Oral Absorption of Cefoperazone Pivaloyloxymethyl Ester
최영욱,박기배,최승호,김종갑,Choi, Young-Wook,Park, Gee-Bae,Choi, Seung-Ho,Kim, Johng-Kap 한국약제학회 1988 Journal of Pharmaceutical Investigation Vol.18 No.4
Pivaloyloxymethyl ester of cefoperazone was synthesized by treating sodium cefoperazone with chloromethyl pivalate and its chemical structure was determined by spectroscopic trials. The pharmaceutical properties of the ester were investigated to assess its potential as a prodrug of cefo perazone. Cefoperazone pivaloyloxymethyl ester was microbiologically inactive itself in vitro, but hydrolyzed into the parent drug in vivo. After a single oral dose of each drug to rabbits, serum concentrations of cefoperazone were determined by high performance liquid chromatographic assay. The ester showed higher and more sustained blood level than cefoperazone. Therefore, the total area under the serum concentration-time curve of the derivative was 16.8 times larger than that of the parent drug.
Oil-Water Interface Transfer of Cefoperazone Pivaloyloxymethyl Ester
최영욱,김종갑,Choi, Young-Wook,Kim, Johng-Kap 한국약제학회 1989 Journal of Pharmaceutical Investigation Vol.19 No.1
Kinetic and thermodynamic aspects of the interface transfer of cefoperazone and its pivaloyloxymethyl ester were studied in a two-phase system composed of aqueous buffers and n-octanol by using the absolute reaction rate theory. In terms of the net thermodynamic parameters for the process, ${\Delta}S$ increased and ${\Delta}F$ decreased as the lipophilicity increased. With the increased ratio of forward $(k_f)$ to backward rate constants $(k_b)$, the ester was more lipophilic than cefoperazone, but the aqueous solubility was reduced.
비염증성 치은증식증의 상피 및 상피하조직내 세포변화에 관한 면역조직화학적 연구

The gingival hyperplasia refers to an increase in the size of the gingival tissue produced by an increase in the number of its component cells. In order to investigate the cellular change in epithelium and subepithelial tissue of noninflammatory gingival hyperplasia, the gingival tissues were surgically obtained from the patients with dilantin gingival hyperplasia and idiopathic gingival hyperplasia. The excised tissue samples were fixed in neutral formalin for 6-24 hours, embedded with paraffin, sectioned at $4-6{\mu}m$ in thickness, mounted on glass slides coated with 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane(Sigma Chemical Co., St. Louis, MO, U.S.A.) and immunocytochemically processed by Avidin-Biotin peroxidase complex method for detecting proliferating cell nuclear antigen, tenascin and collagen type IV. Monoclonal mouse anti-human PCNA antibody(Oncogene Science, Uniondale, NY, U.S.A., 1 : 250,000), monoclonal mouse anti-human tenascin antibody(Chemicon-International Inc., Temecula, CA, U.S.A., 1:5,000), and monoclonal mouse anti-human collagen type IV(Dakopatts, Glostrup, Denmark, 1: 50) were used as primary antibodies. The results were as follows: 1. In non-inflammatory gingival hyperplasia, the positive reaction to proliferating cell nuclear antigen was localized in the basal cell layer of gingival epithelium and well-developed rete pegs. 2. The positive reaction to tenascin was shown in the connective tissue subjacent to basament membrane of gingival tissue, and especially strong positive reaction was noted in the tip portion of connective tissue projections. 3. The positive reaction to collagen type IV was localized along the basement membranes of gingival epithelium and blood vessels. The results suggest that connective tissue enlargement may affect the proliferation of gingival epithelium.
Sputtering technique for magnessium oxide thin films
최영욱(Choi young wook) 대한전기학회 2006 대한전기학회 학술대회 논문집 Vol.2006 No.7
A high rate deposition sputtering process of magnesium oxide thin film in oxide mode has been developed using a 20 ㎾ unipolar pulsed power supply. The power supply was operated at a maximum constant voltage of 500 V and a constant current of 40 A. The pulse repetition rate and the duty were changed in the ranges of 10~50 ㎑ and 10~60%, respectively. The deposition rate increased with rising incident power to the target. Maximum incident power to the magnesium target was obtained by the control of frequency, duty and current. The deposition rate of a moving state was 9 ㎚ m/min at the average power of 1.5 ㎾.
컨포멀 코팅된 PCB의 기포 검출을 위한 전처리 알고리즘

Since the conformal coating process on the PCB substrate is performed by solution spraying, bubbles may be generated in the substrate. The presence of bubbles has a critical impact on the life of the PCB, so a rigorous bubble inspection is essential before mounting the PCB. In this paper, we studied a method to improve the performance of bubble inspection by generating binary images suitable for bubble detection through pre-processing using two target images taken under different exposure conditions and a master image without bubbles.

The purpose of this study is to explore the conversion of colonial Korea on the legal basis, and to comprehend Kim Namcheon’s moral as an attitude of a man who stands in front of law. The conversion is often understood as a defect in a negative sense, or regarded as a problem between nation and individual or nation and nation. However, we need to approach the conversion as the issue of application, interpretation and enforcement of the law. It is inevitable to study about colonial conversion with the law, because the conversion is a matter of adaptation to the legal system. The ideal of modern law was distorted with the reinforcement of Japanese totalitarianism. The nation became the only executor of jurisdiction, and the law was tainted with the legal arbitrariness and the legal violence in this situation. Especially, the conversion policy targeted the heart of colonial intellectuals in the name of the law. The heroic mind of socialistic intellectuals disappeared, and self-contempt dominated their mind. Kim Namcheon penetrated sharply the legal level surrounding the colonial conversion with his novels, like Water(‘Mul’), Management(‘Gyeongyeong’, Barley(‘Maek’). He showed in these novels how a man take a stand when the conversion policy attacks in a form of legal binding force. In this context, Kim Namcheon’s discussion of ‘Moral’ is regarded as the attitude of individuals before the law. Kim Namcheon comprehended the distinct feature of colonial conversion well than any writer of the last period of colonial Korea. Kim Namcheon’s case suggests that future works about colonial conversion is needed to pay carefully attention to the unique characteristics of the colonial law.
