An active control of the vibration transmitted by longitudinal load in flight control system is investigated numerically. The flight control system is modeled as a finite, thin shell cylinder with constant thickness. A vibration source is generated by exterior monopole source. Distributed piezoelectric actuator is used to control of the vibration. Thin shell theory is used to formulate the numerical models. The amplitude of vibration at discrete location and power transmission are minimized by analytical optimization method. Genetic algorithm is used as numerical optimization method to search optimal actuator position and size which amplitude of vibration is minimized.
건설현장의 공사사전정보를 활용한 사망재해 예측 모델 개발

In Korea, more than half of work-related fatalities have occurred on construction sites. To reduce such occupational accidents, safety inspection by government agencies is essential in construction sites that present a high risk of serious accidents. To address this issue, this study developed risk prediction models of serious accidents in construction sites using five machine learning methods: support vector machine, random forest, XGBoost, LightGBM, and AutoML. To this end, 15 proactive information (e.g., number of stories and period of construction) that are usually available prior to construction were considered and two over-sampling techniques (SMOTE and ADASYN) were used to address the problem of class-imbalanced data. The results showed that all machine learning methods achieved 0.876~0.941 in the F1-score with the adoption of over-sampling techniques. LightGBM with ADASYN yielded the best prediction performance in both the F1-score (0.941) and the area under the ROC curve (0.941). The prediction models revealed four major features: number of stories, period of construction, excavation depth, and height. The prediction models developed in this study can be useful both for government agencies in prioritizing construction sites for safety inspection and for construction companies in establishing pre-construction preventive measures.
부호 기반 양자 내성 암호의 이진 필드 상에서 곱셈 연산 양자 게이트 구현

양자 컴퓨터의 시대가 점점 현실로 다가오고 있다. 이에 대비해 미국 국립 표준 기술 연구소에서는 양자 알고리즘으로부터 내성이 있는 양자 내성 암호의 표준을 정하기 위해 후보군을 모집했다. 제출된 암호들은 양자 알고리즘으로부터 안전할 것으로 예상이 되지만 알고리즘이 실제 양자 컴퓨터상에서 작동이 되었을 때에도 양자 알고리즘의 공격으로부터 안전한지 검증을 할 필요가 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 부호 기반 양자 내성 암호의 이진 필드 상에서의 곱셈 연산을 양자 컴퓨터에서 작동될 수 있게 양자 회로로 구현하였고 해당 회로를 최적화 하는 방안에 대하여 설명한다. 구현은 대표적인 부호 기반 암호인 Classic McEliece에서 제시하는 2개의 필드 다항식과 ROLLO에서 제시하는 3개의 필드 다항식에 대하여 일반 곱셈 알고리즘과 카라추바 곱셈 알고리즘으로 구현하였다. The age of quantum computers is coming soon. In order to prepare for the upcoming future, the National Institute of Standards and Technology has recruited candidates to set standards for post quantum cryptography to establish a future cryptography standard. The submitted ciphers are expected to be safe from quantum algorithm attacks, but it is necessary to verify that the submitted algorithm is safe from quantum attacks using quantum algorithm even when it is actually operated on a quantum computer. Therefore, in this paper, we investigate an efficient quantum gate implementation for binary field multiplication of code based post quantum cryptography to work on quantum computers. We implemented the binary field multiplication for two field polynomials presented by Classic McEliece and three field polynomials presented by ROLLO in generic algorithm and Karatsuba algorithm.
이동식사다리 중대재해 통계 분석 및 이동식사다리와 안전모 실시간 탐지 기계학습 모델 개발

The leading source of occupational fatalities is a portable ladder in Korea because it is widely used in industry as work platform. In order to reduce victims, it is necessary to establish preventive measures for the accidents caused by portable ladder. Therefore, this study statistically analyzed injury death by portable ladder for recent 10 years to investigate the accident characteristics. Next, to monitor wearing of safety helmet in real-time while working on a portable ladder, this study developed an object detection model based on the You Only Look Once(YOLO) architecture, which can accurately detect objects within a reasonable time. The model was trained on 6,023 images with/without ladders and safety helmets. The performance of the proposed detection model was 0.795 for F1 score and 0.843 for mean average precision. In addition, the proposed model processed at least 25 frames per second which make the model suitable for real-time application.

This study suggests secondary or collateral damages experienced by generations who did not directly suffer from the Gwangju Democracy Movement. The damages from traumatic incidences do not disappear but are transferred to the next generations within the social and cultural contexts. This study reveals that an ordinary citizen is connected with social trauma through the process of experiencing, perceiving, and living trauma. Recognizing the limitations of existing traumatic social diagnosis, this study suggests moral injury as a conceptual alternative to find the possibility of healing social trauma and reaching social integration. Moral injury is a psychological trauma that occurs when one experiences betrayal of what is right, a concept proposed by Dr. Shay who investigated the mental health of American veterans. Moral injury is meaningful for establishing a safe zone to stop discriminating between perpetrators, victims, and bystanders and to allow all related survivors to express narratives. 본 연구는 광주민주화운동을 직접 경험하지 않은 세대가 경험하는 이차 또는 부차적 피해에 관한 것이다. 광주민주화운동을 경험한 세대의 트라우마는 사라지지 않고 사회·문화적 맥락 안에서 다음 세대로 전이된다. 연구는 평범한 시민이 트라우마를 경험하고, 인식하고, 살아내는 과정을 통하여 사회적 트라우마와 연결됨을 밝힌다. 기존의 트라우마적 사회진단의 한계를 인식하고 본 연구에서는 도덕적 손상을 개념적 대안으로 제시하여 사회적 트라우마를 치유하고 사회통합을 이르는 가능성을 모색한다. 도덕적 손상은 옳은 것에 대한 배신을 경험할 때 발생하는 심리학적 외상을 의미하는 것으로, 미국의 전역군인의 정신건강을 연구하던 정신과 의사 Shay가 제안한 개념이다. 연구는 광주민주화운동에 대해 가해자, 피해자, 방관자를 구분하는 것에서 나아가 관련된 모든 생존자들이 내러티브를 표현할 수 있도록 안전지대가 필요하고, 여기에 도덕적 손상 개념이 유용함을 주장한다.
