The purpose of this study is trying to help you understand and concern that activity of forest would bring any changes in not only children but also kindergarten teachers who experienced activity of forest. In the study, the teachers, in the process of becoming teacher who put the education in practice in the woods, show honestly what they experienced, relationship between children, though of their duties and happiness they feel. We have studied about happiness that is intended for two kindergarten teachers who first experienced the forest activity through the narrative inquiry for about one and half times. (From April 10, 2012 to October 30, 2013) Through the activity experience with children in the forest for more than one and half years, the change of A teacher and B teacher is passed the following part in review at this study. First, relationship with child who experienced activity of forest, Second, job satisfaction as kindergarten teachers after having an experience of forest activity, Third, happiness from activity of forest.

본 논문에서는 ZigBee-2007 표준 명세서에 포함된 키 분배 프로토콜의 문제점을 지적하고 이에 대한 개선안을 제시한 Yuksel-Nielson 기법이 키 비동기화 공격에 취약함을 보인다. 또한, Yuksel-Nielson 기법을 개선한 새로운 키 분배 프로토콜을 제안하고 이에 대한 안전성 및 성능분석을 통해서 본 논문에서 제안하는 키 분배 프로토콜의 유효성을 검증한다. It is shown in this paper that Yuksel-Nielson"s key distribution scheme is not secure against key de-synchronization attack even though their scheme supplement ZigBee-2007 specification"s security problems. Furthermore, a new key distribution scheme is proposed, which is the one to fix the security weakness of Yuksel-Nielson"s scheme, as well as its security and performance analysis to verify its effectiveness.
임상연구 : 제왕절개술을 위한 척추마취 시 척수강 내 투여된 Fentanyl과 Meperidine이 마취 후 전율에 미치는 효과 비교

Background: Meperidine has proved a far more effective treatment for shivering after spinal anesthesia than equianalgesic doses of opioid agonist. We performed this prospective, double-blinded, randomized study to compare the antishivering effect of fentanyl and meperidine when added to intrathecal hyperbaric bupivacaine during Cesarean delivery under spinal anesthesia. Methods: Sixty ASA I or II patients undergoing Cesarean delivery under spinal anesthesia were randomly assigned into three groups. Fentanyl 12.5 ug (group F) or meperidine 12.5 mg (group M) or normal saline 2.5 ml (group C) were added to 0.5% hyperbaric bupivacaine 8.5 mg for spinal anesthesia. Data including mean arterial pressure, heart rate, sensory block level, core temperature, shivering incidence and intensity were collected every 2 min for 10 min and then every 5 min until the end of surgery. Results: There were no significant statistical differences in patient characteristics, the mean arterial pressure, heart rate and core temperature among the groups. The incidences of shivering in fentanyl and meperidine group were significantly lower than in the control group, but there were no significant differences between fentanyl and meperidine group. Shivering intensity was significantly lower in fentanyl and meperidine group than in the control group. Conclusions: Intrathecal fentanyl and meperidine added to 0.5% hyperbaric bupivacaine are effective in reducing the incidence and intensity of shivering associated with spinal anesthesia. 증례보고 : 간부전 환자에서 Midazolam의 지속적 주입 후 지연된 의식회복

Benzodiazepines are frequently administered for sedation to surgical intensive care unit patients who require postoperative intubation and mechanical ventilation. Midazolam is the most commonly used drug, which is water soluble, short-acting benzodiazepine and rapidly metabolized by the liver. Continuous intravenous infusion of midazolam was administered to the man who was 40 years old for mechanical ventilation in the intensive care unit for 58 hours. After discontinued midazolam, patient who had acute hepatic dysfunction had been sedated with endotracheal intubation for 5 days. Even flumazenil was tried twice to reverse the effect of midazolam, the response was limited by the time. Finally he awaked as recovery of his hepatic function. (Korean J Anesthesiol 2006; 51: 363~6)
