중감에 미치는 영향

The aim of the study is examining the influence of elementary schoolchildren's Taekwondo training on their sense of self-respects. The subjects of the study are the boy students of the fourth, fifth, and sixth school year of elementary schools in Seoul at the present time, and the method of sampling from the population is the multi-stage cluster sampling. The way of data gathering is that let the subjects write out questionnaires using the self-evaluation recording, and the 326 person's data on material examination process is analyzed by IBM PC SAS Package. The methods of analysis include the confidence level verification by sub-areas, examination of questionnaires, re-examination of confidence level, computing the average and the standard deviation by each of 4 self-respects areas unitary variable quantities analysis and the Tukey's post data verification. The results of the study over the influence of elementary schoolchildren's Taekwondo training on their sense of self-respects from the methodologies and process above draw conclusions like follows: 1. The fifth school year students gained the highest mark following the fourth, and the sixth school year in the whole, social, home, and school life senses of self-respect by school year, but the differences among them are meaningless statistically. 2. The training students marked higher than the training experienced students in the whole, social, home, and school life senses of self-respect by whether they have trained or not, but the differences among them are meaningless statistically. 3. According to the grades, the meaningful differences between the Poom(senior grade) holders and the Keup(junior grade) holders(p=0.0009) was showed in the whole senses of self-respect, and the social senses of self-respect was differed much between the Poom holders and 8-4 Keup holders(p=0.0058), the home life senses of self-respect between the 3 Poom holders and the Keup holders, 1-2 Poom holders and 8-4 Keup holders showed meaningful differences(p=0.0010), but the differences in the school life senses of self-respect are meaningless statistically. 4. According to personal career, the differences have something significants in the whole senses of self-respect among the students who have trained over 3, 2-3 years and less than 1 year(p=0.0062), in the social senses of self-respect among the students who have trained over 3, 2-3, 1-2 years and less than 1 year(p=0.0103), and in home life senses of self-respect between the students who have trained over 3 years and 1-2 years or less than 1 year, between 2-3 years and less than 1 year(p=0.0004), but the differences in the school life senses of self-respect are meaningless statistically.
