Manufacturing condition is one of the important factor in precision manufacturing. In this study, we optimized minimizing the X, Y, Z vibration acceleration using Response Surface Methodology by Central Composite Design. The Response Surface Methodology was well adapted to make the analytical model of the minimum vibration acceleration and enable the objective function to be easily created and a great deal of the time in computation to be saved. Therefore, it is expected that the proposed optimization procedure using the Response Surface Methodology can be easily utilized to solve the optimization problem of manufacture condition.

The water quality of the Sinchun river was assessed by Diatom Assemblage Index to organic water pollution(DAIpo) on May 29 in 1991. Total 96 taxa consisted of 14 saprophilous taxa, 61 indifferent taxa and 21 saproxenous taxa were identified in this study. Dominant species were Fragilaria vaucheriae at st.1, Gomphonema angustum at st.2, Nitzschia gracilis at st.3, Navicula pellicolosa at st.6 and Nitzschia palea at st.4, 5, 7, 8, and 9. Cymbella minuta and Synedra ulna were occurred at all stations. DAIpo values decreased rapidly as going to lower course of this river and the highest DAIpo was 79.84 at st. 1 and the lowest was 2.31 at st. 9. The variation of DAIpo was nearly the reverse tendency with electric conductivity. The saprobic levels at each station of the Sinchun river were α-oligosaprobic at st. 1, 2, 3, β-mesosaprobic at st. 4 and polysaprobic at st.5,6,7,8,9. The water quality of the Sinchun river was more severely polluted than that of 1984.

다차원척도법을 이용한 교량경관 구성요소에 대한 선호 및 유사성 분석

교량은 도시의 경관을 결정하는데 있어 중요한 시설물 중 하나이며, 랜드마크이므로 교량을 도시경관의 측면에서 접근하는 것은 매우 중요한 일이며, 경관의 일부로서 교량의 디자인을 평가해 볼 필요가 있다. 본 연구는 전문가 델파이 조사를 이용하여 부산지역을 대표하는 8개 교량에 대한 주ㆍ야간경관과 랜드마크에 대한 선호도를 조사하고, 각 교량의 교량경관의 구성요소인 교량의 형태, 색채, 야간조명, 주변환경과의 조화에 대한 평가점수를 조사하여 다차원척도법을 활용하여 각각의 유사성을 분석하였다. 교량자체의 형태에 의해 큰 영향을 받는 주간경관과 야간조명 설치에 따른 야간경관은 다소 차이가 있을 것이라는 예상과 달리 본 연구결과에 따르면, 주ㆍ야간경관이 뛰어난 교량은 랜드마크로서 인지되는 교량의 결과와 일치하는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 광안대교가 쥬야간경관이 기장 뛰어나며, 부산을 대표하는 상징성 또한 가장 월등한 것으로 조사되었다. 그러나 교량경관의 구성요소별 평가 항목의 결과는 다소 차이가 났는데, 교량의 형태와 색채 측면에서는 아치형교이면서 강철 소재로 붉은색인 부산대교와 신호대교가 같은 그룹으로 나뉘면서, 높은 점수를 보였고, 교량의 야간조명에서는 별도의 조명이 설치된 부산대교와 구포대교가 같은 그룹으로 분류되었다. 광안대교는 부산시 교량 중 주야간경관이 가장 뛰어나며 랜드마크로서 가장 높은 순위를 차지한 동시에, 교량의 형태, 색채, 야간조명, 주변환경과의 조화적인 측면에서도 다른 교량과 비교할 수 없는 월등함으로 차별화를 가지는 것으로 조사되었다. 그러나 영도대교의 경우 교량이 가지는 상징성은 매우 크지만, 교량경관의 구성요소별 평가에서는 매우 낮은 점수를 보여 노후한 교량에 대한 부정적인 평가를 알 수 있었다. A bridge is important structure to determine urban landscape and one of the landmark, so it needs to evaluate bridge's design and bridgescape. The aim of this study is to investigate the preference of day and night landscape and the remarkable landmark out of 8 bridges to represent Busan through Delphi technique, and analyze the similarity on the assessment of bridge's shape, color, light, harmony with the environment which are each bridge's bridgescape composition employing multidimensional scaling method. According to the result, the bridge which has the splendid day and night landscape is recognized landmark. Gwangan Bridge to be evaluated as chosen the best bridge which has landscape and is the supremacy landmark to represent Busan. But the result on the assessment for each bridgescape compositions shows interesting findings. Busan Bridge and Shinho Bridge is bound to the same group as an arch bridge in the bridge's shape aspect and red color which are made of steel in the bridge's color aspect. And Busan Bridge is similar to Gupo Bridge in the bridge's illumination aspect. The Second Nakdong Bridge and the Third Nakdong Bridge are the lowest grade in all items. Gwangan Bridge is the best bridge and cannot compare with others in the day and night landscape and landmark, as well as bridgescape composition which include bridge's shape, color, illumination and harmony with environment. On the other hand, in spite of Yongdo Bridge's symbol, the assessment shows a bad valuation on the old bridge by a low grade at bridgescape composition.

Phytoplankton samples were collected during May, July, September and November of 1993 from three stations in Jinyang lake. Phytoplankton community structure, biomass, Chlorophyll a concentration and dominant species were investigated in this lake, A total 306 taxa were encountered during the survey period, and the most important algal groups were Chlorophyceae with 162 taxa and Bacillariophyceae with 111 taxa and followed by the Euglenophyceae(15 taxa), Cyanophyceae(9 taxa), Chrysophyceae(4 taxa), Dinophyceae(3 taxa) and Xanthophyceae(1 taxon). The total cell numbers and Chlorophyll a concentration were lowest in May(1,240,923ℓ^-1 and 11.36 mg m^3) and highest in September(8,029,OO3ℓ^-1 and 45.08mg m^3). The phytoplankton community in this lake was characterized by Bacillariophyceae shared the very high contribution (82.8%∼99.8%) of the total biomass throughout the all surveyed period. The predominant species were Aulacoseira ambigue , Cyclostephanos dubius, Cyclotella ocellata and Cyclotella stelligera and these dominant species accounted for 21.4% to 65.8% of the total biomass.
임하호에서의 (臨河湖) 식물성플랑크톤 군집의 (群集) 생태학적 고찰

This study was investigated the ecological study of phytoplankton community from eight stations of Imha lake on May, July, September and November in 1993. Phytoplankton was identified the total 297 taxa, which was composed of 261 species, 29 varieties, 3 forma and 4 unidentified taxa. Standing crops were ranged from 6.Ox10^5unit/l at st. 1 on May to 1.4×10^7unit/l at st. 2 on July. Dominant species were Anabaena soilitaria f. planctonica, Cyclotella comta, Cyclotella meneghiniana, Cyclotella ocellata, Cyclotella stelligera and Synedra delicatissima var. angustissima. Dominant index, diversity index and evenness index were 0.068∼0.750, 0.341∼1.367, 0.183∼0.716, respectively. In relationships between community and physico-chemical factors, chlorophyll-a concentration was showed a law coefficient with the total standing crops but a high with standing crop of C. stelligera. Water temperature was a positive relations with the total standing crops. T-P was showed a low relation with the total standing crops and a negative with A. solitaria f. planctonica. T-N and conductivity were a positive with the total standing crops and standing crop of Bacillariophyceae. This lake was the oligotrophic or mesotrophic type on May but converted from mesotrophic to eutrophic type at all stations on July, September and November by comparison with phytoplankton community and physico-chemical factors.

Working condition is one of the most important factors in precision working. In this study, we optimized the vibration acceleration of working progress direction using RSM(response surface methodology) by table of orthogonal array. RSM was well adapted to make analytic model for minimizing vibration acceleration, created the objective function and saved a great deal of computational time. Therefore, it is expected that the proposed optimization procedure using RSM can be easily utilized to solve the optimization problem of working condition. The experimental results of the surface roughness and vibration acceleration showed the validity of the proposed working condition of side wall end-milling as it can be observed.
